Unfortunate 1st time experience- WONT BE BACK. I walked into the salon this morning & made an appt for 2pm for a mani/pedi to be done at the same time. the woman in the morning said they were short staffed so if i come back it'll be better. The same man did my nails and he was so kind by the way. He fixed it and also started filling down the rest to repolish which I told him not to as they were still fresh but was persistent I tipped him an additional 5$ for his time and for fixing it . Only for the very next day Friday, to start popping right off . I spent 60$ for these nails and they didn't even last me 7days so disappointing I'm not going back to ask to get them fixed again! It would be ridiculous. Just very disappointing I don't know if they switched from products to cheaper kind or if it was because he filled them down and they are dip. I feel like the price for getting nails done is ridiculous a lot and for them not to last a whole week is just ridiculous. read more

I was very pleased with my recent pedicure. They have recently upgraded this salon with new massage chairs. Everything was very clean and nice and it appears there may be new ownership. HOWEVER - and this is a BIG deal to me and why I deducted a star. It did not appear that the nail technicians were sterilizing their tools between clients. The state of California health code requires this. You can get a fungal infection, or worse, by being serviced with dirty tools. Therefore, unless I am made aware that this salon starts following the law, I will not be back. Owner, whoever you are, please make sure you provide your employees with appropriate cleaning equipment for the nail tools and enforce their use, or else it may be very damaging to your business. read more
