When I first went to my consultation in January of 2022, I went there to see what they could do and offer. I was blown away by the professionalism of the staff. From Ann to Dr. Hodnett. I felt comfortable but I was still a bit nervous. I can honestly say I almost canceled my surgery day. I'm glad I didn't. I decided on a mommy makeover. I got a quote that was just right. Ann explained everything that was on the bill. She guided me through the financial process. Now here is the process of the surgery. I got there early in the morning, on time, of course. I was still a bit nervous and joked to Dr. Hodnett that I was ready to run out. He joked back and said they can catch me. The nurses were very nice, knowledgeable, understanding, and friendly. I was taken to the operating room and honestly, I do not remember after that. They knocked me out with some good drugs. When I woke up, I was in so much pain. I'm not going to sugarcoat anything. It's very painful. Make sure you have the painkillers you are given before surgery. At home, I made sure I had a nice area to sit and recover. I keep my place clean. I drank water, had jello, and apple sauce. I didn't have much of an appetite. I was in so much pain. That is something you need to be aware of it. the next day you have to go in for your appointment. That was so painful to walk in there. The recovery was a lot of work. The lack of a shower was also very challenging. I suggest finding ways to keep yourself clean. I myself didn't have any complications. I followed every order I was given. That is very important to do and follow. Your health is very important. I have some pain here and there. If you read the paperwork, it says you might still get pain. After around 3 months I was pretty much normal and ready to start enjoying my new body. I suggest not doing heavy lifting in your first year. I have zero regrets and YES, I would do it again. My only regret is not getting my breast implants a little bigger. I can always go back. These kinds of surgeries are not easy and it's something you want to think about before doing it. I can guarantee you that it will be worth it. Ask as many questions as they will answer every one of them. I will not leave out the girl at the front desk. They are awesome! They are always there to help you with all your appointments. Thanks to all the Oxnard Staff for a wonderful experience. I will always be ready for yet another surgery with Dr. Hodnett. Words don't express how grateful I am.

And yet, they still feel justified in not refunding me, and not extending any level of proper care or customer service to me. They are TRULY a horrible, unprofessional, low quality med spa. ** Bad experience and terrible customer service after the fact. I made an appointment for Laser Hair Removal, which I've had done on various parts of my body over the years at various med spas. I was going to be in Ventura on a week long road-trip down south, and decided to try this place for my LHR. I had a fancy gala at the end of the week for an LA event with lawyers and judges, so always some primping is done to look my best. A girl's gotta look polished for this type of shin dig... and it's pretty fun getting ready. Except when it's not, and that's what happened at this place. When I made the appt, I asked the woman on the phone about numbing cream for my face, she informed me that I wouldn't need it bc it's a fast moving wand. I had never experienced this type of machine before, but when I asked her if it was the same result where all the hair falls off or can be easily wiped off after treatment, she simply replied, "yes". This was not the case, as I learned AFTER I spent $200 and wasted my time with this place. I left still looking like Chewbacca, and I emailed the office to let them know I was not satisfied. This is when I was told that each treatment would remove about 20% of the visible hair. Had I known this when I called to get info, I WOULD NOT HAVE BOOKED THE APPT. I absolutely would not and could not show up to this gala looking like Chewbacca. When I asked to get my money back, I was told they have a no refunds policy. I asked them if they insist on their no refunds policy despite misrepresentation and flat out lying to me about the treatment results ... and no one responded -nor have I been refunded. Churn and burn is a bad business practice! Just gross and unethical business practices all the way around- from the woman at the front desk that made my appointment, to Angela that did my treatment (by the way, in an email she said she "assured me that I had some hair loss even though there was a lot of hair left"), to Sabina that went totally quiet after I disputed their no refund policy calling out their unethical practice of misinformation and misrepresentation. Also, upon further research I notice that a handful of the reviews are from their own employees (always with the no profile pic and only one review in their profile). Absolutely do not go here, and do not trust these people.

As a fit and livelong outdoors guy (mainly beach), I noticed that my middle-age body was taking on very unflattering characteristics (man boobs). After years of wearing loose-fitting shirts to cover up, I finally decided to swallow my pride and see what could be done. After obtaining several other opinions, I went with Dr. Gorodisky. Dr. G was the only one that suggested that Smart Lipo might give me the results I was looking for (the others recommended radical surgery). It's been a year and a half now and for the past two summers, I've enjoyed the freedom of walking around shirtless with no embarrassment! She called Dr.Morissette and they got me in the next morning to remove the tooth. The staff was welcoming and sympathetic to my situation. I was scared because I have never experienced anything beyond a cavity. Dr.Morrissette explained everything to me, if I didn't understand something he was kind and simply went over the procedure again. He removed the tooth that morning without any complications. During our visit I noticed he also did cosmetic procedure's. I prompted an interest in Botox, fillers. and peels. Again without hesitation he gave his opinion on things that may help brighten up my features. In no way did I ever feel him pushing me into anything, in fact it was quite the opposite. I did end up doing a TCA peel Botox and had my lips done. I could not be happier with the outcome of everything. Dr. Morrissette has a lot of energy and is confident with his skill.
