Ive been going to Nancy since October, 2024. I wanted to give it a few sessions before I wrote my review. TLDR: quality nails and service. Highly recommend. Nails- I get hybrid gel when I go. Quality is fantastic each time and she's always honest around designs she can and can't do. She takes great care in shaping, filing, and even thinning out the underside or inside part of the nail. My nails last 2 weeks and 3 weeks if I file them down myself so they don't get too long. Haven't tried the pedicure but people always seem to get them. Service- Nancy and her team are lovely. It can be a mixed bag on warmth, but I think it's really dependent on you, the client. Not every stylist is going to become your best friend or be your therapist. And coming from an Asian background myself certain mannerisms and body language might come off to people with non-Asian backgrounds as cold or rude. Nancy is really just a quiet person, you can even tell when she speaks Viet she is very soft spoken, so don't take her reservedness as her not liking you. I think any introvert can empathize there. Once she warms up to you she is really lovely. And even after all that and you still feel like it ain't just try somewhere else, no need to leave a review unless she cut your finger off. Logistics - **CASH ONLY** so prepare ahead of time **TEXT HER** yes it's true. She's probably busy doing nails so it's easier for her if you text so she can reply on her free time. **Advance notice for designs** I always send her a picture if I want a certain design so she can schedule accordingly. Highly recommend to give her a shot! read more

Excellent place for manicure and pedicures! It was personally my 3rd time ever getting a pedicure, and wow, what an incredible experience! It t was so nice that I wish I could go back already and just got taken care of yesterday. Huge shout out to Daisy for being so kind and patient with me, also taking her time with me was a huge plus. Nancy herself always attentive and checking in on me making sure I was having a pleasant experience! Thank you Nancy's salon! read more

At the last minute I decided I wanted to get a pedicure but did not want to go to a place that reminds me of an assembly line for fingernails and toenails. No thank you! So I decided to peruse Yelp to find a place that would fit...enter Nancy's Nail Studio. I texted her at the number on her Yelp page and she answered the next morning. She was super sweet and was able to give me an appointment to fit my hectic schedule. The place is a bit tricky to find if you're not familiar with Camarillo like I am. The suite is located in the back. Once I arrived it was a small nail studio in a building that have several small business establishments. I think Nancy does the manicures and her sister Heather does the pedicures. Heather was great! She was thorough and used newly autoclaved supplies. My feet thank her!!! I will certainly be back! By the way, the pedicure was $35! I'll take that! I hate to tell more people about the nail studio because I don't want to miss out on appts but they're just too good to not tell others. Your feet will be pleased read more

My husband and I just got Pedicures here today. We were really impressed how good our Pedicures were! We will definitely be back.

Let me start off by saying that I'm not picky about many things but I'm VERY picky when it comes to my nails. I first started going to Nancy almost 2 years ago and I will never go anywhere else. She's quick, does an amazing job, is super funny and friendly and her pricing is so reasonable. She can do any design you have in mind and is very good about not leaving polish on your skin and making sure there is polish on both corners of your nails (one of my pet peeves). I would give her 10 stars if I could! She's the best! read more

Bomb.com Seriously amazing SNS nails. I was so impressed by the quality of Nancy's work. I came here as a recommendation by one of my friends and she did not fail. It's been two weeks and my nails still look so great! Of course I need a fill but I'm amazed at how long they have lasted and I really rough with my nails. read more

First time going in and I'm so happy I did. Nancy was recommended from a friend. I saw my friends nails and loved them and my friend had several nice things to say about Nancy. I got the gel hybrid nails and they look beautiful. I love the color and shape of my nails. I always like to keep them nice and short and natural looking I know just where to go. The prices and great and so is Nancy. She has several colors to choose from which makes it a little hard because they are all so beautiful. I'm excited to go back and also trying out someone there for a pedicure. I'm so happy with my nails worth giving Nancy a try! read more

Post Covid Vaccine and so looking forward to the small niceties. Was searching for a local salon, found Nancy here on Yelp - read the reviews and called - left a VM and Nancy called back within the hour. Delightful lady and asked all the right questions. Also asked if I knew exactly where her shop was located. Late appt yesterday and could not have been happier! Tough for personalities to be displayed through masks tho we shared smiles and warm conversation. She thoughtfully made a few suggestions for my nails and I wholeheartedly agreed. Cuticles - I like them WORKED and not politely bumped - Nancy's touch was perfection. I wear my nails short - Gel - her shaping was superb and exactly what I had hoped for. Her shop is SPOTLESS, warm and inviting. I love the small and cozy atmosphere. All Covid precautions were in place - temp taken as I entered with mask. Ladies - this is how is it done these days. I highly recommend Nancy and her Salon. Am SO very glad I called! Have already booked my next appt and shall be a regular. read more

Called the salon that Nancy works at and asked for their earliest appointment and it was already taken, so Nancy took time out of her morning to meet me early to take me really quickly!! It was super amazing of her to do that for me and helped me out so much with my day! She was so sweet and friendly up front and offered very good customer service for it being so early and did SUCH a good job on my nails!! They feel strong and durable and like they'll last me weeks!! I got a gel polish with a new dip thingy that helps keep the nails strong, and I'm so glad I got in there when I did! Highly recommend nancy!! Nancy is fabulous! Went to her with a friend about 3 yrs ago. We both have been going back to her. She's very accommodating and flexible. I bring pictures of designs I like, and she does them by hand. She's also not rough when buffing and filing my nails. When she moved locations, she has so many clients that moved with her. My friend and I being some of those clients. My nails always last the longest when going to her, since I've continued going to her. It's not suggested, but I can last up to 3-4 weeks with no knicks or peeling. I always feel rejuvenated and pretty after going to her. I've since throwing in waxing as well. My friend is very picky with her hair and nails, so that's speaking Volumes with Nancy's services. I don't post many reviews, and I felt it was necessary to post how amazing she is. I continue to refer people to her. read more

I find Nancy to be very rude and she makes her customers feel uncomfortable. She does not know how to hold a conversation with clients. Not just with me I see it with other customers it's very awkward. I truly don't know what her problem is. She is not a happy person at all. If you ask her a question or to make a change to your nails shape, length etc. she rolls her eyes at you. I refuse to pay someone to be treated that way she makes you feel beneath her. She lacks social skills. read more

I have been going to Nancy for years now and there's a million reasons why. She is ALWAYS consistent, takes her time, uses good quality products, does her best work every time and she's just an all around nice and pleasant person. She is always very accommodating with getting me in last minute, which unfortunately is always (haha), since I never know in advance what day and time will work for me due to my schedule. I have used so many different nail techs over the 15 years I have been getting my nails done and I was never completely happy with any of them. There were either issues with chipping, cracking, lifting, not having a good selection of nail polish/gel and/or not able to do good designs. Speaking of designs, Nancy is also amazing at that! Literally anything you want, she can do, and she does it precisely. If you are looking for a new nail tech or just aren't happy with your current one, you should seriously consider going to Nancy and you'll agree with everything I've said. Nancy has moved to different salons over the years and I follow her wherever she goes. She's that good! I would honestly be so upset if she ever moved far away or stopped doing nails. read more

She takes care to get all the details right, from nail shape and length to cuticle trimming and nail design - she strives for perfection. I opted for the new gel hybrid product and, over three weeks in, my nails still look beautiful - no lifting or breaks! So happy! Thanks, Nancy. See you soon! read more
