When I returned, I spoke to the manager, who is named Paige. I was really disappointed with her response; she didn't seem to care about the mix-up or my inconvenience. On a positive note, my waxer was amazing! I believe her name was also Paige (or something very similar). She was kind and did a wonderful job. Abel also did a great job with my highlights. Katie and Heather would be tied. They're both very nice, but Katie cut my hair noticeably uneven--I even had coworkers telling me not to go back to her, which is why I stopped coming to the salon for a while. I wouldn't have minded as much since I planned to redo my hair at home anyway, but being charged extra for styling that didn't turn out well is frustrating.
