I made it clear that I was completely open to choosing something simpler if it wasn't within her skill set. Instead of answering the question, she repeatedly responded with "it's up to you" and showed visible attitude when I tried to clarify. Unfortunately, the final result did not match the design I showed. The nail shapes were uneven and the acrylic application looked misshapen. I did not even get cuticle oil at the end. I was charged $75 for an acrylic fill. I still tipped generously but the overall experience and quality did not meet expectations.

I went to this nail salon today in Oxnard, excited to get my nails done, but unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. When I arrived, I was not greeted or welcomed. I approached one of the nail techs to inquire about service, and she told me she couldn't help me and that she was busy. I asked if there were any other techs available, and she simply said no. There was no effort to accommodate me or even suggest an appointment time. I ended up leaving without being serviced. Customer service matters, and I truly hope this salon improves how they treat potential clients. read more
