They were able to diagnose the problem within 20 minutes, and fix my car the next day at a very fair price. If you are looking for someone that is professional, honest. they are the first automotive shop that I've ever deal with that treated a woman with respect and fairly. Got…read morethe truck back with an ignorant amount of issues, ran like crap if at all, ac draining into the cab, super cruise not working, would barely idle, steering wheel was crooked, security system failure, lane keep system failure, tail gate dropping on its own, several others. Nothing buttoned up like it should have been, missing bolts, retainer clips, screws, harness retainer clips, you name it. They fixed the ac issue, but the tccm lost communication out of range, so the truck wouldn't start, and they left me hanging with a dead truck from Friday morning until Monday morning. By the time they called me back I had already found several grounds that they left loose which was causing some of the issues. So basically I paid them $35k to give me back a pile of crap that I had to repair myself. Against my better judgement I took it back to them to put in a fuel pump and two gauges. After a week it still wasn't done, the truck didn't run at all at this point, they had no idea how to fix it, and got pissed when I told them I was going to have someone look at their wiring job when it was done. Found out later that there was another $1400 worth of parts to make the pump function at all, none of which was ever discussed. At that point they decided to walk away from the job and told me to come get it. Sent a tow truck for it and took it to another shop. After days of diagnostics to try and make it run, found out through the grape vine that ace automotive performance set my truck on fire, hid it and lied about it. Gave ace automotive performance the option to foot the bill to fix my truck and get it running, and instead of doing that they decided to waste a day going to lunch with the guy that had my truck and accomplished nothing in the way of getting my truck fixed, but did however admit to the guy that they did indeed set it on fire and then sprayed the top of my open motor with fire extinguisher. So now insurance is about to total my vehicle.

For oil changes they usually move quick, though they always have at least a short wait. They used to let you pull your car in and stay in it the whole time, but now insist on doing it for you. For car washes you sometimes have to go through twice for missed spots, but it's nice that they hand-dry here. Plus, you get a free wash with every oil change. The vacuums aren't the greatest on suction, but they are okay for a quick once over. The staff is kind of hit and miss. Sometimes friendly, sometimes not so much, but usually easygoing. Prices are about on par for similar services in town. I like that they are a good place to get everything done at once.

I am grateful to have been referred (and towed) to an auto shop that was willing to squeeze me in on an emergency basis, despite being busy and seemingly understaffed. The lobby and restroom were exceptionally clean, the staff was very professional and courteous, and they were kind and friendly and welcoming in person and on the phone with everyone I saw them interact with, despite being busy. They were quick to diagnose and repair the minor issue that had been caused by an incorrectly installed fuel filter, and got me and my son back on the road safely. Just a coil and another part. I took it in and they fixed me up. Wasn't too expensive either. After that I'd get gas and my car wouldn't start for about 30- an hour. Took it back in, even asked if it could've been what got fixed the first time. They said no, they think it's a different part that runs about $800. That's fine. Whatever fixes the car. Well after that the same problem started again after a couple of months. I took it back again and they said it's the charcoal canister this time. Okay, I let them fix this piece because it's all on my credit card and I'll eventually get it paid off. Whatever I can to fix my car. And then the same problem of corse happens again so I take it back and I ask them so nicely, if it could be the thing they fixed the very very first time. Discount tire found that there were no weights in my tires and the air pressure was 45 psi. Discount tire fixed the problem. And didn't even charge me. i went back to talk to Andrew about what happened. I was told he would call me. He has yet to call me back. It's been over a month. They have not only lost my business but several friends and coworkers that once used them will never go back.
