I went in 6 days ago. First, they didn't have the colors in stock that I originally wanted. Then, while I was getting my finger nails done, I felt uncomfortable as I heard a nail tech chiding another customer for not bringing cash to pay. I hoped that she would not be the person to do my pedicure. I also have limited time, and I would have liked to get my mani and pedi done simultaneously, but that was not an option. My pedi is chipped and my mani is already coming up at the edges because the manicurist didn't take the time to make sure the gel was ONLY on the nail. Have a more professional attitude. Don't talk bad about customers in Vietnamese. Make sure to treat customers with respect. Make sure their nails are dry before you tell them they are dry. If you mess up their nails, don't try to fix them and make it worse. Actually fix them properly. Acrylic nails are not in fashion like they were before, offer better service, lower prices, better designs. Maybe offer better massage, maybe drinks. If I could give 0 stars I would extremely rude, couldn't take no for an answer when I said no thank you to other services. I finally agreed to a gel mani but then said I don't want to finish the service for my hands because she didn't prep my nails at all for polish I was concerned the polish would be all over my cuticles/skin and didn't wanna over pay. They wouldn't tell us the total of our pedicures after asking the entire time of service finally at the end they came up with a total a wopping $106 JUST FOR gel pedicure and a half done/not even done manicure so I gave her an $8 tip she then sees I only put $8 because of the horrible service and points out that I only put 8 dollars and I said yes that yes was intended and I'm gonna leave it like that in a very low voice I was not hostile at all she gets mad as I signing the bottom and snatches the receipt from under me. I then walked out quietly. my cousin paid $75 for a gel pedi and they did a horrible job on her color/ cuticle clean up she's even saying her toe hurts as well. I love this place! They always accept walks in. They are very nice every time I am there. It's my go to for my pedicures and to relax.

I have been here 4 times to give them business since their always dead. I go in knowing what my daughter and I want and they always switch it and argue. The worst I take my three-year-old daughter to get a pedicure and manicure for the experience . They get upset and say it's too hard because she small. No other salon has treated us this Way. They charge me $50 for a "manicure." When I confronted the lady, she did not cut my cuticles, or do any treatment, she just painted them. I've been a long time customer here for over 10 years, came in today to get my gel taken off and a new manicure for my engagement photos. They were busy but took me right away which was great and I waited patiently for about an hour and a half to get my gel taken off but then ended up leaving with my nails looking like this and eventually asked for no polish because they were too far gone. I then paid and after looking at my nails more closely decided to call and ask for a refund on my $31 considering my nails looked like this when I left...cut completely below the nail bed and jagged. All I got was a $20 gift card and no refund and being told it was my fault for having gel on that my regular nails turned out like this; very disappointed and upset not only that my nails are now ruined for my engagement photos but also at the customer service. read more

I went in this morning to get a full set of acrylics. I did not have an appointment, but the stuff was so friendly and had me sit down right away to get started. They have a great selection of colors for gel and dip powder. Lee did my nails and she was incredible! She did such a great job, shaping them and getting them perfect. Have been frequently using their services over several years, however, this last experience had me thinking of not returning. Was "rushed " through the service of myself and two guests so they can close and go home. Also, was strongly encouraged by the owner to get " the works"... how can you say no when the owner kept saying it's your birthday... even though it wasn't. As we went to pay for our treatments, we offered our payment, but then we were encouraged to hit the ATM and get CASH instead (over $300) which was located at a bank down the way in a dark parking lot. Seeing that the cash option only allowed a certain dollar amount dispensed, we were left only a small portion for a small gratuity... If our original payment was welcomed kindly in the first place, we would've offered a larger gratuity. I think the owner needs to think about how she makes people feel after they're supposed to be "relaxed." Left feeling uneasy and a little used. read more

I had been going here fairly consistently over the past year and the ladies I got did a good job for the most part however after my recent experience with a male technician, I will not come back. The first experience with this guy, I got dipping powder which came out way too thick and he kept running the electric file over my cuticles which kept burning me where I would say "ouch" and tense up. He didn't like how tense I was apparently (sorry but I was in pain) and was definitely annoyed and kept roughly pulling my fingers towards him. It was very uncomfortable and painful at times. I was not planning to go back but another salon was filled up and I needed to have my recent gel manicure (done by a different salon) removed. Initially a lady was helping me so I was relieved but an appointment of hers showed up so guess who I got? The same dude. Not good but I was kind of stuck at that point since there wasn't any other staff to help. He started doing my pedicure while my nails were soaking in acetone then my fingers were becoming numb since it had been about 30 minutes with foils and acetone. I asked him to stop the pedicure to take my foils off and he acknowledged me but just kept going. I asked again but same thing...ignored. It may have been a language barrier or he was just writing me off. So I took the foils off my damn self! Then he seemed pissed at me for not waiting for him and out came the electric nail file again to get the rest of the gel off! It wasn't as bad as my initial experience but it still hurt and he was pulling my fingers towards him roughly. Now the lady at the front (maybe she's the owner) was very nice and kept asking if I was okay. I didn't tell her why I was upset because I was in a rush but she seemed to have a lot of concern for my experience. Also the first lady technician left me cold water for my pedicure and did a bad job of fixing it so the lady behind the counter came and filled up much warmer water. She was very kind but I will not be going back because I can't chance getting the dude again. I am convinced he gets off on causing other people pain. Please, nice owner lady, save your business from going under and hire staff who are as friendly and nice as you and know how to provide a relaxing experience. Came here over the weekend with my bestie and got in pretty quickly, despite how busy it was. We both got a mani and pedi (basic) that came out to a little over 90 which include tip. The service was pretty quick and two staff working on each of us at the same time. I wish it was one tech because their styles were different and not very attentive. I didn't realize till after but my nails had some spots missing but my toenails were filled in perfectly. Do not recommend. I only came here on accident because I went to the wrong location but when I got here I figured I would give them a chance. Should've looked at the reviews and drove the additional distance to the correct spot because they have terrible service. I received a simple coffin acrylic set and the man who did them had all different shapes. I kept tellling him they didn't match one another. Finally he got it right, but my nails were extremely short by this point and the sides were missing. It's been two days and I'm ready to rip these off because they look so terrible. Also, I received a pedicure from a lady that kept trying to upsell me services I didn't want. She was convincing me to get gel and why gel is better AFTER I told her I did not like gel on my toes. When I did not budge, she tried to upsell me on callous remover (when I don't even have callouses). I literally get my toes down regularly and have no callouses. And I always get the same. White powder acrylic fill... one time it's 28, then 31, today was 36? I mean seriously, do the lady's just make up their own prices?!? They chose a very light pink that was completely translucent and not even close to what I wanted.. My sister in law and I had never been here before but decided to give them a try. We left very happy and pleased with their work. I got the deluxe pedicure and JOHN was amazing!!! I walked in with my friend who I'm visiting for the holidays. Staff had us sit across the room from each other in a nearly empty salon. Puzzling. I sat down and had a lady start my nails. Another customer walked in to get a fill, so they had me switch ladies while my hands were soaking in water. I had to get up and move chairs. Not a big deal. But then I asked the new lady doing my nails for "New Years nails," black with gold sparkles on the end. She judged me by saying she doesn't like black nails. I said I don't care they are what I want. She proceeded to tell me it would cost me $45.00. She wanted to charge me $45.00 to paint my nails black gel with some gold sparkles on the end. I told her absolutely not will I pay that. She gave me an attitude in another language. I told her to just switch the color to a dark purple. At one point, I kid you not, she dropped the brush she was using for my cuticles on the ground. To my utter shock, she began using it again like it hadn't just happened. To paint my nails a solid color gel cost me $35.00. This was with no nail polish on prior either. There is a mask mandate happening, and one of the male employees is walking around the place no mask, coughing and wiping his face on his sleeve constantly . I have been here over an hour and he is doing peoples nails no mask, and coughing constantly. I absolutely do not recommend getting your nails done at this place. Where do I begin? With the good: Tracy is excellent at doing nails, both mani and pedis. Jenny, the owner is sweet and seems very kind. One of the nail experts who is also named Jenny is also kind but most importantly, she is professional. I came in on 2/25/2022 to get my nails filled, two nail replacements, and and pedicure. Bad experience if I'm being honest. The first person who began the pedicure was rude af. Her energy was giving off uncomfortable vibes and the mumbling to herself when I'd speak to her was the worst. When I asked to speak to the manager, she seemed to act as though I was challenging her, at least that's how it felt because she kept insisting I'd speak to her right away although I said I could wait until after the pedi. Jenny, the owner took me outside and seemed embarrassed. She deducted a small amount off the bill and apologized for the experience. The mani didn't come out looking great but another nail technician who also seemed a bit rude "fixed" the first attempt. I did say I'd go back, but no sorry, never again. I took my mother in law here for her birthday. It was her first pedicure she was so excited. I had a great lady, however the lady my mother in law had was horrible. The water was Way too hot and the lady didn't understand that it was too hot she said it's ok.... No my mother in law just had hip replacement surgery 8weeks prior so we asked the lady to be gentle, well obviously she didn't understand gentle because she grabbed her foot and shoved it in the water and tried to shake her leg side to side really hard. Legit the worst place I've ever been too, $76 dollars wasted. Extremely surprised and disappointed. I had called ahead to set up a regular standard mani/pedi to ensure they would reserve enough time, only to experience being rushed out and getting refused a proper manicure with color nail polish. Like literally, I could not get the color I wanted, the technician said no to the color I requested (a paying customer) and decided I should I just get clear coated instead, Im not a confrontational person and was shocked by the refusal. She did not even clean or trim cuticles or remove existing clear polish on my nails because another walk-in client was waiting. I suppose (remind you I had called ahead and sch. time for a mani/pedi). I will never return to this place as they really have no regards to their customers, they seem only interested in scamming money off them. Today was my first time here and I did an upgraded pedicure and a new set of pink and white acrylics. Cody did my pedicure and he was very polite and funny. The service itself was great, included callus remover, a great leg massage and a great paint job. Chris did my pink and whites- he had to remove an old set that was pretty stuck on. He removed them quickly and with almost no pain (I'm a big baby, but removing fake nails can hurt at times) the pink and white set were done the way I liked, with Chris checking on nail shape and length throughout. Overall, a great day at the nail salon. P.S. it was packed in here tonight, thankfully, I made an appointment.
