2 weeks ago I visited (walk in) and asked for a full set. During the process I noticed several of the tips they were gluing on my fingers just fall right off. They glued again and proceeded with a thin layer acrylic overlay. $80 full set. 10 days later while lathering a wash cloth two of my nails POPPED off!! Right where they glued the tips on. I returned to the salon with no appointment at 9 am and the lady recognized me. I showed her my 2 broken nails. Was told they were booked solid. I ended going to my old nail salon in Oxnard Colorful Nails. My set was redone with ample amount acrylic to prevent the tip from falling off & was charged $30. Amazing what you can get when you don't choose convenience over quality!! The lady was very nice, I just wish she'd use the proper amount of product when doing the job. For the price this was totally avoidable. read more

Terrible experience. Wife and daughter just went there to have their nails done and staff was extremely rude. They did not have the right color my wife wanted and apparently that was what began the attitude from them. Wife and daughter took the high road to get out of there, but they notice different type of service levels for "certain" types of customers. Obvious, pathetic and sad but when you are dealing with characters like that, what can you expect. Bottom of the barrel for sure. Great place! Located in a plaza with Vons, CVS, Patron, and more, this little spot is my go-to local nail place. The staff are all very nice and they even give you a mini water bottle! I only get pedicures so I can only speak to those, but they always do a great job. I typically call ahead for an appt since there are only 6 pedicure chairs but I've been able to just walk in before too, all depends on the day! read more

I don't usually give terrible reviews but the service didn't even start. I walked to this local place because I live so close. I dropped by with my husband hoping to get in or wait to get my nails done. I only get my nails done with one color and gel, (because I work in healthcare) and I tip every single time. This was my first time here and they immediately looked at me and said "we don't have time for you". Usually it's followed up with an apology "you can wait ______ (said amount of time" it wasn't and when I was turning them they asked "would you like to make an appointment". Keep in mind they close at 7, they did have everyone booked for nail services except one person sitting by themselves. I guess I'll keep going to luxury salons rather than my local place. read more

I got a gel manicure on 5/1/25, I have been getting my nails done for years. On Monday, my pinky nail polish fell off. On Wednesday 4 more nail polishes fell off. I have never had nail polish fall off. They said my nails were oily. I've been getting my nails maniicured every two weeks. I wanted it fixed then they offered a refund original payment was $35. They gave me a refund for $15 and did not fix it. Refund for polish only and now I have half nails. Read reviews wish I did before going they have lots of bad reviews. read more

Depends on which tech you get assigned. I've had the same tech twice and both times my sidewalls were snipped and the angle cut caused a slight ingrown effect which had to be fixed. The massages are kinda weak (rubbing motion no ankles no heels and instep) even after paying extra. The other techs snip the nails but never asks shape. Lol. I love their polish choices, the quality, and the owner, which is why I came back. Vibe is relaxing and the space is intimate so talking with neighbors in chairs is nice. read more

I called in at 5:30pm on a Saturday to see if they could fit me in for a pedicure and they said yes come at 6pm. When I got there they were ready for me and were so helpful. My favorite nail spa in town!! The people who work here are respectful and thoughtful. It is a busy salon so if you don't book an appointment, you are looking at an hour-two hour wait. They provide water and ask if you would like any refreshments during your appointment. I have only come for pedicures but i am always very impressed by how soft my legs feel and how perfect my toes look! They offer a variety of different treatments from classic to deluxe spa and each has a different level of self-care involved. I usually do the spa pedicure which comes with the usual groom and painting but also an exfoliating rub, warm lotion massage, and hot towel for your legs! So relaxing!! Worst nail salon experience I've ever had. I don't usually leave reviews, but this was so unprofessional that I felt it was necessary to warn others. I went in to have my gel polish removed, and now I wish I had waited and gone back to the original place where I got them done. The technician filed the top of my nails so aggressively that it thinned them out, leaving me with pain and sensitivity for over a week now. I normally really like this place, but the past couple times I've visited I've had some questionable experiences. This previous visit the technician took off way too much cuticle and cut me on multiple fingers. Instead of trying to clean it she tried to just keep painting with blood all over my nail. I understand everyone has bad days, and I want to give this place a benefit of the doubt as I have had some good technicians here, but not cleaning a bleed and trying to just paint over it is a little ridiculous. After the bleed stopped the rest of the experience did not improve. Half my nails were not even painted evenly, and there was nail polish all over my fingers that I had to pick off myself after my appointment. You can see from the pics the nails are not evenly painted, and have cuts. Definitely consider a more qualified technician if you can. read more

I had my gel pedicure done today. The service was definitely disappointing and annoying. The lady that did my pedicure was rushing. First, when I sat down on the chair, the foot tub bath was empty and the lady just started grinding off my old gel before my feet even gets soaked. Granted if they were busy, I would have understand but she was on her phone the entire time I was choosing my nail color. Then instead of using a cuticle pusher, she used cuticle trimmer (which is so sharp) to push all of my cuticles. To top it off, she started scrubbing my feet with pumice without any soap or solution. Its my first time experiencing a pedicure service like this. I started laughing as I left the place coz I felt like it was a joke. For a basic pedicure with gel, they charge $45. I was not even asked if I want deluxe service or other options. I don't know how this place have a high rating. Definitely the worse service that I had in Ventura County. read more
