When I called to check on it, they told me that an employee had been reading the meter wrong, so they just weren't charging us to make up for it. That seems a very vague and somewhat shady way of making things right. Last month our bill increase 65%, and I don't feel like we used that much more propane. I called to investigate on Friday and they lady seemed really nice and helpful, but not it's Tuesday and still haven't received a follow up call. How do I know my meter isn't being read incorrectly again? It's diappointing that we can't trust this company.
