Went as a walk in. I did notice there was no pricing but decided to wait. It took a while to get seen even though one of the customers was almost done when I walked in. Everyone was very nice, but I paid 47$ for a basic pedicure and my toenails were not shaped evenly. Place is clean and people are friendly. I had called two days prior to get a quote on dip powder nails the lady had told me they were $50.. day of my appointment I didn't know they charge to take off previous dip powder nails. The process taking off my old set was extremely damaging to my nails as the guy kept ripping them off with his plier tool instead of soaking them with aluminum foil. He dug is finger nails under mine to try and get the rest off. In total with a new pink and white set, he charged me $80 which was way different from the price they told me over the phone. This appointment nearly took me two hours just for a set of dip nails and three days later my $80 dip set chipped off. Never going back again. read more

Went in for acrylic. I think he did an overlay I'm not sure I just know I was tortured for 2 hours with excessive filing. He didn't use soapy water to soften my cuticles I had to ASK for him to cut the excess skin which he cut DRY. Didn't push my cuticles back and was super rough. He kept pushing his sharp nail on the sides of my fingers and filing continuously for again almost two hours. They are short acrylic nails with NO DESIGN. I am in so much pin and my cuticle beds are bleeding and ruined. I pretended everything was fine and tipped because times are hard but I'll never come again. Best nail salon in the county. I have been getting my nails done for special occasions on and off for years at this place. Everyone here is totally awesome and they all do the most fantastic job. I'm always a walk in (because of my work schedule chaos) and never have to wait more than 20-30 mins, even if it's busy. Recently, I've been getting them done every two weeks and keeping the maintenance up with my manicure and I couldnt imagine going anywhere else. Randy keeps my nails looking straight up amazing. I've had my nails done by everyone and their work can not be beat. Their flawless work is what keeps me going back. Not to mention, their prices are incredibly fair and consistent. The worst salon I've ever been to!!!!! The customer service they had was horrible. Not only that the place is horrific and so dirty. I asked for a shellac manicure they just cut my nails and filed didn't even clean my cuticles or put lotion on my hands. Also I left with my nails bumpy and a bad polish and with a cut skin. I told him that my nail feels sticky and he said no it doesn't. Obviously I can feel it.... I would not recommend this place at all... left disappointed. I'm not sure that the woman that did my pedi has any experience. She cut way into the sides of my nails so much so that it actually hurt. Not sure why's he did that. No one has done that to me before. Then she ripped them like they were hang nails to get them out of my toe. Took 20 mins to cut my nails and I had to ask her for the clippers so I could fix the sides. Very strange experience. And she did they to all of them. Ok an hour later they are finally being painted. But now some other woman is painting them. Left her own customer hanging. Does the woman that started mine not know how to paint? I'm so frustrated! On the other hand, I like getting my nails pretty-fied once in a while, but if I'm the one doing it, I always mess it up somehow, especially on my right hand. A friend of mine, whose family owns this salon, recommended that I try it out. I had an appointment for a mani-pedi on a Thursday evening, right after work. I was greeted right away and the place wasn't too busy. The salon is very clean; cute purple theme going on. I was shown all the colors and designs available and I browsed while Eric prepared my foot bath. While Eric worked on my feet, Jessica worked on my hands, and they both took the time to get to know me a bit. I brought one of my own nail polishes to use (you can bring your own polish if they don't have a color available that you like), and she recommended a lighter silver metallic color to use to draw a ring for my ring finger. Although she didn't have a diamond-looking stone available, I picked out a pearl. Once Eric finished with my feet, Jessica did my toes. Overall, I was very pleased with the end result. My nails feel pretty again! My feet and heels feel smoother! The prices are fair considering the time spent and the amount of work they do (WAY more than when I'm doing my nails myself). The nails are all crooked and my cuticles have paint all over them. They don't use towels, just paper towels so everything is all wet and sticking to you. I asked for an accent nail but the woman put the gel on so thick it was like bubble nails. When I asked her to remove it, she got an attitude like I was inconveniencing her. Even though it was getting close to closing time after the wait, I was still invited to stay until my visit was finished. Being 8 months pregnant I barely stopped working so I could feel my feet all scratched and dry and flaky and my toes had ingrowns! This so far has been the most in depth pedicure I've ever had! I was so relaxed the whole time and really felt my feet being pampered. I felt like my feet were treated like royalty at this nail shop. Never have I been at a place that dedicated valuable time to massaging my feet, getting rid of my cuticles, cutting my toenails to an acceptable length, and painting my toenails. I almost thought I was going to charged an astronomical price for such detail to my feet, but it was just a little north of 20 bucks. And I also got to use the massage chair and pedi spa as well as be entertained by a soap opera on the TV they had in the store. Jessica was very friendly. I explained my recent frustrations about poor experiences at 3 other salons over the past few months. She did a very nice job on removing my cuticles, and shaping my nails so we could start from scratch. She asked me what colors of gel polish I like to wear and made a few suggestions, one of which I took. The only thing I was taken aback by was the fact that there was a $5 charge for removing my existing gel polish so my gel manicure totaled $42 with a 20% tip. In the past I have paid $57 for a gel manicure and a gel pedicure (without tip) and I'm sure it would be more expensive here for both. As long as the manicure lasts, the price wouldn't necessarily deter me from coming back and making this my usual spot. I will post a picture as well. read more

Came here around 630 ish, parking can be a bit hard since they share parking with toppers and other stores. Got a pedicure and gel manicure, the pedicure chair doesn't have the massage chair like other places and there was only three people working. The two that working on my mani pedi took their time and did not rush so the job wasn't sloppy. The little girl came over and entertaining me, she was so cute. She was not shy at all!
