STOLE MY MONEY. Placed an online order and paid for delivery. 10 hours later, no delivery and they REFUSE TO REFUND MY MONEY. They will only issue a refund if I come into the store and provide them with my physical credit card, although they took my money online without the physical credit card with no problem. Had I not just had surgery, I would've driven to the damn store myself... But since I'm not allowed to drive I placed the online order that never arrived, and since I can't drive how am I supposed to get to the store to present them with my credit card to get a refund. This Walgreens is located towards the end of the shopping center. There is ample parking in front. The store itself is clean and well organized. The parking lot does not have designated areas to put back shopping carts, so just be aware you'll have to bring it back to the front of the store, if you require pushing the cart to your car. Almost every time we get a prescription (crestor, pain meds), there are pills missing. This causes us to have to go back multiple times to make a scene and get our meds replaced. The most recent time the pharmacist (Indian woman) suggested that I stole the pain meds and I would not be allowed to get them added back. My mother just had surgery and we only got 2/3 of her medicine. The medications are going somewhere and it isn't in our bottles. read more

Just came back from this store and this is the second time one of the cashiers gets emotional and fights wit me because I don't wanna buy a candy bar to "support the troops". And the funny thing is that both cashiers are black elderly females. None of the other cashiers ever sweat customers & try force them to "support the troops" by buying candy bars. I told these ladies on both occasions that I will NOT because I don't agree wit war and I'm not american and they tell me I must leave the US and go back where come from. In both occasions I told these zealous ladies that I'm here on diplomatic posting and it doesn't mean just coz I'm here I have to support war. I doubt they even have any comprehension of what diplomatic relations are. They need to stop being rude period. read more

Switched from CVS a few years ago and I've never looked back. Not far from 270, tons of parking and great customer service. 4 stars rather than 5 because employees don't seem to honor HIPPA and expect you to share too much personal info. We switched from CVS years ago because of the long lines and poor service, also we had found mistakes in our prescriptions with the wrong instructions printed on the label and the wrong pills inside. Walgreen's is not much better. 9 times out of ten I come to pick up. I wait in a long line with only one cashier, then they tell me it's not filled yet (after I phoned it in 4 days ago), they don't have it in stock, or papers need to be filled out by my doctor. Why didn't they call me as soon as they realized the problem, not when I only have 2 pills left! I tried to speak to the store manager today and he put me on hold, then hung up on me! read more

I find the selection in general lacking a bit and I don't use the pharmacy . It is hard to find a good pharmacy within a supermarket or a cvs anyway. However, this review is for the photo department. We had a very positive experience with Joe, a very friendly and pleasant young man who patiently helped us find the correct photo size for a foreign passport and helped us print it, something that neither CVS or UPS were able to do. read more

Blah. First time here. I waited three plus hrs for my medicine. When I arrived they had three of five prescriptions ready. Two others were denied by my insurer but the pharmaceutical staff "went around it." Another 15 minutes & I obtained all my medicine. I wouldn't return. read more

The people who work at the pharmacy here are nice, but they seem like they're always struggling. I know customers can be assholes but it'd prob be easier if you could explain things to them better. The line is always really long for the pharmacy and it takes forever, no matter what time of day. I feel like sometimes a couple of the employees stand around doing nothing when they should be filling scripts. I will still come here because it's convenient to my job, but maybe the staff can take the constructive criticism and try to tighten up. I have a lot of prescriptions so I appreciate them putting up with me. I just wish they'd call me and tell me why there's a problem with my RX instead of waiting until I come to pick it up. I'm very surprised by the bad reviews for this Walgreen store as I have been coming here for a couple of years now and always had good experience. The staff is polite and always helpful whenever I have a question or need help finding something. The store is clean, uncluttered and carries quality products. The pharmacy is efficient and the staff helpful, although I think they do need one or two more person at the window during busy hours. Personally, I find Walgreen stores one step above their competitor in terms of service, merchandise quality and price. read more

Infinitely better than CVS. What more can I say? The people in the pharmacy section are polite. Staff knows their stock and may even take the time to walk you to it. Everyone is polite and IQ, on average, is 10 points higher than at their main rival. When the checkout lane gets crowded, help is summoned. read more

the associate (middle aged indian male with glasses) who works in the photo department is the rudest person I have ever come across in a walgreens. He was snippy, of absolutely NO help, and was off in his own little world giving me the cold shoulder half the time. He was also answering phones and conducting other business in the middle of helping me while i just stood there aimlessly waiting. When he went to put my phone # in to check on an order for me he was acting like I was demanding his first born child. His attitude got so bad that once he went to answer yet another phone call to just leave me hanging there, I just walked out of the store. WORST PHARMACY EVER!!!!!!!!!! I love Walgreens, but this location absolutely is horrible with customer service! Every time I call to see if my medication is ready for pick up (which I have to often because it's not a common type of insulin), I am on hold for over thirty minutes! You can tell someone picks up the phone, does not say anything and puts you back on hold. The pharmacists are all rude! When I finally asked to speak to a manager, they transfered me to the store manager because the pharmacy manager was not there. When I told him that I was on hold for 30 minutes and my insulin was not ready even though I placed my order days ago. No one at the pharmacy bothered to call and let me know it was not in stock and that I would have to wait until Monday which I think is unacceptable! It's insulin not Vitamins!!!!!! When I told the manager about the 30 minute hold with no one saying anything over the phone and then no one notifying me I would have to wait extra days for my insulin, all he could say is let me put you on hold so that I can find out. Not once did he apologize and when I asked him, do you think this is acceptable customer service, he couldn't answer the questions.
