When I arrived I had a couple of coats of polish on my nails and they asked me to put my hands into a bowl of acetone and they'd be right back. I waited 20 minutes with my nails soaking in acetone before she came back. I was very concerned as I'd never been told to leave my real nails in acetone that long. I did as I was told and after 20 minutes she came back and painted my nails. The polish looked pretty but the very same day it started to peel off like the kind of polish children use. It all just peeled right off. I kept thinking it was because my nail bed had absorbed so much acetone that the polish literally wouldn't stick. The very next day half of the polish peeled off on its own. The lifting and peeling polish was getting stuck in my hair when I'd run my hands through my hair and just come right off. It's been a week and my nails are just getting worse each day. I am uploading photos to show the damage to my nails which was caused by soaking my nails in strong acetone for 20 minutes. I want them to know that I'm disappointed because I paid $25 plus tip for polish that wouldn't stay on my nails for even 1 day - due to my nail bed soaking up the acetone. Also; my entire nail is disintegrating on each finger due to the harsh acetone stripping my nails of keratin. See image please. I just want them to know, so it doesn't happen in the future to other customers. +1 Stars: for the beautiful paint job. -4 Stars: to damage & polish peeling off on first day. PLEASE DO NOT SOAK REAL NAILS IN THE ACETONE YOU USE FOR REMOVING POLISH FOR 20 MINUTES. My nails are very damaged.

They listen, and do exactly what I want, and happily make adjustments if asked. They are usually busy when I go, and have plenty of service stations and staff. I usually have my ear buds with me but never use them because I like the music. Wi-Fi seems good, but I prefer to read on my kindle when they are doing my nails.

I understand that walk ins are part of the business, but that should not mean they are prioritized over customers who took the time to schedule an appointment. Today, I arrived at 11:00 a.m. for my 12:00 p.m. appointment because I was hoping to get a pedicure beforehand. I did not have an appointment for the pedicure, so I completely understand having to wait for that. I am not complaining about that because that was my choice. By the time 12:00 p.m. rolled around, I no longer cared about getting a pedicure. I was perfectly fine with just having my nails done because that was the appointment I had actually scheduled, and not booking a pedicure was on me. My issue is that when my appointment time came, I was told I would still have to wait because there was another client ahead of me due to the salon being behind from taking walk ins. At that point, I had a scheduled appointment, and I should not have had to wait another hour. If appointments are consistently delayed because of walk ins, then there is really no point in making one. This is not the first time this has happened. I really do not like leaving negative reviews, but this has become a pattern, and it is very frustrating when you schedule your day around an appointment only to end up waiting well past your reserved time. Unfortunately, this was the final straw for me. I really like the quality of their work, but I am not willing to schedule an appointment only to wait an hour or more after my appointment time.

After my appointment, the owner came running outside saying my payment had not gone through. However, my phone had already alerted me that the payment was successful. The owner could have gotten up and just checked the payment went through it would have taken a moment to verify the transaction before making assumptions. Instead, I was stopped getting into my car in front of other people and made to feel embarrassed and judged. It was humiliating. I understand that some customers may leave without paying, but we are repeat customers and frequently come here for my daughter's services. The way this situation was handled was completely unprofessional and could have been resolved privately and respectfully. I left feeling embarrassed and upset. What should have been a relaxing visit turned into a very uncomfortable experience.

They couldn't even do the basics correctly. My mom got a pedicure as well, and they didn't even wrap her legs in hot towel AND her toenails were done poorly and sloppily. When we asked for a correction everyone ran the the back of the salon, and the owner sat there ignoring us. Don't waste your money here, it's also very dirty. **UPDATE** Now have an ingrown toenail due to their negligence.
