I went in on a Sunday around noon, for a gel manicure/pedicure. I saw that there were a couple of people waiting and I asked how long the wait would be. I was told 30 minutes, so i agreed to wait and sat down to get my feet soaked. Over an hour later i was finally seen, I had to ask if my pedicure water could be refilled since it was cold by this point. My manicure was definitely rushed, I HAD TO ask if he could trim my nails down so that they could all be equal length, since he trimmed them at different lengths. The manicure was incomplete, they left hang nails and my cuticles were not pushed back or completely trimmed. The polish was spotty and got on my skin. I was there for over 2 hours for this service. By Tuesday my gel manicure was lifting and peeling. I went in Thursday because most of my GEL POLISH had lifted or chipped off. I asked if i could speak to them and they just told me to sit down, i let them know what happened and they removed the remaining gel polish. I only wanted a refund for my manicure because gel polish shouldn't peel off so soon after applying. I was told that i shouldn't get gel because my nails are too oily, i explained that this has never happened before. They insisted i get a different color, however after my experience i didn't not want to. My nails were too thin after the gel removal so now i need to let them rest before i get another gel manicure (SOMEWHERE ELSE) Once i said "no, no color, just a refund please" their employee yelled something at me as he stood up and pointed me to the door. One of the workers spoke to me on my way out and only refunded me $15 for the "gel" but would not refund the other $25 because "i still received a manicure. Then i was just told to not do gel again. Gel wasn't the problem, they were ! it saddens me because i seldomly treat myself to a mani/pedi and this felt like a waste of money for a horrible experience. 0/10 recommend, SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! read more

Overall 3.5 . I had a great pedicure here for 30 bucks plus tip but had to knock off a star and a half due to a few issues. Anna was awesome . She took her time and made sure my nails were clean . No bumps on my polish or polish on my skin either . I also didn't like that they use the same nail file and buffer they have used on other clients. Maybe they could purchase small nail files / buffers so that they can toss them each use . I came in around 10am on a Friday. I was not busy at all. I saw nail powder ( or whatever you call it ) on the floor. So I would say they could work a bit more on cleanliness . Despite all that .. I would be back because I've had terrible experiences at other spots. read more

I don't usually leave reviews, and I'm honestly not someone who complains about my nails--I usually just pay and figure I'll change the color in a few weeks. But this experience was really disappointing. I asked for a French tip, and the results were inconsistent: some tips were very thin, others thick, and many were crooked. It looked rushed and unpolished. To put it in perspective, the girl next to me and I started at the same time, and my pedicure was completely finished while she was still having her nails clipped--that's how rushed mine felt. I actually felt embarrassed walking out with my nails looking like that. French tips are a classic service, so I expected much more attention to detail and consistency. I'm normally satisfied with the outcome, but I have noticed lately Gel polish peels off pretty fast, even after 3 coats. Also do you guys go by appointment or just walk ins? Because every time I call for an appointment at a specific time, I end up waiting over 30-45 mins for my appointment to begin. read more

SHOCKING experience and major hygiene concern. While getting my nails done here, I witnessed an employee carry a wild goose into the salon with her bare hands--no gloves, no precautions--and walk it straight through the salon into the back room, after grabbing a large roll of tape. When I asked about it, they casually said they gave it water and let it out the back, which is highly questionable given the salon's location. Regardless, bringing a live, wild animal into a supposedly clean environment where people are receiving beauty services is completely unacceptable. Beyond the OBVIOUS hygiene issue, the way the bird was handled raised serious concerns about its wellbeing. This experience was disturbing, unsanitary, and frankly horrifying. We went here to get a pedicure 3 pedicures-2 fills) Experience 1- pedicure for my 79 year old mother had to ask him to cut down nails and she had sensitive toe and she had to tell him several times to be careful-and her request was ignored. I think there was a language barrier-bug no efforts but the salon or tech to translate or understand. Also asked them to help my mom with her socks. This help never came. They were not super busy either Experience 2- pedicure and fill-pedicure and as great. Fill-horrible. Cut every finger with dremel. Requested square nails and got round despite mentioning it several times. After nails were painted he continued to shape them rounder-filing off the polish. They offered fix -but after 2 hours we wanted it to be over. They did not charge us for fill Experience 3. Pedicure was good except I have pain on my big toe-I don't know why-not sure I can I can put on a shoe. I was not able to communicate with the nail tech due to a language barrier-it is distressing to have to find someone in the salon who can translate. Fill-First a guy who cut down too short on one nail -so I said not so short-so he didn't cut down the rest at all. I asked about this and he got perturbed and quit. I was transferred to the owner/lead. I explained I wanted them cut down as much as they had grown out. Then I was told that the previous nail tech had cut my nails uneven. I was cut with the dremel and told I was sensitive. I replied only when the dremel hits my skin. I walked out with decent nails. I was overcharged and had to correct price per their price list. A trip to the salon should be relaxing. The experience was stressful. We will not return. read more

My sister in law and I walked in with no one greeting us nor asking us what we'd like to get done until 40 minutes later. The guy with glasses assisted me and I of course showed him an inspo pic. He did not do my nails the way I wanted them but I was content with them. My length was not long and it was just a simple french tip. I got charged $67 with no tip included and in my perspective I think that was just a little too much for what he did. Worst experience ever! They charged me $175 for my toes and nails to be done and also charged me 10$ for hands and $10 for toes to remove nail polish that they put on me from a previous visit. This is by far the most ridiculous service I have ever been charged for toes and nails being done. I will not be going back let alone will be telling all my clients about this place. There is a reason why this place is scored low. You can go to a better private nail salon and pay a decent amount. I came here because I'm 9 months pregnant and it was convenient from where I live. I really wanted to at least like this place because I live so close by. This was my third visit and this time I brought my daughters with me, a teen and five year old. To start off, I made an appointment, came in at the scheduled time and had to wait 25 minutes. Then they seated us in the chairs and filled the water. They were so busy I couldn't get anyone's attention to let them know my water was sooo cold. After another 15 minutes of waiting they finally started setting up to start our services. I almost called my go to salon 30 minutes away to see if they could get us in but today is my birthday and I had a lot of things to get done. This was the result of said nails. On one of my nails I watched her mess up the polish and try to paint over it with a clear coat and it did not fix it. My five year olds nails I honestly could have done a better job but the point is to go to a salon and have them do a better job. Nope. So disappointed. I will never go back and I will tell everyone and their mamas not to go here either. They rushed our services after making us wait almost 40 minutes after our appointment times for a horrible job. Trash!!! My nail tech made my finger bleed, and the layering of the polish is mediocre.The one who did my nails she just kept digging in the bed of my nails what are you trying to do lady. I was originally excited to try this new nail salon since I live in Wagon Wheel and I could walk there but they do not know what they are doing at all. I am attaching a picture of the job they did with their nail designs... I normally drop a lot of money for my pedicures and because the lady doing my nails didn't do a good job at first another lady came and took over to fix it. The second lady's work was horrible too. By the pictures you can see that the dots at the bottom are spaced different than one another also one toe was more arched while the other toe on the other foot was a straight line. And the work along the edges were just poor. It also took a very long time to even get started... other people walked in and were in a chair being worked on before I was. I sat in a chair with no water just waiting. At most there were 4 people when I arrived and people who worked there standing by without helping me. They finally ran the water and left me there but it was so hot I had to ask them to change it and when they did it was too cold. I won't be going back there again and ill just stick with USA nails where I went before. It really is a shame. read more

The bad: The male technician that did my manicure did a terrible job. - he did not soak my nails prior to trimming my cuticles (never experienced that before). He also cut me while trimming my cuticles. - I got a dip manicure on my natural nails- my first time getting dip and will never get dip again. After one week it lifted and now I have to take it off. Found Green Nails and Spa while shopping near by, didn't have an appointment and they said, NO PROBLEM with walking in, they are very very nice and the PLACE very very clean, always concerned about how clean these places are, and this one very nice and clean, had a manicure and pedicure and about as good as I have had, at double the price !! Called to make reservations 2 weeks in advance but they didn't seem concerned with actually taking down my information (you know, the usual, date time name etc) which I found Very strange. When I called to add on to the reservation a week later, they didn't seem to have my original reservation after all. When we arrived on the actual date (on time) they were able to sit 3 out of 4 of us together and we proceeded to wait for a 10-15min while they finished up with other clients prior to our pedicure soak getting started. We tried to just go with the flow and see how all of this would play out as this was our first time here. Eventually they were able to seat our last person and get us started. We all got manicures (polish) and pedicures (polish and gel). 2 out of the 4 people came out of the shop with cuticle injuries and polish blemishes. One of the 4 went back after she had paid to have to polish either fixed or removed because it looked so bad already. They removed it and didn't offer any kind of apology or reimbursement - just a comment to her saying " You should have gotten gels." I don't often pamper myself with mani pedi days so it's pretty darn important to have a good, if not at the very least, a decent experience. Unsure if this was just a fluke day or if personnel was short but I don't believe I'll be returning unless there's big changes. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My best friend and I have been here a few times since this place first opened. The first 2-3 times we went, they had great customer service and the location is unbeatable so we came back. The last two visits we have had, the service greatly declined. They are very unfriendly and rude. If you are paying for a service and you aren't happy with the way they provided the service you are 100% right in asking for it to get fixed. Ignoring, rolling eyes and getting upset when a customer kindly asks you to fix something is NOT good customer service. My best friend got a pedicure and they didn't even give her a warm towel massage and lotion which is apart of the basic/classic pedicure "package" but they sure charged her for a full pedicure. They should've just charged for painting her nails since that's all they did. Needless to say, this place is in a solid location and close to home so we wanted to love it but if they can't figure out their customer service-- they won't last. We will not be returning. HORRIBLE. DO NOT COME HERE. UNSANITARY. RUDE. I've been coming to Jenny since the first day they opened, ALWAYS have tipped well and have been a loyal client. I supported them so much on their grand opening and sent them lots of customers. Today, they treated me horrible. The young man that did my toe nails had no clue what he was doing. I asked for an over lay since my toe nails had chipped and he completely messed up my nail. One of the toe nails was so chunky and the other was just horrible they were uneven so I nicely asked Jenny to have him remove it and at this point just charge me for whatever he had already done. They wanted to charge me the full price of the pedicure ($35) even though I didn't even get the complete service, there was no polish on my toes and he left them so ugly and brittle. I asked for a refund and they would not they continued to argue with me. I even called the owner while I was outside in my car and I could see him not listening to me with the phone on the desk. I also texted Jenny and told her how disappointed I was with how I was treated and she just ignored me. I will never be coming here again and I don't recommend this place to anyone. Horrible pedicures and horrible service, even when you're one of their most loyal customers. THE LAST PICTURE IS HOW I ENDED UP FIXING THEM MYSELD AT HOME. I really wanted to like this place because it's close to home. . I am a licenses nail tech so I am a little more critical than most people but this it just common sense. Went in with my 8 year old yesterday (8/7/23) to get her nails polished and I asked for full set. Her polish looked nice but today by 1030am her nail were already chipping. My nails hurt more than normal. While the nail tech was doing my nails I noticed some nail tips did not completely stick to my nails, to avoid damage. She argued that nothing was wrong. I left and today I can see my nail not being attached to the tip and I can put a tooth pick between the tip and my nail. read more

During my manicure this young guy kept cutting my cuticles to close to my skin, I would jerk back( natural reaction to pain) he would pull my hand back looking annoyed at me. cuticles were sore and red for a few days. He needs more training. read more
