I come here every time I am in town and get really good results but this time it was terrible. The manicurist kept saying they didn't have the colors I kept choosing and then she wouldn't paint the entire nail. My nail polish is clumpy and on one nail she didn't even clean up the cuticles. My usual place was booked for Bio Gel Nails so I decided to give this place a try. Unfortunately the gentleman who did my nails left my nails looking sloppy. The almond shape I typically get was not done correctly (way too pointy for my liking). The base coat was 1 layer only and my nails look cracked. The French tip I asked for looks horrible as well. Both techs were incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in applying the builder gel, shaping the nails properly and cleaning up the cuticles-- all incredibly important details before the base color even gets laid. I made an appointment via IG with Tom for 5:30 I walked in at 5:26 told the lady at the front I have an appointment at 5:30. This is my first time here she ask me to sit down and wait, then ask me what service I'm I getting I let her know full set. She then asked me if I also want a pedicure I say sure I'll get that too. So they sit me to get my pedicure. Keep in mind now I see the tech I scheduled my appointment with he has a client at his station. He finishes at 5:50 and approaches me says your what's your name I tell him he says oh I can't do your nails here at the pedicure station and pretty much it was my job not the receptionist to tell them I had an appointment with him and they should not have done a pedicure. Horrible service he tells me to cancel and either get my set with another tech or reschedule for another day. This is unprofessional and their job is to be respectful of others times when we go out of our way to schedule an appointment. Mind also I need a soak off they could have easily soaked my nails while my pedi was being completed. Tony who did my pedicure did a good job. Tom doesn't know customer service. Won't ever come back and give business here. Sucks for them because I'm a loyal and well paid tip type of customer. read more

Clean nice place. My only problem is I always have to tell people not to cut the sides of the nails! That causes ingrown toenails. Tell your tech Not To cut the sides of your toenails! Other than that this is a nice place for walk in pedicures. read more

When you get here you're greeted with a "hi .. what do you need?" That's pretty much it for the talking. Not very friendly but perhaps it's the language barrier. I hate hate hate seeing used nail files be used on me. Ummm fungus. I really dislike the same unclean tools being used on me too. More fungus and then the same brush perhaps athlete's foot. Alright ... alright, I will calm down. I just hope I don't get anything. This place was not sanitized and they put plastic over the Jets. I didn't see anyone spray anything down. I've been coming here for a few months now, and had overall good experiences. I have what you call "nail salon anxiety" since forever due to really bad nail salon experiences in general and barely started to get outside of my comfort zone to treat myself. My friend does my nails but she doesn't do pedicures, so it took me a lot to find the best place to get my toes done. I've gotten my toes done by a few of the workers here, and today I got the best experience yet. Mimi or Minnie, was so good! She's asking if everything is okay, she is patient, kind, so so so gentle, and really took her time to get my French toes perfect looking! This is my first ever yelp review so hope that shows how I'm going out of my way to get this woman the praise she deserves. Never gone to a nail salon before and asked for someone specific and now I will. I'm not a social person when I'm alone, especially meeting new people, but with Mimi or Minnie, she was just as quiet as I was and it was nice to just have some me time without the pressure of speaking to them. On top of that, the time and effort she took for my toes to look spectacular was a first. Normally it's either an hour or less, sometimes it feels so rushed, but this time she was on one toe for a minute just making sure the lines look straight. I would post my toes and how great they look but we ain't doing that lol 10/10 recommend not only Bella nails but Mimi or Minnie (couldn't remember her name but it was between the two) is now my main girl! read more

I was running just a few minutes behind due to work, and as I was heading there, I received a message from him saying, "I made an appointment and I didn't show, next time don't waste my time." I found his response to be unnecessarily harsh and unprofessional. I immediately turned around and chose not to proceed with the appointment. Life happens, and while I understand the importance of time, no one deserves to be spoken to in such a disrespectful manner--especially in a professional setting. Although the Salon was busy, it's a Saturday and Holiday weekend my niece and I were well taken care of. Little bit of a wait with appointments but that's typical with these types of services. Just be patient! For two gel mani's, a top tier pedicure and basic the cost is reasonable for quality provided. Tung did my gel mani; he was efficient, and super fast! Which worked for me as time was pressing but the quality was all there as well. Mari did my pedicure. She's definitely a go to. I did opt for the top tier pedicure that has all the good things like deep callus remover, scrub, paraffin, etc. I'm happy she acknowledged the skin she was working with to use the proper tools- what I mean by this was the state of my heels AND I had 2 ingrown nails. She removed them quickly and painlessly so if that matters to you, Mari can do it! I'm so relieved Becuase it seems the previous pedicures I've got at other places have been just lazy and neglectful. I went in asking if they would have time for a walk-in and they told me a 45-minute wait time but then turned into 1 hour and 15 minutes. I will not come back here. I came for a full set 3 weeks ago and when I came back for a fill I had 4 nails that had lifted. Well instead of the mail technician (which I believe is the managers) clipped them back and put glue on all four and filled them with acrylic. Well 6 days later two lifted again and popped off and my nails were green. I went back to show her and she said, "we fix for you". I told her that she didn't do it right, and she should have removed the whole nail including the tip. She said "No that's how we do it". That is not how you repair a lifted nail. She should have taken care of me in a professional way. She did not. The exact two other nails lifted and popped off! Totally unacceptable! I know I'm not the onky one that this has happened to. I thought long and hard about posting this review. I had been going to Tom for quite a few years. Even through the pandemic I supported him and never flaked on any of my appointments. I tipped him well and I was never rude to him....even when he cancelled on me last minute before my vacation and pushed me onto another person in the salon...I never said anything!! I realize now that I may not be young enough to be his client and I never could get really long nails( I'm a nurse) so I came to the conclusion that Tom just wants the clout and reputation of only doing nails on young girls with crazy Long nails. He does great work but could care less about leaving you hanging no matter how cool and faithful of a client I was to him. I'm not the first person to see that. Thanks Tom for your disrespect. Last time I went getting my nails and feet done at the same time, omg one lady doing my nails wouldn't shut up talked the whole time to the lady doing my feet.
