DO NOT GO HERE THEY SAID I HAD TO DISSOLVE MY LIP FILLER FIRST BEFORE THEY COULD DO ANYTHING... I HAVE NOT GOTTEN LIP FILLER FOR TWO YEARS. They said it would be $800 to dissolve my lip filler first. The lip filler I had before dissolved way less than a year I refused service. This place obviously took advantage of me and tried to get as much money out of me as they could. Just a little touch up before the holidays. This office is very professional, like a fancy doctor's office. I was seen right on time by a PA. I was really happy with the results. I had practically no upper lip and guess what, this does not improve with age; after I left and the bruising healed up, I could not pass a mirror without smiling. Macy was amazing. Very sweet and recommended something I had not considered that looks great. I bruise very easily so I was a little beat up looking for a couple of days, but it was worth it. I was a bit surprised that on checkout I was prompted to tip. Even 10% was quite a bit of money. ( I was a nurse for 20 years and there are policies that we can't even take a gift over $25.) According to Macy "it's a med spa thing" and though appreciated, it is not required. This was not my first med spa rodeo and I have never been prompted to tip. That being said, I will return (and tip) because I am so happy with what she did. read more

I wanted to go through the process before writing a review so I could speak to the entire experience so this may be a bit long. I chose West Coast Plastic Surgery Center and Dr. Gorodisky initially because of his Physician Assistant, Lace Granatelli PA-C. Physician Assistant, Aesthetic Specialist, and Laser Expert https://www.instagram.com/lace_the_plastics_ace/ . She was kind enough to speak with me for almost a year prior to surgery and making the decision. I had lost over 100 lbs and was looking for a tummy tuck and an upper thigh lift to get rid of the excess skin (and yes, a bit of vanity ). My initial appointment was very smooth. We went over what I was looking for and the plan of action. I also appreciated Lace very transparent and let me know that the inner thigh lift was one of the tougher heals and is a process. That transparency left me with realistic expectations for the healing journey. The surgery was excellent, very straightforward. There are two operating rooms in the office for the surgery which is very nice and he uses the same anesthesiologists. Dr Gorodisky also has privileges at two nearby hospitals which always gives me peace of mind. Once surgery was over, I had my follow up the next day to make sure that everything looked as it should. From there I have had weekly follow up appointments (5 so far) including seeing Lace and also getting Lymphatic Massages from Arelly and are now doing Endospheres, which have been amazing for healing. The other thing I learned during my research process is that several plastic surgery offices do not have a Physician Assistant. Lace was literally there for every one of my questions post-surgery. I never felt like a bother. When I saw my primary doctor for my physical she asked if I have had my post op from my surgery and I said I have had 5 so far . She was amazed. Any type of plastic surgery is a very personal decision. I would recommend adding West Coast Plastic Surgery to your list of dr's offices to meet with. I love Dr. G and staff. Everyone is so nice, friendly, Professional and knowledgeable. I recently had an arm lift (brachioplasty) and lipo 360. My results are nothing short of amazing. Dr G is so awesome at body sculpting. I had a few consults for the arm lift and he was the only Doctor I felt could get the job done and give me the results I was looking for. My arm lift scar is incredibly thin and still healing. Will look so good once fully healed. This was a big concern of mine and another reason I chose Dr G. He pays a lot of attention to the details and your concerns. He is very kind and has a great bed side manner. I have had a few other procedures and services here and I always have a great experience. Wow! I've always hated my deep nasal labial folds because I'm always smiling they're so deep now. Dr G gave me a filler today and it looks 100% natural and didn't hurt! I did the EON treatment for my abdomen and love handles. I went in looking to do Cool Sculpting, but EON was recommended for my situation. I'm a male average build, muscular, just having trouble with the mid section. I diet and exercise regularly. After 6 EON treatments there wasn't any difference. An additional treatment was provided as a curtesy and I still didn't see a difference. It was one of those situations where you have to squint at the before and after photos to see anything at all. This was $3,000 down the drain and a lifetime of my wife saying, "I told you so". Skip the EON. The staff however are great, always welcoming and helpful. So this isn't a bad review of the business', but rather the EON treatment. read more

I had a hydra facial done here and it wasn't a facial experience that I've ever had. Maybe things are done differently in a drs office than a spa. My normal facial is relaxing and comforting. Followed by a mini massage. I got none of that. No blanket to cover up with, my shirt got wet and had some facial products splashed on it. The esthetician was very nice and maybe that's the way she was instructed to do things. She left to let me "relax" for what felt like eternity but it was probably 10 mins. Nothing relaxing about being on that table with no blanket. It was weird! The table wasn't heated or wasn't a vibrating massaging table. And no it wasn't to let her product sit on my skin cause there wasn't anything on my skin. I can't say if the hydra facial did anything cause I only had 1. everyone was super friendly and helpful. I guess I just have to lower my expectations and if I want to be pampered then I go back to my regular aesthetician. Who May not have all the fancy machines and lasers but gives the most relaxing facial ever. read more

I had previously had lip filler done about 2 years prior by someone not affiliated with West Coast Plastic Surgery Center and was pretty disappointed with the results but after seeing Lace's work on Instagram, decided I wanted to try a second time and I am so thrilled with my results!
