The salon is super cute and spotless, everyone was friendly, and they did a fantastic job on my pedicure. My feet are happy! The best surprise? It was only $42 for a pedicure with callus removal, which is a really great value these days. I'm honestly not sure if I'll be bringing my daughter back here or even returning myself. I rarely treat myself to a manicure, so this experience was very disappointing. After my appointment, the owner came running outside saying my payment had not gone through. However, my phone had already alerted me that the payment was successful. The owner could have gotten up and just checked the payment went through it would have taken a moment to verify the transaction before making assumptions. Instead, I was stopped getting into my car in front of other people and made to feel embarrassed and judged. It was humiliating. I understand that some customers may leave without paying, but we are repeat customers and frequently come here for my daughter's services. The way this situation was handled was completely unprofessional and could have been resolved privately and respectfully. I left feeling embarrassed and upset. What should have been a relaxing visit turned into a very uncomfortable experience. read more

We came in for a mani pedi on a Friday at 10:30. We had an appointment, which I would advise as this place is popular! My pedicure was great: I don't have a ton of nail, but they were able to still even things out and trim the cuticle without cutting my nails too short or hurting my toes. I think this is probably one of the worst pedicures I've ever had. They didn't even ask what type of pedicure I'd like when I sat down in the chair. Was minimal amounts of anything especially for the price. Barely any massage. Told her I wanted my nails shorter and didn't end up cutting them as they look like the same length as when I had arrived. Left me sitting there with hot towels wrapped around my legs until they were cold. I felt forgotten about as another person came over and removed them from my legs and said "sorry". She didn't even apply a top coat, nor bottom coat (more perturbed about the top coat as that should be standard), so I'm sure they won't even last long. I would honestly go anywhere else before going here for a pedicure. read more

Once again, Blossom does not disappoint! I've been with them for many many years. The people who come in there and act like they're the only ones wanting a service need to stop! If you're a walk in and they ask for a couple of minutes before they can get to you, that's exactly what they mean. Don't rush the customer who took the time to make an appt? I want my full time of pampering!! Yes their prices have increased, but so did everyone else rent space. Instead of bashing this establishment, why don't you find another establishment to fit your needs. For as long as I've been going there. I've never heard the owner being rude to a customer. She bends over backwards to get them in when they ask for a specific time. I think they are too nice for what they have to put up with. The staff are attentive and professional. I have been a client of this establishment, blossom nails, Gwen to be exact, for a very long time. I followed Gwen when she left Le's Nails to open her own nail shop, but she's changed so much over the years. She is solely money driven, and is only nice if you add or upgrade your service. She controls all of the nail technicians working for her and I've heard her be rude to walk-in clients and talks bad about the person who calls after she hangs up. I am no longer happy with the services provided by Gwen and her salon. She rushes the girls to finish fast to get in the next client and I never feel like I get a full service for the price I pay. She also doesn't like it if I ask her to fix the nail polish or file a nail because she is rushing, which is why I will be returning to Le's Nails and suggest you go elsewhere before spending your money here. read more

Within a day all the nail art fell off and they looked awful and chipped and had to be redone by me (the day after getting a mani at Blossom, home manicures last a week-10 days usually). Had the worst experience here. I had major surgery and came in with a walker. The manicurist was apparently upset because i had asked her to please be gentle and asked her opinion on a color. She made my pedicure water completely cold, then was upset that I asked to make it warmer so she made it scalding hot. Then she scrubbed the side of my foot so raw that she cut me and attempted to just put it back in the scalding hot water. The manager came over and put glue on it (which is fine because I know it does stop bleeding) but she touched the tip of the glue to my bloody foot. Completely unsanitary. The manager basically asked my mom not to bring me back that I intimidated the manicurist??? I thought this was extremely strange as they were trying to give me a manicure after my pedicure, and I declined. I paid $79 to get a terrible pedicure cut on my foot and treated extremely poorly. I would not recommend this place whatsoever. I do not even believe the manicurist was licensed because she had no idea what she was doing. I would give zero stars if it were an option. Instead of talking to me about it the manager ran out and spoke to my mom. They also did not. How do you know how to use their Apple Pay and insist on you paying in cash? I literally felt completely pressured and made to feel bad for not paying cash. Then they had the nerve to ask my mother to pay for me because they did not want to take any other form of payment. I finally just Zelled them and left. Extremely unprofessional as well. Especially to a person who's obviously using a walker and disabled. read more

I was a walk in and they said the wait was 20 minutes which turned into 45-50. No big deal... the lady I got was very nice but for $75 the quality is just not there. I asked for medium almond but received stiletto again no big deal but the final product is nothing near what I wanted or asked for. Globs of polish just sitting on the tips of my nails. Another disappointing experience for a simple pedicure. Booked a pedicure with Kim almost a week in advance - when I came in on time for it, another customer came in behind me noting her appointment with Kim as well, so she double booked herself. The manager said the other customer is a regular of Kim's, as an excuse of why Kim rushed my pedicure. Kim arrived to me 20 minutes late, did not offer the pedicure menu to save on time so she could get to her regular customer, and when I asked for the pedicure menu she paused and picked out the shortest time/simplest option for me instead of letting me choose. She did my pedicure in 30 minutes which took about an hour last time I had an appointment with her, barely scrubbed my feet, and I left with soap scrub still on the backs of my calves. I am pregnant and really wanted to treat myself for once. I alerted the manager after paying (not sure why I did!) and she said I can come back in for a longer massage, that's it. Super disappointed in the customer service all around by the nail tech and manager, and poor quality of the polishes used. There's better places to go. read more

Heidi is so sweet and so gentle. I came in to Blossom on Saturday as a walk-in and she invited me to sit down and relax. She gave me a pedicure and manicure with an amazing leg and arm massage. She helped me choose a color for my nails and she knew exactly which color would look the best with my skin tone. It was the best color I've ever had. She didn't speak much English but we had fun talking, as I speak a little Vietnamese. The pedicure was so good, so gentle, she never once hurt me. The same with my manicure. I came in with rough skin on my feet, and several hangnails on my fingers. By the time I left my feet were smooth like a baby and my hands and arms were so smooth and soft. I'm not sure what kind of oil she used but my goodness it was wonderful! I don't think I've ever had my skin glowing like this. Today my skin is still so smooth and supple. Magical! Be careful going to this establishment. My pedicure was fine, the massage felt great and I'm happy with how my toes look. I decided to add on a manicure as the salon wasn't very busy. Worst decision ever! Their form of cuticle care is just ripping them off with the Dremel. My pinky still is bleeding three days later. I'm hoping it doesn't get infected. They even pulled out a box of utensils that had a label that said "SOILED" on it. I'm not sure what she used from the box, if it were the scissors she used to cut the tips or what. But I noticed it too late. The shape was awful too!! All uneven. I had them take it off halfway through and left. Never again! read more

The quality of the nail technician was absolutely terrible. My toe nails were left dirty and my skin painted on while some of the nail bed itself left without paint. The glitter was put on with. Got a gel pedicure and my feet soaked for maybe 5 min (still plenty of dead skin on my feet due to almost no scrubbing), my toenails were not manicured for more than one minute, and the entire service lasted a little over 30 min.
