I made an appointment with Misa and I called to ask if I can re schedule later on in the day since I was stuck at work. She put me on hold and then hung up on me. I called back and she didn't even speak to me. She had the girl that answered the phone to tell Me to just walk in and someone will help me. In the past I've had unpleasant appointments with her due to her lack of patience on my requests. Like coming in for a fill and she made the fill Line so far from the cuticle it already looked like I needed another fill. When I requested she fix it, she came up with an excuse on how it will make my nail lift up. Which Ive gotten my nails done hundreds of times and I know that's not true. And it seemed like she was always irritated with something. I was even looked past the fact when I booked an appointment with her and she made me wait for an hour and half. Don't go to Misa unless you want to get treated badly. She's good but not that good. There are better nail techs there with a better attitude. read more

Beautiful spot . It is big! Pedicure 33 bucks but off 2 bucks if you pay cash. I paid 20% plus tip as the lady that did my toes was so sweet! I loved my toe color but felt the polish was put on a bit messily. I get it they are busy and have a lot of people waiting. I just wanted my toes to look good. Our technician was NT we always go to her because she has a good connection with my daughter, which is handicapped and always does her nails. We bring in a picture of what she wants and she walks out with it on her hands! I sometimes get mine done and I'm always happy with the product that she puts on and how professionally done all her nail jobs are. Went in for a basic French tip nail set using builder gel. The woman who helped me was not very polite and seemed rushed. She did not greet me kindly or engage with me with a positive attitude. Her rude demeanor was enough for me to feel uncomfortable. I noticed my left thumb nail felt like it was stinging when she filed it down, but dismissed it thinking it was normal. I later noticed that she overfilled all of my nails when I removed them and found rings of fire on my natural nails. My left thumb was the most damaged, it was cracked! Not just over-filed, but cracked on the surface! I regret going and would not go back. It has taken more than two months for my nails to grow back out and I can still see the damage. I went for a pedicure and they did a good job. but the next time i did a manicure got regular gel polish and was told $28. they insisted i do builder gel without providing a price. they did builder gel and this was very short length which i asked for. they charged me $65 which i was shocked for such short length and it was unclean. it wasn't spread evenly at all. they didn't fill the whole nail so it looks empty on the bottom. read more

NT did my fill and design, she is very talented and gave me exactly what I'd asked for and Joan who did my pedicure gave me a fabulous leg/foot massage. Although I'm happy with the overall look I did receive a cut on my left big toe & I would've really liked my toes to match my hands more for the price point. Horrible experience asked for chrome pedicure. Asked for girl who always does my pedicures was told she wasn't in. They said everyone was good... I then told nail tech I wasn't happy with color. I recently visited for a nail repair service. I requested that Linda add powder to one of my toenails, but I felt my request was initially overlooked. When I repeated my request, Linda seemed upset and began speaking in her native language. Although she eventually added the powder, I wasn't satisfied with the shaping and filing of my nail. Specifically, the nail was left too wide, and my request was to file it more and she didn't do it instead she just cut a piece with a nail clipper thinking that will help.
