I am so proud of my skin progress!!! I am so grateful for Dyane's knowledge and our shared love of geeking out over skincare and stem cells. Procell is by far my favorite treatment that has given me the best results. I've been getting mostly procell with a few hydra facials over the past year and just yesterday tried the new stem cell facial mixed with hydrafacial. My skin has never looked so good. My dark spots have faded and my overall texture and glow and even tone has improved significantly. I'm so glad we took pics but I feel they don't even show how amazing it truly is! I believe I've gone on the highest needle on procell and I definitely get rosy but it dies down by the next day. The stem cell facial had me a little pink like I worked out but died down a few hours later. I highly highly recommend all of the treatments with Procell being the best! read more

I was a client of Pretty Kitty before moving back to Ventura County. The one thing I was insistent on finding where Brazilian waxing was concerned, was a place that didn't double dip their sticks. Yuck! Could never go back to that (and I don't care how hot your wax is) but thank God Lotus is that place. I came here after seeing all these great reviews about Dyane and happy to say, Yelpers definitely came through! Clean and professional. Brazilian was pain less (not painless but of less pain) than I've ever experienced. I LOVE DYANE! I promised my husband that I would get a bikini wax for our honeymoon, so I immediately began asking around and yelping the best places to go. I wasn't going to let just anyone wax me, especially since it was my first time getting a Brazilian. When I went in I was so nervous but she was very calming. She had given me some helpful hints about how to prepare myself and reduce the pain. When the moment came she walked me through the entire process...she told me how to breathe, when she would pull, which pulls would be the most painful, where to put my hand to reduce the pain. Honestly, it wasn't nearly as painful as I thought it would be! Do NOT watch those videos online so you "know what to expect"....everyone on the internet is waaaaay too dramatic. Dyane also waxed my husband's eyebrows (in a manly way) and my little sister's and they looked great. I will definitely be getting a bikini wax on a regular basis from now on!!!! read more

Dyane is a BRAZILIAN WAXING QUEEN! I was a brazilian waxing virgin before coming to her, and I did my yelp homework before booking any appointment anywhere! Lets be real, its your lady parts, and you're nervous. However, I can ASSURE YOU WITH ALL MY HEART THAT YOU SHOULD BOOK DYANE NOW! She tends to get booked up around all the special occasions of the year so be sure if you're doing it around that time, to call her in advance. Once you're a regular, she even would book over text, which was nice and convenient since you're not playing phone tag. Once you walk in, you immediately are enveloped with a warm comforting feeling. She talks you through what she will do and before you know it, BAM its done. (Not to mention I never ran into other clients. So it wasn't ever awkward) There is no pain, and she talks to you the whole time. I went to her at least 6+ times and I wouldn't dare go anywhere else. Since leaving camarillo...I have not found anyone that can compare to her gentle tone and hands. I also forgot to mention the price, She is def. under $50, which is also the cheapest i've ever seen a brazilian. Idk how she does it. This was absolutely the best brazilian wax I have ever received! I am vacationing from San Diego and found this diamond of a business. As a business owner myself there were a number of things that were impressive to me: 1 Text to schedule an appointment was very convenient. The response was almost immediate. 2 Studio was clean and artistically decorated. Dyane is health conscious and uses separate dipping sticks to apply wax. 3 Dyane offered excellent advise about maintenance, and was friendly and easy-going during the service. 4 A combination of blue and orange wax gave the least painful and most effective wax I have ever received. The mixture was created personally by Dyane through her years of experience. It felt firm enough to pull the hair, but soft so that it did not pull at my skin. 5 The entire brazilian wax and check out surprisingly took only 30 min. I got my first Brazilian Wax this past summer at a fancy salon in Westlake Village, and paid a pretty penny for a job well done. When I moved out to Camarillo I did not want to have to drive the grade and saw a review here for Lotus. I texted Dyane and right away she responded and I set up my appointment. It's by appointment only, but it's really easy to make one- you just call and either leave a message or make one right there if someone picks up. It's this cute little place in Old Town Camarillo, and since Old Town is Old Town, parking is kind of a hassle. But anyway. She is quick and didn't leave any 'stragglers'. This will be my go-to waxing studio from nw on. Now a little bit about her techniques: She uses a hard-type of wax that is blue. She waxes in short quick sections rather than big long strips. She will go back over to pick up any hairs that were missed. Never once did I see her use her cell phone or carry on a conversation with a coworker while we were in session. I came for a bikini wax and made an appointment for the next one. Work unexpectedly sent me out of town, and I called lotus to let them know I wouldn't be able to keep my appointment this was on a Friday and my appointment was on Monday afternoon. They didn't have voicemail so I called first thing Monday morning. But they said according to the policy they where still going to charge me for the visit! This has to be the most deserving review I have ever given. A little awkward for me to wrote but oh well. I was terrified of getting a brazilian wax. I read a ton of reviews and based on them I chose Lotus. First of all, Vanessa the receptionist/makeup artist was so informing and helpful over the phone. Explained what's best to do before hand and also when. I arrived was very sweet! The actual wax was totally different from my first experience, which literally involved blood, sweat and tears. Diane was done in like 20 minutes and the pain was way worse in my head. It was such a breeze and not uncomfortable at all. I will be back monthly and will also be giving as a gift. Dyane is amazing! Been going to her for over two years for a brazilian and never had any complaint at all. She uses hard wax and knows what she's doing. She always gives me tips on how to make it as painless as possible; it's still a wax so there will be some pain, but following her tips definitely helps! (no caffeine that day, take ibu profen 30 minutes before, eat some bananas that morning, exfoliate regularly) You can tell that she cares that you have a good experience and are happy with your wax.
