Brandon mumbled something and went back inside, leaving us confused. We went inside and he was at the register, simply calling "Next customer". After some more mumbling and me having to ask him to repeat and clarify what he was saying, we got the new battery purchased and he brought it out on the cart with his needed tools. Despite Brandon's apparent shyness or whatever it is, I do have to commend him for taking the time to get the battery swapped out, cleaning out the bay before putting in the new battery and throughly cleaning the posts and cable connectors, along with some anti-corrosive spray. The car started right up, and my SiL was of course relieved and far less stressed. I made sure to thank Brandon when he finished and shake his hand, because he did a great job and helped my SiL finish her trip on a positive note and with peace of mind.
