For oil changes they usually move quick, though they always have at least a short wait. They used to let you pull your car in and stay in it the whole time, but now insist on doing it for you. For car washes you sometimes have to go through twice for missed spots, but it's nice that they hand-dry here. Plus, you get a free wash with every oil change. The vacuums aren't the greatest on suction, but they are okay for a quick once over. The staff is kind of hit and miss. Sometimes friendly, sometimes not so much, but usually easygoing. Prices are about on par for similar services in town. I like that they are a good place to get everything done at once.

Found out that the oil pan was stripped and it cost almost $1000 to fix the problem. Take 5 claimed they were not responsible because it couldn't be proven it was their responsibility. Since no one touched it between their oil change and the problem being found it seems pretty clear to me. If it was stripped when they did the oil change that should have been something they reported to us. Gave them the opportunity to make it right and they wouldn't own up to it. He even told me the filter door had been left opened somehow (no clue here, as this was our first oil change in this vehicle) and there were leaves in there. He asked if I wanted them removed, and proceeded to vacuum them out for me! It is SO nice to feel appreciated and cared for as a customer! Prices were presented to me for two different types of oil, so no sticker shock. A standard oil change was $36 and change. My tires were checked and aired to pressure, fluids stopped, windows cleaned and a free drink. Plus the convenience of waiting in your car (social distance!)
