First off the receptionist is absolutely atrocious, she has no idea what she's talking about and makes you feel horrible. Dr. Morissette does what the patient wants not what's best for the patient. He is a doctor and should know what would be too large or two small for someone's face and doctors should guide the patient into a decision that makes sense. I also feel that he should have had an office visit with me before walking by the me in the surgery room telling me he was going to add a combination of implants size XL to my cheeks. I Never discussed this with him in an office visit!Unfortunately, everything that Dr. Morissette did turned out horrible, and I was botched I spent $12,000 and now it is hard for me to leave the house . Dr. Morissette is a very nice man but unfortunately I had an awful experience that I have to live for the rest of my life. The implants were taken out my my cheeks are bulging out from him stretching them so badly. I also was left with an elevated lip on the right hand side! He took away half of my lip! Dr. Morissette and staff are amazing…read more I was grateful to have been sent to Dr. Morissette by my endodontist who was performing a root canal when she realized the tooth was not salvageable. She called Dr.Morissette and they got me in the next morning to remove the tooth. The staff was welcoming and sympathetic to my situation. I was scared because I have never experienced anything beyond a cavity. Dr.Morrissette explained everything to me, if I didn't understand something he was kind and simply went over the procedure again. He removed the tooth that morning without any complications. During our visit I noticed he also did cosmetic procedure's. I prompted an interest in Botox, fillers. and peels. Again without hesitation he gave his opinion on things that may help brighten up my features. In no way did I ever feel him pushing me into anything, in fact it was quite the opposite. I did end up doing a TCA peel Botox and had my lips done. I could not be happier with the outcome of everything. Dr. Morrissette has a lot of energy and is confident with his skill. Some may misinterpret this but I assure you he is very good at what he does and that is what matters to me. Andrea R.

Came here with a friend to stock up on some make up & I wandered across the brow bar. According to a friend whose eyebrows are always defined & gorgeous, she recommended the brow bar at Ulta. I'm picky when it comes to people doing my eyebrows because I've had my fair share of "too thin" & "too arched" type of brows that weren't the looks I was going for. I was just looking at the flyer & asked one of the ladies who offered their help if they have anyone available for the waxing service. They instantly put me under an appointment within 15 minutes cause the girl who works at the brow bar I ended up catching on their lunch break. BETTY! Super sweet gal. I came here with no make up on & she made me feel comfortable knowing that she was there to make THE brows look good. I thought my service was going to take a sweet couple minutes, little did I know she took a good 30! I know it sounds like I needed some serious brow work. No, it was not only for the brow service, she actually took the time to test some brow powders & pencils with a little tips & recommendations I was comparing to what I usually use. Tipped the girl & paid at the front. I wouldn't go here on an every 2 week visit (I prefer threading), but with how knowledgable Betty was, I'd recommend her if you want them brows did. The price is a bit up there. She did mention there's another girl who works with her, but she wasn't present at the time.

Dr. Karlsberg and his staff are always so kind and friendly. I can't believe these negative reviews! I feel bad that I never gave his office a positive review when I could have so many times. I'm coming in to get some broken capillaries removed from my nose and chin. I'll post before and after photos so check for my updated review. I'm going in next week. Here's my before photo. I promise to be very honest in my review. I truly hope this whole "negative reviews" thing is in no way a reflection on his office because some people can get very emotional when they don't get the answers they want. I truly wish they (those reviewers) found a doctor that told them what was going on with them. I'll be back next week with updates. But I know this doctor is amazing. He loves caring for his patients. I have broken capillaries or spider veins on my face. Thanks to genetics in my family and loving the sun.
