This place has a car wash that is big enough to handle the dually. I pulled up and was promptly greeted. Not knowing what to do, the gentlemen explained the procedure and directed me to the correct Lane. Duallys are $22. It seemed like it covered everything. Underbody wash, polish etc. after I paid the gate opened and I drove through. There's an immediate sharp, very tight, right turn. Definitely not enough space for a 22 foot long dually truck. Had to partially go up and over the curb. I got up to the entrance and two people were there with brushes washing off the bugs from the grill and windshield. I'm surprised that they didn't take the radio antenna off. When I went through the wash, I surly thought the brushes would break it off. It did survive. After I got through the wash there were 4 people to wipe the truck dry. They did a fairly good job. The polished aluminum rims were not clean and there were a few spots that they missed wiping the truck down. But all in all, it was a pretty good job. I will return. 11/19/17 update. Got truck washed again. One person to great us & prewash the truck & take the antenna off. Went through the wash & one person to wipe the truck off. They really did a great job. Going from 3 stars to 4.

After discovering an oil leak, I took my vehicle to the Audi dealership, where I was informed that the leak was caused by the previous oil change. According to the dealership, a plastic component that should have been replaced was reused and overtightened, ultimately causing damage and an oil leak. What makes this even more frustrating is that the entire situation could have been avoided if the oil change had been performed correctly. I trusted Grease Monkey to properly service my vehicle, and instead, I am now dealing with thousands of dollars in repairs and the inconvenience of being without my car. I would strongly recommend that anyone, especially those with European vehicles, reconsider bringing their vehicle here. A simple oil change should never result in this kind of damage.

(See pictures) David the store manager keeps ARGUING) not stating ( ARGUING) that they put the right oil in it. I got a flashing oil check light 30 miles outside of Lubbock, so I had to get oil replaced in post Texas. They did not have a filter for my van in Post and were not able to empty out the oil left in filter. When I got to sweet water, flashing oil light again so I bought the right oil and filter and got it replaced again! I was told that someone in corporate would be reaching out to me, but 1 week later nothing. Called store manager David at the Indiana location and he is giving me the runaround. They want me to take vehicle in again to do a scan check to make sure van engine wasn't damaged... I'm supposed to trust their diagnostic???

The tech said my car didn't qualify for the promo because it's a speciality car that's foreign and it needs certain oil. I told him the ad only clearly stated being charged extra for more quarts of oil that it should still fall under there promo. So I didnt choose anything that was the only option I was given by the tech. 100 % dissatisfied, the ad/flyer is and was very misleading. The only thing stated is that it would be $20 unless it required more quarts. Nothing else in the promo that was ran for the grand opening. Woke up and drove from another town because I thought this was a great deal. Ended up having to pay 95 because they said the car is a specialty car. Regardless if it is or isn't the ad clearly stated 19.84 oil change for grand opening. Although they offered $30 off the total price of 125.74 thats completely misleading. What should have been $20 ended up being more than I would've paid at my regular oil change place. FALSE ADS/PROMOS. They def could have done way more or allowed for the price due to their negligence with providing false information in the ad or even not enough information to include specialty cars (genesis 2022). Had I known I was going to be charged more than 20 I wouldn't have driven to a different town, but I already made a drive and in line so I was just forced to pay the price.

Each time they treated me fairly, and honestly…read more This was very apparent recently when I had another shop (Christian bros) fix my rear brakes. They continued to squeak, and eventually I had to bring them to Scotts to repair correctly. It was a lesson for me - next time I come here first! So far this year they have done 4 repairs for me, and given me another 2-3 estimates. They are fast, they can drop me off and pick me up, and most importantly, I believe them when they tell me what is wrong, and how much it will cost.
