I decided to pay for two IPL treatments to deal with dark spots, sun and age spots and to even skin discoloration, including redness. A friend in Ventura recomended the spa and the clinician. Other med spas in Ventura had higher IPL pricing and those spas could not justify, to me, why their prices were higher, so I went to Plush! The first IPL treatment had dramatic results...improved my skin texture, including smoothness and skin look and feel, reduced redness on my chin, massively reduced spots and discoloration. With the 2nd treatment of IPL the clinician used a smaller head to deliver the pulsed light to target smaller zones on my face (I wish this was provided in the first treatment as well). I normally go to a med spa in Sherman Oaks for my botox but I decided to try some place local to save me the drive. I came across Plush on a Yelp search and decided to make an appointment here due to the good rating and reviews. I was not disappointed! Check in was a breeze as I was a new patient. They email you the forms in advance. They took before pictures when I got there and had me talk to the director for clearance. My injector was Casey, she was nice. Told her I had botox before and how many units I usually get and she injected me quick and efficiently. Seems like botox kicked in 5 days in and so far so good! They offer financing through Cherry on the Alle app but has to be over $200 I think that's what I was told? It's okay though, units were actually cheaper here than the other med spa I go to. I really like this place!! I've been coming here for the past 4 months for laser hair removal and the machine that they use is so great. I've already seen so much progress after just short of three treatments! Mind you I am of African-American heritage and it's typically harder for us to get good results from laser hair removal due to needing low settings for our skin type so sometimes it takes EXTRA treatments to see any type of result but for me I've been getting immediate results and I'm gonna start doing other treatments with them due to how great the hair removal results have been. The nurses are all really great and very professional as well. The spa is beautiful and clean and everything is moderately priced!
