When I arrived 15 minutes later, they had no idea who I even was. I showed the technician the design I wanted and asked if she could do it. I made it clear that I was completely open to choosing something simpler if it wasn't within her skill set. Instead of answering the question, she repeatedly responded with "it's up to you" and showed visible attitude when I tried to clarify. Unfortunately, the final result did not match the design I showed. The nail shapes were uneven and the acrylic application looked misshapen. I did not even get cuticle oil at the end. I was charged $75 for an acrylic fill. I still tipped generously but the overall experience and quality did not meet expectations.

I love that when I go & have my kids in tow, they offer to put on a kid show, or dvd for my kids. They don't have to, but its awesome they offer. John by far is the best for the more natural looking nails (for a more thin & flat surface.) Not the best place for pedicures, but decent for a quick fix. When I wait & see someone leave the pedi chairs, I like to witness them being cleaned out. When I don't, it makes me nervous!

I come here every time I am in town and get really good results but this time it was terrible…read more The manicurist kept saying they didn't have the colors I kept choosing and then she wouldn't paint the entire nail. My nail polish is clumpy and on one nail she didn't even clean up the cuticles. Plus she cut my nails, cricket and way too short. Im very disappointed in the service today. When I pointed it out to her, she refused to fix it! So upset! Didn't even offer a discount for their terrible work
