She explained everything patiently, and I left with everything I needed for about 20 bucks! Sally Beauty stores may be small, but they often carry specialized products for hair or nails. Manager was very rude talking to me and rude to her employees rushing them in their work bc "it needs to be done faster". I understand retail but dang no one needs to talk to their employees in a rude manor. There were maybe 4 of them in that tiny store and I was the only customer. I'm sure the speed she was going was just fine. Once the manager realized I was upset she toned it down but it shouldn't take a customer being in the store 5 mins for her to realize she needs to be nicer. Beware and check your credit card. I came to Sallys and bought some items using my Sally's credit card. I had not used it in a while and had no balance. I made two separate transactions totaling around $250 on February 17, 2026. The staff was friendly and I was happy with my purchase. Fast forward to March, I go back to the store to return some items. I also make another purchase and to my surprise I have a lot of discounts on my card. With the return and the new purchase I was only going to see about a $10 credit back to my card. I call the credit card number about a week later to pay my balance that would total about $250. When I called I was told my total was six hundred and change, I was like what the heck. So I get on the phone to speak to someone, and they are a mess. It took about 2 different people to itemize a purchase that was made of $387.54 that was not my charge. Someone used my card information on February 18, 2026 to purchase a shaver and clippers. I still had the card on me because I used it again in March not knowing there was a fraudulent charge made on my card. This isn't a credit card you can use at any store. This is a card you can only use at Sally's. I think one of the employees helped themselves to my card the following day, because the charge was made on February 18, 2026 and they probably thought I would think the amount was made by me because I purchased a lot if stuff the day prior. Reporting this as fraud was a nightmare. It took about 5 different people to finally be able to help me. They have since credited my account but it is still pending. ​I hope that the store Manger works with the credit company to solve this issue. You have cameras. Don't protect thieves. read more

I was really not sure what I was going to walk into because of the reviews of the store. I did want my own opinion so I gave it a try. I got and right away I was greeted by the cashier. I love that! It's so welcoming and she said it with a smile. Then I was helped by Toni! She was the sweetest most knowledgeable help. She even gave me step by step instructions and took her time. I had the best customer service at this store! The manager, Angie, was very accommodating and help me understand and pick out the best shampoo and color. She also told me about their policy about being satisfied or they would replace it so I can replace some thing I bought in error. Very rude and asked to hurry up so others could enter the store. We waited outside patiently for our turn to enter and hardly had a chance to look for our hair care needs before being rushed along. We were there to shop hair products, nails and eye makeup. We ended up leaving and making our large purchase at a nearby competitor where they gladly helped us with great customer service in every department. I've gone in there a few times and I always seem to get followed by the workers and looked at through the mirrors. I've worked at a Sally's before and I get it. But they are excessive and it makes me feel super uncomfortable. The girls there are always gossiping and act like you're interrupting their conversation by walking in. They should also fix their reduced price machine. I saw they were having a sale on some products and the numbers were so unclear. You would think that they would honor the cheaper pricing on there (otherwise take it off) but no. Overall I would recommend shopping at a different Sally's. I'm very upset right now because 1week ago I went in to the store to buy hair toner(light ash blond) , I asked one of the workers if she can help me find a toner to cancel out the brassiness from the bleach . She was helpful but gave me the wrong toner(light ash brown ) . Well today I toned down the hair and omg !!my hair turned light brown not blond . I should have read the box before putting it on , but I thought they knew what they are doing . Now will have to re bleach my hair and go threw the prosses all over again read more

I feel bad for these girls but come on ladies get your game on. Could give zero stars if that was an option. I went with my mother- and sister-in-law and my two-year-old daughter today, 10/18, and we waited patiently in line to go inside the store. The young girl who worked there opened the door and asked if we were all together and we said yes. And then she said she was only able to let two of us inside due to their current max of 4 customers inside limit. We said ok. Two people had walked out and then a third person while we were talking to the employee. And she still said only two were able to go in. So I let my mother- and sister-in-law go in and I waited off to the side. And then the employee lets in two more people that were behind us right after they had gone in!!! I told her why did she let them In when you didn't let me and my 2year old in. She said Only 4 "customers" can go inside. So she assumed I wasn't going to buy anything which I was! I told her ok whatever. And she had the audacity to tell me "no you whatever, you can call corporate..." I was appalled! If my daughter wasn't there with me I would have raised hell. WORST customer service ever! I came in about 10 minuetes before closing to buy some items I needed. As I was looking for some nail polish, the cashier rudely told me 'Do you need help because we're closed' in which I stated I still had a couple minuetes left because it wasn't 7pm yet. I stopped by today looking for basic stuff like hairspray, clear nail polish & some Manic Panic dye & the 2 girls working there were super helpful & even recommended a local business for some other accessories Sally did not carry in the same shopping center. They almost always have what I am looking for here, (minus the occasional "natural" toned lip liner, which has been very popular at all Sally's lately). The associates here have always been helpful & I have found their color tips & product recommendations to be accurate & useful. It is assumed that the customer knows a little bit about what they are buying upon entering the store but the ladies usually are very knowledgeable about most things sold in the store in case you have questions. :) read more

I'm completely shocked at how unhelpful the workers were. The service here is completely horrible. I went early in the morning to beat the rush. The two young employees there were more concerned about their gossip than actually helping a paying customer. They were literally gossiping while I was standing there needing help. I came into this store while in California. I was relieved to know the toner I use was in stock. Also the store was clean and organized. I am a regular professional customer and I've aways noticed the manger is consistently talking about her inappropriate private life in a very arrogant manner. For instance, on February 3 around 10:00 am the two older ladies (both elderly and one with distinct platinum blonde hair) were in the backroom of the store while I was awaiting for their assistance. I happened to have overheard their conversation about their sexual life and was appalled at how unethical they were at professional working environment speaking about their sexual intimate lives. I was ready to make an equipment purchase around $700, but due to the level of unbearable environment I had to exit the store immediately. I also notice how the same manager disrespects the young employees by yelling at them in a vulgar manner in front of customers. This supervision should be taken to the Territorial Manager and this type of working condition is unacceptable not only for the customers but for the employees. read more
