**Updated to add that the business responded to my review, deflecting any wrong doing and said that they "require shaving the area before treatment". This is yet another area where they failed me- as neither the receptionist that booked my appointment told me this, nor was I told this when I checked in for my services, nor did the woman that did my service tell me the area needs to be shaved before she worked on me. So, this is the first time I'm hearing this, despite THREE employees saying nothing of the sort. And yet, they still feel justified in not refunding me, and not extending any level of proper care or customer service to me. They are TRULY a horrible, unprofessional, low quality med spa. ** Bad experience and terrible customer service after the fact. I made an appointment for Laser Hair Removal, which I've had done on various parts of my body over the years at various med spas. I was going to be in Ventura on a week long road-trip down south, and decided to try this place for my LHR. I had a fancy gala at the end of the week for an LA event with lawyers and judges, so always some primping is done to look my best. A girl's gotta look polished for this type of shin dig... and it's pretty fun getting ready. Except when it's not, and that's what happened at this place. When I made the appt, I asked the woman on the phone about numbing cream for my face, she informed me that I wouldn't need it bc it's a fast moving wand. I had never experienced this type of machine before, but when I asked her if it was the same result where all the hair falls off or can be easily wiped off after treatment, she simply replied, "yes". This was not the case, as I learned AFTER I spent $200 and wasted my time with this place. I left still looking like Chewbacca, and I emailed the office to let them know I was not satisfied. This is when I was told that each treatment would remove about 20% of the visible hair. Had I known this when I called to get info, I WOULD NOT HAVE BOOKED THE APPT. I absolutely would not and could not show up to this gala looking like Chewbacca. When I asked to get my money back, I was told they have a no refunds policy. I asked them if they insist on their no refunds policy despite misrepresentation and flat out lying to me about the treatment results ... and no one responded -nor have I been refunded. Churn and burn is a bad business practice! Just gross and unethical business practices all the way around- from the woman at the front desk that made my appointment, to Angela that did my treatment (by the way, in an email she said she "assured me that I had some hair loss even though there was a lot of hair left"), to Sabina that went totally quiet after I disputed their no refund policy calling out their unethical practice of misinformation and misrepresentation. Also, upon further research I notice that a handful of the reviews are from their own employees (always with the no profile pic and only one review in their profile). Absolutely do not go here, and do not trust these people. read more

I have been going to Beyond Aesthetics for a few years. I have been to quite a few different medical spas, but this one is exceptional. Both locations (Ventura and Camarillo) are beautiful, clean and offer superior products and knowledge. What really makes them unique is their individualized approach to beauty treatments. The entire staff is fantastic, friendly and patient. The nursing staff, that administer the different protocols, are amazing. EVERY one of them! I, personally, see Kristy and I have to say she is truly gifted. Kristy, Kristy, Kristy! I am so grateful that you are helping me through my "aging journey!" read more

Everything went well. Audrey, the receptionist is unreasonably nice, helpful and she also turned me, onto a website where I can get even more discounts on the same day of my appointment. Kristy the aesthetic provider knew her stuff, every question I had for her she had an answer. And her recommendations were on point. The place was clean, inviting and organized. I love this place. read more

The staff is very professional. The doctors are knowledgeable, and the services they perform are amazing and really work.

Beautiful office and really nice staff. Kristy was was awesome. Love my results and looking forward to more treatments!

The staff here is so super nice and the office is beautiful! I have been following on social media for a while and finally decided to make a Botox appt. I told them my concerns and the amount of units I've had in the past. they recommended HALF the units in the area I was most concerned with but assured me if It didn't work, they would make it right at my follow up. At my follow up I pointed out that I was unhappy with half the units and was told that maybe the lines have just gotten deeper and next time we'll do more. I hate to write an "OK" review, but I left my follow up extremely disappointed. I am a working mom who only gets to treat myself every so often, so this was a big bummer read more

I love the monthly facial membership. Meghan is the best. I definitely recommend beyond aesthetics for any med spa services.

I'm so happy I discovered Beyond Aesthetics- the Ventura office. I just moved to Ventura and was nervous about going somewhere new and unfamiliar, but this place exceeded my expectations. I came in for botox and Haileigh was amazing- informative, cool, and she made me feel super relaxed and comfortable. I've had experiences in the past with women suggesting, even pushing more treatment than I wanted and she was the total opposite. The other women I encountered in the office were kind and helpful, and the space is very nice and clean. I'll definitely be back. Thank you, Haleigh!! And thank you to the entire BA team. I appreciate you! read more

On a whim... A few weeks ago I walked into this amazing beauty spa and am so grateful I did. Quick background, I was going daily to this office building and would always walk by. Something would say to me to go in but I ignored that "little voice." Finally, I made the choice to walk in. Initially I went to inquire about Kybella. While I was there, literally the client checking out told me she had gotten Kybella there and was happy. Oh and V, one of the lovely girls at the front desk had also gotten Kybella. They both showed me their before and after photos and they looked great. In person, you couldn't tell they had anything done. So I made an appointment for my Kybella consultation. Long story short, I didn't get the Kybella (nothing with Beyond Aesthetic, it was my fear and also finances)... Now, while I was there, at my consultation with Ashley, I was asking about hyperpigmentation and what she would recommend. She presented different options and I decided to do their DermaSweep Bootcamp. OOO MMM GGGG! My beautiful aesthetician, Meghan, has done such an amazing job, I can't even describe the results. It had been sooo, sooo long since I felt "pretty." I know I probably sound vain or I don't know. It had been so long that I loved my skin. For those of you that deal with any kind of skin issues, melasma, hyperpigmentation, acne, acne scars, you know those conditions can be depressing. Our face is what the world sees. And while yes, true beauty and grace comes from within, the world doesn't see that at first. We don't see it when we stand in front of the mirror. We are all our harshest critics... But I digress. I'm so grateful for Nicole, V (they are front desk) Ashley who did my consultation and especially Meghan for taking such good care of me and my skin. Besides these beautiful and lovely women not only being kind, supportive and understanding, what I really appreciated was the NO PRESSURE to do or buy anything. For any of you that have been to that beauty/plastic surgery, cosmetic dermatology world, you know some places are very high pressure. As I mentioned earlier, I originally went in for a Kybella consultation and decided not to do it. And I've been back several times for my dermasweep sessions and none of them have brought up the Kybella again. That tells me they listened to me and they are not about getting me or anyone to do something they are not ready for. Anyhoo, sorry for the long winded review. If you made it this far, thank you. If you've been like me and demoralized about your skin/appearance, give this place a try. Nicole, V, Ashley and Meghan are true gems. Wishing everyone a wonderful 2024! read more

I've been going to Beyond Aesthetics for almost 7 years now so I can definitively say that they are AMAZING!   They have consistently hit all the checkboxes I look for in a med spa: easy appointment scheduling, 2 convenient locations with ample parking, front office ladies are always super welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable, and, most importantly, top-notch service!!!   I've received treatments from many of their providers and am always so happy with the results. Kristy and Leslie are both exceptional (the cream of the crop in my book) I recently got Skinvive done with Kristy and, let me just tell you, it quickly rose to the top as my FAVE TREATMENT EVERRRR!! If you've been considering it, just DO IT - you will not regret it!  Kim is my go-to esthetician - not only is she incredible at what she does but she's just such a lovely person to talk to so I get healthy, glowing skin AND a positivity boost during my treatments with her ;)  If you're searching for a med spa to help you look and feel your best, I can't recommend BA enough! read more

Ashley, PA, is my go to girl for med spa services. She's new in the business, but is super knowledgable and will tell you the honest truth, which is important when you want to look your best, natural self. read more

Haileigh is phenomenal! I went in for a Kybella consultation and she thoroughly explained the process, aftercare, and what to expect during the recovery. Haileigh answered all my questions and made me feel confident going in for my treatment. I also did botox with her for my first time ever and she made the process so seamless. The front desk staff is also amazing. They signed me up for Alle & told me all about their monthly specials (which I ended up booking!). Facility is always so clean and the staff is incredible! read more

I highly recommend Beyond Aesthetics! went to get a signature facial a few weeks ago from Meghan. She is so sweet and provided an amazing, relaxing experience. She was very knowledgeable about skincare and gave me great recommendations for my concerns on top of a truly amazing facial. I almost wanted to cry because it was so relaxing for me as a mother. I rarely take time for myself like that and it was an incredible experience. My skin was glowing for days after and the new cleanser she recommended for me is EXACTLY what my regimen needed. I can't wait to come back for more treatments! Thank you! read more

The best for my cystic acne injections! Hard to find a place that does this procedure. They have been an absolute lifesaver!

This place is amazing. If your looking to stay looking young, or just for great skin care, Botox, micro needling, this is the place for you. My wife and I have been coming to Beyond Aesthetics for many years. We recently started coming to the Ventura location and have been treated by the "A" Team in Ventura, Corinne, Meghan, Nadia, Heather, and Amber. We love these ladies. First of all, their knowledge is second to none. We ask a skin care question and they have an answer. We have always felt comfortable with their recommendations and have never felt like they were just trying to push products or services. They genuinely are trying to get us the best results with the right treatment and the right products. My wife and I have had facials with Meghan and she is absolutely our favorite esthetician. We love this girl. During our facials she makes us feel comfortable and most importantly, the treatment is amazing and our skin feels incredible. Meghan always gives us great skin care advice and always recommends what's best for us when it comes to skin care products. We see her monthly, so we highly recommend her, just don't take my time slot lol. She is the best!!!! My wife and I have both had the pleasure of tattoo removal with Heather and she is a beast with the laser. Once again, very knowledgeable and patient with her craft. She spoke the truth about the procedure and how much it would hurt lol, but the truth helped us prepare for the healing process and our next sessions. We highly recommend Heather if you need your ex boyfriend or girlfriend name removed, or maybe that regrettable tramp stamp lol Last but definitely not least, Corrine. We have had micro needling with Corrine and all I can say is holy crap. Yes it hurts but the results are amazing. This procedure will make your ass sweat, but it's worth it! You leave this place looking like your were hit with a sack of nickels, but a few days later, your skin feels tight and amazing. You can actually bounce a nickel off your skin after a few day if you wanted. Corrine is a sweetheart and our conversations during the procedure are crazy because we are laughing so much to ignore the pain. We love it though and keep coming back. Of course this place wouldn't run without someone cracking the whip, Nadia, lol. We love that dancing machine. She is super sweet although she canceled my modeling contract, (not bitter), but we lover her. She is always helpful and always has a smile on her face. This is also how we feel about Amber. She is not cracking the whip, but is very helpful and always has a smile on her face. Amber is always there to check us in and check us out. Thank you ladies. We absolutely love this place. If you need proof about the products or the procedures, look at these lovely ladies. They are honest about the products and procedures because they use them. read more

I have seen Kim for facials at the Camarillo location for a few years now and I know I can always rely on her expertise to get my skin glowing again, may it be I'm having an acne flare up or my skin is just needing to be graced by her magic! I always feel like I can figure anything out after I leave because my confidence is back up and I know my skin is looking fabulous! And anything she has ever recommended for me was 100% honesty and it was well worth it to try so she's got me hooked on my skin regimen plan. Kim is the best and I'll also add that her neck massage is to die for! read more

I recommend coming for a consultation from Corinne. She does not try and sell you anything but helps educate what she thinks works best. She helps answer any questions or concerns you may have! Very upscale place and as long as you type the directions into your phone the directions will take you all the way there. Love the discreet location! Having everyone at an office from front staff to provider treat you with importance is rare now a days. read more

I have to say that I would highly recommend this business. The owner Leslie was so amazing She was attentive and listened to my concerns. I really didn't know what to expect when I came in because it was my first time but Leslie made me feel so at ease and the staff was so kind. The Botox procedure was painless quick and no bruising I plan to come back . read more

Just recently started going to this place In Ventura for my Botox. I've had issues in the past at another place not being happy on my outcome. Use to go to a med spa in Cerritos but it's too far from where I live. Found a Beyond Aesthetics location in Camarillo tried it but love the Ventura location more.
