For oil changes they usually move quick, though they always have at least a short wait. They used to let you pull your car in and stay in it the whole time, but now insist on doing it for you. For car washes you sometimes have to go through twice for missed spots, but it's nice that they hand-dry here. Plus, you get a free wash with every oil change. The vacuums aren't the greatest on suction, but they are okay for a quick once over. The staff is kind of hit and miss. Sometimes friendly, sometimes not so much, but usually easygoing. Prices are about on par for similar services in town. I like that they are a good place to get everything done at once.

The lobby and restroom were exceptionally clean, the staff was very professional and courteous, and they were kind and friendly and welcoming in person and on the phone with everyone I saw them interact with, despite being busy. They were quick to diagnose and repair the minor issue that had been caused by an incorrectly installed fuel filter, and got me and my son back on the road safely. Just a coil and another part. I took it in and they fixed me up. Wasn't too expensive either. After that I'd get gas and my car wouldn't start for about 30- an hour. Took it back in, even asked if it could've been what got fixed the first time. They said no, they think it's a different part that runs about $800. That's fine. Whatever fixes the car. Well after that the same problem started again after a couple of months. I took it back again and they said it's the charcoal canister this time. Okay, I let them fix this piece because it's all on my credit card and I'll eventually get it paid off. Whatever I can to fix my car. And then the same problem of corse happens again so I take it back and I ask them so nicely, if it could be the thing they fixed the very very first time. And the dude says "oh crap, yeah it could be". So they order a new part because turns out it was that part all along causing the problem. So now a year later, I'm still paying this off.
