I had a poor experience at this establishment. I called and left messages both times I reached out (hard to communicate with). When the receptionist called to make the appointment, we covered a slew of questions including recent antibiotic use, which I acknowledged I had used. She said it was likely fine and booked my appointment. (Their first mistake, she shouldn't have given me an appointment) Day of, I show up 15 mins early, as requested. Note: The outside of the building is rough. Some strewn trash in the empty next door lot made it look even worse. People! Take pride in your establishment, pick up the pile of trash literally right outside your door. Inside there are two offices but it's hard to tell which is which, so I introduce myself and I'm promptly redirected to the dark back corner desk. I fill out an extra long questionnaire (I'm talking 10+ pages of signing my life away) and then have to sit in a private room with a virtual nurse for a Zoom meeting about my patient history (I was not informed in advance about this) When I'm finally taken into the treatment room, the nurse makes small talk about my laser history. I'm not new to laser.... THEN and ONLY THEN am I told I cannot receive the service today. They required 2 weeks past the last day of antibiotics. Hello?? Why did you just waste 30 mins, multiple phone calls, and bring me all this way to say no. I was very frustrated. I requested my forms back and left, I will not be back. Something about that amount of paperwork screams CYA (cover your ass) to me. Mistakes happen but at any point this experience could have been cut short or saved. It sadly wasn't. Ever since Pat.D stopped working the front desk it's been a different experience. The new receptionist seem inexperienced in customer service relations. I called 5x on a Monday and no one ever answered. Also don't like that they can't give me my next appointment while I'm there, they need to call a month later to see if you can go in. Laser Technician is great. I been going there over a year plus and hair still returns after a month in some areas. I like the machine they use, just not the best for long term results. This place has great prices but unfortunately their front desk sucks so hence the one star review. I've been coming here for years and every appointment I get a call asking if I can come in earlier ..each time i do or I reschedule which is annoying. The last time I was in there the machine was not working and I waited 40 mins . This place has gone down hill. For some reason I'm not allowed to book my next appointment after my treatment. It's an inconvenience to have to remember to book 5 weeks later and then try and squeeze in on a full schedule. Also, 9 times out of 10 they don't answer the phone so it takes me another few weeks to finally get booked. Makes no sense. read more

Friendly staff, clean facility, organized, and great price compared to other places. It's a little hard to spot the first visit (space is shared with a dental office, so keep an eye out for that) It's hard to reschedule appoints so keep that in mind and be sure if your schedule! I discovered this place through Groupon and have not regretted my choice at all. I've done multiple sessions on my face and lower arms and have seen such a big change already. There is little hair growth, if any at all, and I never have to worry about shaving/waxing/plucking now. I'm beyond thrilled as this is one less thing to worry about for me! The sessions are quick and the laser is a little painful (kind of like a rubber band hitting your skin) but tolerable. Sometimes I take Advil when I go in for my face. The office is very clean with a really friendly receptionist; she reminds you of what medications to avoid before coming in and what to do post-treatment. I rarely wait longer than 10 minutes to go in. They always call to confirm my appointments and are flexible when it comes to scheduling my next sessions. Looking back on my purchase I can't believe I used a groupon to try something like lasering (which could have potential adverse outcomes of done incorrectly) but I'm glad I did! I am currently on my fourth session and i have seen over an 80% of reduction in hair growth in my underarms. It is so nice to be able to go out without having to worry about shaving! As with all lasering I know there will be residual hair growth which can be maintained with coming in to get my underarms zapped every couple of months. Service is very quick, fast, and friendly. I first started coming here three months ago with a groupon I purchased and I must say it was one of the better investments I have made. Pat is friendly and will answer any questions you have. I had 5 Brazilian laser treatments here, exactly spaced apart as instructed, with no tanning in between and following all rules, etc. I drove an hour each way to Soft Touch Skin Center each time. At no point was I left anywhere close to 80% hair removal (which is supposed to be the goal to aim for with laser). I have dark hair and light skin, and have been examined by a new laser center who agreed I had the perfect hair and skin combo for laser to work successfully. There are a couple *patches* of hairlessness on my BIKINI line, but as far as brazilian area goes, I'm still covered in hair, most of it retaining its original thickness. I had treatments done by each of the ladies working there (different people all 5 times). I'm really disappointed in the amount of time and money I spent, only to experience a 10% hair loss on my bikini line and virtually no hair loss on my brazilian. I gave it two stars because the staff was nice/polite and I don't have any complaints in that regard. read more

So I got laser hair removal here last year, I did my under arms and arms but didn't get to finish my arms bc I had medical things going on so going in was near impossible. Anyway fast forward to today and I barely have any hair growing on my arms anymore and they're so smooth, mind you i didn't even finish all of my sessions. I do have some hair growing back again in my under arms but it is way less than before and a touch up session will definitely fix it. Also the discoloration on my underarms significantly subsided. I had my first ever laser hair removal session on my underarms about 3 weeks ago. The procedure was literally less than 5 minutes and only hurt a tiny bit. Perhaps my pain tolerance is higher than some people, but if you want, get the numbing cream to help make the experience a little less painful. After one session, I'm already seeing results. After shaving my underarms, I notice that the hair growth is not happening as quickly as it did before the laser procedure. (FYI: I don't have insanely hairy underarms, but my hair tends to grow at a rapid rate, and I get really bad ingrowns, which is the main reason I'm doing this. It may take others a few more sessions to start seeing results!) I'm really excited for my future sessions and the results to come. The staff is very friendly, the office is clean, and the prices are fair. But I was able to purchase a groupon, so that made it even more affordable, and after seeing the reduction in hair growth after the first session, totally worth it! read more

I really liked this place and thought it would work, but it didn't. Not at all. All hair came back. I personally think they are using an old machine. The girls are super nice and they make it easy to love it but they need to update their machine. I went a lot and would expect to have the hair gone. I got a Brazilian and TBH I was skeptical at first just because it's new and I didn't really know what I was getting into but I love this place! It's super nice inside and has a home feeling. Got a Groupon because I was getting tired of having to shave and I would get really bad razor burn. I've done waxing but it's the same price and hurts just as much! I bought a voucher through groupon a couple months ago for a great deal. Small area of laser hair removal for $99 (total of 5 sessions). That is a GREAT deal. The lady at the front is nice, and very efficient, but she needs to smile a bit more . They're really flexible about scheduling. You can purchase numbing gel if you're a big chicken like me ( they do warn about the laser feeling like "rubber bands snapping"....yeah, no thanks) so get that numbing gel- only $10. The actual procedure was quick and painless. I've had ladder before and it always feels hot, this place feels like cold water ( I assume is a different type of laser?). The only thing that was meh, was the tv show on the waiting area. Some annoying talk show... Not classy, so I enjoyed candy crush instead so, they lost a star for that. read more

Have had two sessions here , and I've already noticed my hair growth slow down. The machine they use is very effective! The office is very clean and relaxing. The receptionist is super friendly and very knowledgeable nurses have made my visits so enjoyable and comfortable. The procedure is seemingly painless, but if you have sensitive skin they do recommend purchasing the numbing cream. I recommend doing their package deal (pay up front for 4 times, get the 5th free) since most people need to do treatment on an area 5 or 6 times for hair to stop growing. I also have to mention the prices here are inexpensive! When I looked around I saw other places charging DOUBLE for the same treatments that Soft Touch offers. They offer deals every month for certain areas that slash the prices even more. They also send you $10 coupon for each person you refer! I saw results after one visit, I had very little regrowth - after only one session! I added underarms & tops of feet now & am beyond thrilled. I'm very close to no more re-growth at all. Sooo worth it. It's a quick visit too - for all 3 of those areas, it's only 10-15 mins max. I come on either Friday or Saturdays & see Amelia. She's so sweet, professional & always smiling. I found out about this place from a Groupon. So glad I did! I purchased the "small area" option (6 treatments) and chose to do the underarms, after the first treatment hair was like gone! I've had hair removal done before at other places and it didn't work, but their laser did! I don't have a high tolerance for pain but it wasn't bad at all, it felt like rubber bands snapping at your skin. After completing 5 out of the 6 treatments, the hair that did grow back was minimal, fine, thin and soft. I did miss out on my 6th treatment and forfeited that - (I totally forgot about my appointment and didn't show up, ooops). Their prices are definitely reasonable. I'm planning on going back and having other areas done like my legs. I'm tired of looking like Chewbacka hahahaha just kidding! read more

I did my full bikini and underarms. I have little to no growth in both areas, just after one session. Because of this, I decided to have my lip/chin done. Purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal particularly in my underarm. I'll be on my 3rd session this month and I have seen results right after the 1st session: slow hair growth. I barely shave my underarms now. This place is great and staffs are awesome. Procedure is fast and painless. I bought a treatment off groupon for a Brazilian laser. I just had my second treatment, and I'm loving it so far! I've always had really bad ingrown hairs but I really haven't had any since. Even after the first treatment, regrowth was very minimal. I can't wait to see what it looks like after the 5th or 6th treatment! The laser isn't too bad. The results are worth the little pain.
