I've just found my new favorite Esthetician! I have only gone out to LA for facials, but I decided to switch it up and try somewhere in Town! I was innn need of some self care and what screams self care more than getting a facial! :D it was so easy to book online. I went with the Korean V-Line facial and added the intensive Korean neck treatment. When I had first walked in to Face To Face Esthetics, I was warmly greeted by Teri. Before my facial, I filled out some information so that she may get to know me and my skin better for the best care. Teri was very kind and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The facial itself was very relaxing. I caught myself almost dozing off 4 times lol. After the facial, I felt soo rejuvenated and relaxed. I came upon Face to Face Esthetics because I was looking for a particular brand of facial products that I've had success with helping my acne out in the past. I set up an appointment to get a signature facial. Teri's space is clean, welcoming, and relaxing. We addressed my skin issues (i just had a baby and my hormones caused my skin to go haywire!) and she customized a facial to help relieve my skin of my current breakouts and redness. The whole treatment was lovely and relaxing, just what a new mother could use after weeks of no sleep and breakouts wreaking havoc on my skin. Before the treatment, my skin felt so sensitive and inflamed...almost bordering painful. Afterwards, the inflamed areas felt so much better and when I looked in the mirror my face looked so alive, instead of run down and just "blah". We picked out some Rhonda Allison products for me to take home and I've been using them for about a week now. Just as a disclaimer, I DID breakout in my problem area, but I was ready for it and knew that after a facial, my skin always purges. A little more than a week after my signature facial and use of the Rhonda Allison products, the redness in my skin has calmed down immensely and the condition of my face has overall improved. I'm planning to continue to make appointments with Teri. Not only do I feel that it's beneficial for my skin and a nice treat to nourish my soul, but she is a sweet woman with great knowledge and skill in what she does. My mom gave me a gift certificate for a facial with Teri and let me tell you what an absolute treat that was. Terri asked great questions to make sure she addressed what my face needed. I was so beyond relaxed, even enjoyed the extractions. Her place is immaculately clean and she knows exactly what she is doing. I've had facials from the four seasons and the ritz and Teri by far has given me the best facial ever! She also doesn't push overpriced skin care lines on you. I love to spoil myself! Occasionally, I go to the nicest places in the world to see what's out there. In Dubai, I went to the 7-star hotel to see how nice it gets. My career (as a DoD contractor) and my passion for traveling has brought me to over 50 countries. I've seen extremely rich and extremely high-end- including some nice spas I've been to in Europe and the Middle East. Teri's services are, by far, the best I've had in my life! Everything is top-of-the-line, and her prices are reasonable! I say Teri earned the #1 spot for the best esthetician I know, and is far better than any other I've tried. First I would have to say that "Yes" Teri knows skin care, however her ethics are horrible. After being a client for over a year and referring others to her she cancelled my scheduled apppointment and sent an email saying she does not "feel comfortable seeing someone who only does a peel once a year in the winter. She also mentioned not using the products she sells. IF YOU PLAN ON GOING HERE MAKE SURE YOU SPEND $$$ ON HER BUSINESS OR SHE WILL EVENTUALLY DROP YOU. Apparently she has enough clients now that she can afford to drop those who have no issues with their skin and are just not spending enough money. read more
