I should gate keep this place because it seriously top notch! But they really deserve a great review!! First off it was very easy to make an appointment. The location is spotless and very nicely decorated. Overall what sold me was the services I receive a set of acrylic nails and they came out beautiful the women who did my nails is a true artist and the lady who did my pedicure was very thorough!!! I highly recommend this place!!! My daughter loved her kid pedicure and manicure perfect mommy and daughter date!

My go-to nail salon - the salon is very clean, calm and relaxing, and prices are very reasonable. I always get so many compliments on my nails thanks to Sam! She is a perfectionist and always does an amazing job with nail art. I've gotten builder gel with Sam for the past year, and my nails consistently last for 3-4 weeks. Highly recommend!

No real update to my review ... I still love them! I was lucky enough to get Tom again as a walk in. I don't do pedis often but I should!!! I don't pamper myself too often. I do my nails , brows , hair , etc myself but I need pedis more often ! I don't do a great job with my toe polishing lol! It's such a cute , modern nail spa! Love the TVS. Tom is so kind, he even gave me Vietnamese coffee!!! I'll be back more often as I will be getting pedis more often!

Making an appointment was very easy. When I arrived, the salon was very clean and I was seated right away with them asking what I wanted. I love that they weren't pushy when they gave me their services list. I'm not much of a talker when I'm getting my nails done and I appreciate they didn't try to force conversation. I got a gel x mani and brought a picture of them to do and the gal that did my nails was phenomenal. Not only was she so detail oriented, she made sure to ask me for my feedback. I also got a standard pedicure and was very pleased. Parking is super easy. They take card and cash and you can tip with card. There is an extra $2 fee if you pay with card. I highly recommend this place if you need to get your nails done.

She would check in with me after applying the polish and doing a design, which I really really appreciate. Highly recommend paying in cash!

Found Coco Nails and was happy they open as early as 9am! Was able to walk in and get a pedi! They did a great job. Salon is clean and vey chill ambience. Not too much chatter which was good to feel relaxed. And tried to stay off the phone as much as possible! Prices very reasonable. read more

My first time trying a salon in the area since I just moved here, and I have to say I was not impressed. The pictures of the work done here must have been by someone else , the nail tech I got left me with bubbles and bumps under my acrylics , and cut me several times on my cuticles , I think she might have been new. I would recommend to call ahead to see who does the nails in the pictures they posted on their page. Otherwise everyone was nice and clean salon. read more

I went to the first time to get my nails done in this location they had amazing customer service nail tech salons I got my nails with only they had gel nails I tried I'm they had a lot if beautiful designs I love nail tech did my nails it's beautiful and it last very long time. I have been a loyal customer to this place getting pedicures regularly every month and just this last month I got a pedicure and the lady who did it didn't fully remove my ingrown toenail which then caused pain. I called them and let them know and they told me to go back so then this guy at the nail salon ended up removing it again and it got worse. He advised me to go to the doctor which I did and then he told me that I got an infection at this place. Now I had to go to the doctors office so they surgically removed my ingrown toenail. I've been in so much pain since and it's already been a week. Please be careful when choosing a nail salon. read more

I came in as a walk and was welcomed immediately by Van. She is so sweet I just came in to take off my acrylics. The place is so clean and nice I was looking at what they had to offer I ended up staying for a pedicure eyebrow and lip wax and was not disappointed! Tina did my pedicure and waxes and Van took off my acrylics. It's nice to be welcomed the way I was, a lot of places are not welcoming like they were. I'm definitely coming back! Today was my third time coming to Coco nails and spa. The new owners are very nice and Sam does an excellent job on my nails. I brought my husband a couple of weeks ago for his pedicure. I definitely recommend going here for all your needs. You can get your eyebrows done your whole body waxed if you wanted to this place also does amazing nails and pedicures. I always get my nails done by Sam . My nails seriously last me about four weeks before I go in for me next FILL. I always bring a picture in for nail inspo and Sam is very talented at painting so she could do almost any type of nail design you want. I'm always complemented at work because of my nice nail designs. read more

I think the salon did a great job. I had acrylics done with a white and gel polish. Acrylics lasted three weeks before I needed fills. I never lost the nail. They did an awesome job on my pedicure as well. read more

Today was the first time I've ever been charged extra for a "curl/flat iron," even though my hair wasn't curled or flat ironed at all. The haircut itself was nice, but the blow-dry was honestly really bad--it looked like I tried to do it myself and failed. I didn't say anything in the salon, but when I got home, my friends pointed out how bad it looked, which made me realize I wasn't overreacting. Overall, I do like this salon, especially for walk-ins. If I had to rank the stylists I've been to: Madeline is definitely #1--she did an amazing job with both the cut and styling, and there were no random extra charges. Abel also did a great job with my highlights. Katie and Heather would be tied. They're both very nice, but Katie cut my hair noticeably uneven--I even had coworkers telling me not to go back to her, which is why I stopped coming to the salon for a while. Heather did a good job with the haircut itself, but the styling was not good. I wouldn't have minded as much since I planned to redo my hair at home anyway, but being charged extra for styling that didn't turn out well is frustrating. I was actually going to ask to skip the blow-dry, but she said she needed to dry it to see how it laid and refine the cut. If it had turned out good, I wouldn't have minded the upcharge--but paying extra for something that looked this bad is really disappointing. And the extra charge wasn't explained it almost seemed like she was trying to sneak it in as she whispered to the receptionist to help her add the charge. Unfortunately, my experience at the Ventura location has been consistently disappointing due to one receptionist I've encountered repeatedly since 2019. Each time I visit, I am met with unnecessary pushback regarding promotions or discounts- despite them being valid offers sent directly to me. Instead of a smooth check-in or checkout process, these interactions often turn into awkward and uncomfortable exchanges in the front lobby. I am routinely made to feel as though I'm doing something wrong or "trying to pull a fast one," when I am simply using legitimate promotions provided by the company. During my most recent visit, I attempted to use a promotion for 50% off a new service not received within the last 12 months. When I mentioned this, the receptionist immediately responded in a short, dismissive tone, stating, "that's not a new service for you." I clarified that it had, in fact, been over 12 months. She sighed and reluctantly said she would "see" if the system would allow it only for the discount to go through without any issue. The interaction didn't improve from there. After paying, I waited for an envelope to leave a tip for my waxer. Instead of offering assistance, she passively pointed to a tray and told me they were "over there," without even looking up. The entire experience felt cold, dismissive, and unnecessarily uncomfortable. While I understand that everyone can have an off day, this has been my experience during every single interaction with this employee over the years. At this point, it feels less like an isolated incident and more like a pattern of behavior. It has even made me question whether there is a personal issue, or if this is how all clients are treated. Waxing is a personal service and, for many, a luxury due to the cost. The front desk experience should reflect professionalism and customer care- especially as it sets the tone for the entire visit. Unfortunately, that has not been the case here. I've hesitated to write this review for a long time, but after repeated negative experiences, it felt necessary. If this location is struggling with customer retention, I strongly recommend evaluating front desk interactions, as they are the first and last impression of your business and they matter. I wish I had taken down her name, but she is a red-haired female.
