Nails- I get hybrid gel when I go. Quality is fantastic each time and she's always honest around designs she can and can't do. She takes great care in shaping, filing, and even thinning out the underside or inside part of the nail. My nails last 2 weeks and 3 weeks if I file them down myself so they don't get too long. Haven't tried the pedicure but people always seem to get them. Service- Nancy and her team are lovely. It can be a mixed bag on warmth, but I think it's really dependent on you, the client. Not every stylist is going to become your best friend or be your therapist. And coming from an Asian background myself certain mannerisms and body language might come off to people with non-Asian backgrounds as cold or rude. Nancy is really just a quiet person, you can even tell when she speaks Viet she is very soft spoken, so don't take her reservedness as her not liking you. I think any introvert can empathize there. Once she warms up to you she is really lovely. And even after all that and you still feel like it ain't just try somewhere else, no need to leave a review unless she cut your finger off. Logistics - **CASH ONLY** so prepare ahead of time **TEXT HER** yes it's true. She's probably busy doing nails so it's easier for her if you text so she can reply on her free time. **Advance notice for designs** I always send her a picture if I want a certain design so she can schedule accordingly. I have very oily nail beds and acrylics are the only things that don't come off of my nails, but this is the first time acrylics have actually lifted from my nails. The only "nail prep" I was given was them taking a dremmel tool to my nail and unevenly and hastily clipping my natural nail, there was no cuticle prep whatsoever. The nails were done by two different people, and they were both obviously rushing despite my being one of only three customers present. The lady who took over for the man doing my nails made my finger bleed because she kept using the dremmel tool so close. Overall, a huge waste of money, and I won't be able to afford another set for a long time. I got this set done a week ago, and they already look like how they do in the photos I added below. Please save your money and don't come here, at least if you're getting an acrylic set.

They share the lot with several other establishments. Parking spaces are decent as well. Staff: The staff here are very nice, friendly, and professional. My friends and I got the gel manicure and regular pedicure. We actually wanted nudes colors for BOTH our mani and pedi, but the person who did our pedi gave us a gray-ish looking color one. It did not match our mani, and we only realized it a couple of hours later. We had told her we wanted #488 for both our toes and fingers. The colors on our fingers were correct, but not our toes. That's why I removed one star. Thankfully, many of us wore long dresses for the wedding, and people were not paying attention to our toes. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.

After having a bad experience the next day my thumb from my foot and hands started hurting because of the way they were filed the edges were filed hard and he cut them wrong and now my fingers and thumb feel like they are on fire.
