And then some older lady up there absolutely snotty and rude. She's had to help me a couple of times and she was rude acted like it was to much to help. Bad bad vibes off of her. I almost left and got a refund because of her. I've heard her in other places talking about other employees like wow what a environment to work in. I ever hear it again I will record and send videos to upper management. And this is supposed to be a Christian environment is what you hear all over town. Wow! But I tell you what Bobby and Samantha and the other 2 are the only reasons I keep going! Sam/Sammie she's always so joyful and bubbly and smiling makes for someone's day that is going bad. If any of these employees ever left or ain't working I'll not go or I'll wait till they are there. Better learn to keep the good ones cause they are hard to find now days.

Stepped inside office to let employee know and she said that tire shine is broke and they should have it fixed in a few days. I asked "what does that do for me now, shouldn't the attendant have mentioned that when I asked". She printed off my receipt and wrote a note on it and sent me to 19th street location to get it done again. So I go through the 19th location only for it to apply shine on two spots on each tire. Now after hour I was running out of time. I threw my hands in the air and called it quits. I used to use them all the time. I don't know what is going on with the maintenance at their locations. This is my family's go-to for car wash and oil changes and they've never done us wrong, although…read morethey never get everything quite perfect either. For oil changes they usually move quick, though they always have at least a short wait. They used to let you pull your car in and stay in it the whole time, but now insist on doing it for you. For car washes you sometimes have to go through twice for missed spots, but it's nice that they hand-dry here. Plus, you get a free wash with every oil change. The vacuums aren't the greatest on suction, but they are okay for a quick once over. The staff is kind of hit and miss. Sometimes friendly, sometimes not so much, but usually easygoing. Prices are about on par for similar services in town. I like that they are a good place to get everything done at once.

It's concerning that they have a dedicated claims department--clearly this isn't an isolated issue. After filing a claim, I received no follow-up and had to personally contact the GM, Matt Vining. He offered a weak explanation and refused to take responsibility, calling it "normal wear and tear"--which would supposedly apply to every car that uses their wash. Due to their lack of accountability, I am now in the process of taking this matter to small claims court.

There was a terrible dust/dirt/rain storm yesterday and my suv was very dirty. The GM was very helpful and he was just as confused about these grainy bits on my white SUV as I was. He told me trees can "mist" and maybe it was from the trees on my property. I called my tree guy and he said that's actually a thing and that tree sap and particles can freeze and can also blow in from elsewhere too. So bottom line, while this location doesn't offer all that they could (towels, and a mechanism to wash car mats would help them differentiate themselves from all the other car washes), I found the staff to be very pleasant, helpful, and concerned about the situation. Attitude can make all the difference and these guys have a great attitude. It's not a fancy car wash but the people are pleasant and that sure beats the alternative. I got the mid range car wash and it seemed priced a bit high. But they have a free vacuum which is nice.
