The staff in the drive thru was not helpful or friendly - I had an issue with my prescriptions because of insurance so I had my insurance called her. I was on hold for 1 hour and a half just for the lady in the pharmacy to tell me that they're under staff and they don't have the time to help someone on the phone to figure out my medicine with my insurance helping them and telling them what to do. She told my insurance that I took away my prescription already!? WHICH I DID NOT & that's why I had my insurance work things out with them so that they can process my meds! I understand they might be understaff due to covid but at least TRY OR ATTEMPT TO DO YOUE JOB PLEASE. Thank you! read more

Good store conveniently located on Rose Ave just off the 101 Freeway. Parking is easy enough to find and navigate and this store is clean and well stocked. I was browsing the vitamins and supplements when an employees stopped and asked if she could help me find something. I told her what I was looking for and she helped me figure out that they didn't carry it. I appreciated her help anyway. Overall I'd stop here again for household stuff, snacks, cheap makeup or healthcare products. read more

I have read so many bad reviews for this Walgreens I feel compelled to answer with a good review. I've been using the drive-thru to pick up my meds for months and it's great! I never have to wait, I get quick service and the person handling my orders is always pleasant! I have had one time when the person seemed harried, so I smiled at them and said I'm sorry you don't seem to have help. I'll wait if you need to take someone else first. She smiled at me and looked so grateful that someone saw her as a person. If anyone feels compelled to complain, write to corporate and tell them to get more help!! read more

I waited over half hour outside in line for drive thru. 1(one) car moved and he was there before I went to Starbucks and got my drink. Got out of line outside. Went inside and got my meds within 15 (FIFTEEN) minutes and in my way. Drive thru still had not moved from the car that was at the window . Always seems to be someone hanging out outside the stores can be creepy at times but eh you get that anywhere you go. I don't have any complaint really about the store in general as I don't really shop here just to print photos since everything else here is overpriced. The last few times I sent something to get print out it's always seems like their photo machine is ALWAYS broken and it's so frustrating having to drive to 4 other Walgreens out of the way to get something printed I would assume they would have it fixed and good to go but nope it's seems like every other day/week something wrong with the printer and it's way inconvenience to drive to other located when I literally live almost two minutes away. read more

This Walgreens pharmacy is horrible customer service. Please don't come here. I would like to save someone's time and energy coming here. They were suppose to call my pharmacy to receive my prescription and they didn't do it. It took them 3 phone calls and a week. I finally came to the place and they got me the generic which I wish they would have told me. The staff here is unprofessional. I came and spoke to Theresa and she didn't even say hi or anything. Just said "what do you want " so I told her I'm here for my Prescription and she said we don't have anything for you and I said are u sure it called me that it's here now. So she huffed and looked and it was there. I then said is there any way I can get the regular not generic and she started typing on her computer and said "okay it won't allow me and now we have to re do your RX." So now I'm sitting here right now waiting for them to re do it because she said since she ordered the other one that won't cover they have to re do the generic . They will have to re do it. Pharmacy will tell you one thing over the phone, have you drive to the store and still not assist. The woman working pharmacy 1/12 first off kept putting me on hold while I was mid sentence on the phone. She tells me to bring the receipt to the store as my RX was not run through insurance like it should have. I go to the store and the same woman refuses to help me re-run it through insurance like she just said over the phone I needed to bring the receipt in for!! WASTED 40 min driving there and back. This is the last time I will use this pharmacy. They are rude, and have no idea what they are doing. This is a terrible place! I called for a medicine that it said they had to make sure they had it, I was put on hold 5 minutes and then was disconnected and hung up on. I went there in person to check and couldn't find anyone to help me until I chased someone down going into the back down to help me try to find it. They didn't end up having it. This last time was ridiculous though, I pulled up to the drive thru and pushed the call button they told me to wait I said ok. I feel bad for this store and it's pharmacy. Only 1 bilingual speaker has to multi task way more then any other person. She needs to get paid more. I went to get immunization shots ( flu shot and Tetanus) waited in line got bounced around. I secretly here the pharmacist ( old guy with white beard) " he can wait 45mins" if that was the case have your pharmacy tech explain and reason. I waited in like consulting with the pharmacy tech for 45mins. She is multi tasking with 3 customers. The store needs staff or a re vamp. The assistant manager was respectful and offered me points( sorry bro but not with me) the store manager called me atleast. There is no help in this pharmacy. They make it clear, they don't care how long you have to wait. The customer service at this Walgreens store is superior to the one at 2303 E Vineyard Ave., Oxnard, CA. The problem with the Vineyard Ave. store is management and the staff. When I walk inside, the employees seem really unhappy. And when I deal with the manager and staff, I feel like I'm treated like an object -- not a human being. Really rude staff at the Vineyard Ave store. Go to this Walgreens (Rose Ranch) store. The employees here seem to be happy, are polite and pleasant, and provide great customer service. Terrible. Came here to the drive thru window on Sunday Nov. 27th for a prescription of 30 pills (3X day for 10 days) of Amoxicillin to combat Strep Throat because the Kaiser Pharmacy was closed. The middle aged Latina at the window was not very warm and/or welcoming. A couple days later I had to count the pills because I was uncertain if I had already taken my daily 3 and realized that I was only given 25 pills instead of 30. I then called to let them know they made a mistake. After being given the runaround by a couple employees I finally spoke to a Pharmacist who apologized and said that since it was an antibiotic I could just come in and they would make it right. Tonight I went to the drive thru window again, and the same latina was working the window. I pulled up and she said that she would be with me "in a minute". After sitting there in my car watching her and the pharmacist both standing talking to a custimer for ten minutes I rang the "CALL" button. She answered rudely saying it would be a "few more seconds" as she was busy with a "consultation". After waiting another several minutes she comes to the window and had the worst attitude. I finally had the chance to let her know why I was here, and she then rudely responds "You didnt talk to me when you called". Luckily the pharmacist was calm and helped me out. Terrible customer sevice from the middle aged Latina though and I will not come back to this place again! read more

Pharmacy staff is the worst!!! Rude ass tech. Talked to me like I was a little kid. There was an issue running my insurance and she was basically shoe'ing me away. I thought I'd be patient and wait a few days. Like 5 days later I return after confirming there was no issues with my insurance. She says there is something still wrong and that I need to call them. I stand aside and call. They again assure me everything is okay. The tech was very rude and seemed annoyed that I was still there. Wtf? She said it still wasn't working and mumbled some other comments under her breath. Another clerk (the only nice one there,) saw my frustrations and pushed some buttons on the machine. She looked at me and said it went through. Hours I spent...no days I waited patiently and the original tech wouldn't even consider there was a mistake in their end. It was just "go away." People who dont have ability to work with people shouldn't. Especially in a pharmacy where people are getting health related products. And it was annoying that the pharmacist never offered to listen or apologize for his staff. Very unprofessional. ALL SHOULD BE FIRED. Except for the one nice clerk. read more

I am very disappointed in the pharmacy staff especially Alex! We have been coming here for years and when it comes time for a refund she can't do it. Last night we were in to pick up meds for my son and had to pay a certain amount because for some reason our prescription card was not on file. (Odd because he had a prescription a few months back) any ways I'm back tonight for my refund she proceeds to tell me I shouldn't have come by so late last night just before they close!!! Really!!!! My mother was at this pharmacy asking for a particular over the counter MD and she was having trouble with the proper pronunciation...So my mom called us so we could speak with the tech or the pharmacist. ordered pictures online went to pick up on a Thursday after receiving an email they were ready, machine was down and they were not ready. I talked to someone who said would give me a call back if pictures were not going to be ready. Never got the call, just got a call saying my pictures were ready. If you want an order placed by Walgreen's and you give them the correct address and when you go to pick up your prescription and they send you to another one 5 miles out of your way ,you don't want to do business with them and also when you go up to the counter and they act like your invisible that's another issue ,two young Mexican girls running the prescription dept at this particular Walgreen's did not help me when I came to the counter, now this is not a racial problem as I am also Mexican this is a customer service problem , when you get hired not only do you work for the company you work to be a great employee of this company,because of these 2 problems I will take my business elsewhere and hope everyone else does too read more

Yesterday I had to drop off a prescription for my mom. While waiting in line I could hear the parmacisit assistant helping another customer. This assistant had no idea what she was doing. She was taking information from her customer and told him I'm not with it today I'm not really sure what I'm doing. This assistant is taking perscription information I would think she would have to know what she was doing. She tried yup tell the poor man that his birthday was that day she couldn't figure out that she wad reading the days date. Then she told him oh it's today I was going to day you don't look like you where born in 1918. She couldn't get anything right. After waiting to give her the perscription she takes it and asks if I want to wait for them to fill it. In asked her how long it would be. She gives me a time for 2 hours later. I told her someone else would pick it up. She goes oh you don't want to just wait. I said not for 2 hours. She said oh okay. Then my poor mom and dad had to deal wirh her. Which is a another story. I would not trust this pharmacy at all as long as she is there. Such a shame they used to be really nice and had it together. read more
