This place was able to take me in right away, even though they were short-staffed. As for the quality, I can honestly say it's some of the best I've experienced. I always get a gel manicure and pedicure, and my gel manicure usually starts chipping after about a week. Here, I'm going on four weeks with not a single chip! It's truly a bang for your buck, and I'll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

I had booked two appointments in advance- a spa pedicure with Ann and a gel fill with Annie. I made…read moresure to book with them, as I've seen and heard the negative reviews on Joe. I came in at the time of my appointment and wait 20 minutes to sit down for my pedicure. Who ends up doing it? Joe. I don't make a fuss, I give him a chance, he's a very nice man and we make small talk about our kids and lives. However! Tell me why he was cutting my cuticles after he had painted my nails? I look down while my painted toes are drying and see a piece of toenail dangling from the top of my big toe that he had not managed to cut off. I sat and waited and waited to see Anne for my nails. Joe comes over and starts to take my polish off of my acrylics with a tool while I'm sitting in the pedicure chair. Not only did I not make an appointment with him, both my appointments ran so late and I'm still not seeing who I requested. Joe ends up cutting the side of my ring finger with the tool and I immediately stop him, tell him thank you, and that I'll wait for Anne. After sitting there a while longer, I decide this place could care less about me, who I booked an appointment with and being on time. I grabbed my things, paid for my pedicure, and walked out. DO NOT LET JOE TOUCH YOUR NAILS, LADIES! Trust me on this! And if you make an appointment with Anne or Annie, do not let them ignore you and put you with someone else! It's really unfortunate for them considering I just made a huge sale on a house & their tip would've been amazing if they had honored the appointments I made. Luckily, I managed to book an instant appointment with Cindy at Star Nails, who immediately took care of me by removing the chipped and messy polish from my toes (as well as cut them properly and removed the hanging toenail!) and gave me a pedicure, as well as a gel fill. She couldn't BELIEVE the pedicure I walked in with! Definitely do yourselves a favor and don't go to this place. So disappointing.

I had an appointment for noon they said no one wrote it down and come back at 2. I did as requested and wished I didn't. I asked for ombre nails and provided a picture f neutral ombre nails. I came in with almond shaped nails and left with pointy, uneven bumpy nails that look like Easter candy corn! This was also the most paibful service I have ever had. no cuticle treatment, just grinded them off and kniked my fingers everal times. Not only that, but the price the first time was $95.00 for a fill and pedicure, today, it was $141.00 with no discussion of price. Definietly will not be back.

There was no massage on my feet or legs!! I've never been to a nail salon that does not massage the legs and feet! Not a very good way to treat a new customer who was passing through!

She did my nails for my wedding 6 years ago and I have not found anyone who does French tip acrylics the way she does. This place is nothing fancy, clean and spacious yet small enough it felt very intimate. This place makes you feel like a celebrity, it's very secluded and has only a handful of nail stations and two spa chairs. For me this is perfect, I usually hate the hustle and bustle of the large nail salons. It's quiet, clean, and private. So perfect!!! Services: 5 stars! I adore Cindy, she gave me the best spa pedicure I've had in a long time. She was gentle yet gives a long strong foot rub just what I needed after a long weeks work. My pedicure looked fabulous and my heels were completed cured from all the cracks I walked in with. Every nail salon I go to gets 95% or less of it off, she got 99% I felt and looked great. Pricing: 5 star, completely affordable and for how great it was I would highly recommend it even if some people thought it seemed a little more then they'd be willing to pay. Example: I got the best spa pedicure ever with callus remover and an eyebrow wax for $35, I don't know how you can beat it. Friendly service & a great salon I will definitely be coming back.

John by far is the best for the more natural looking nails (for a more thin & flat surface.) Not the best place for pedicures, but decent for a quick fix.
