Really disappointed with my service today when I normally have had great experiences :( the manicurist was way too rough. He caused bleeding to multiple nails and continuously sprayed my nails with alcohol causing it to burn for hours after. He was also messy and got polish all over one of my fingers. He also left my thumb chipped, he tried to buff it out but instead of completely redoing it, he just left it. I don't understand how you can charge someone $60 and cause them bleeding/pain and on top of that leave a nail messy. Very disappointed seeing other similar reviews that mention the same manicurist and no action has been taken to train him correctly. Tip: ask for Don, he was great during my previous two experiences and is more gentle than my manicurist today. read more

Do not get John to do your nails, I'm sorry but he was rough and hurt me from cutting my skin with the drill and buffing my skin too much and hard. I've been going here for some time, and I usually have a good experience with their pedicures. I usually get a regular pedi, but this time decided to get a gel pedi. I was having a rough time at work so I decided to book myself a pedi to destress but I left more stressed than when I walked in. The person doing my pedi was in SUCH a rush, and you could tell! She wanted me to give her the color I wanted immediately after sitting down even though I was working with the receptionist to find the color that I wanted. Then she started the service but nothing was done thoroughly. The toe separator she used was yanked off when she was done, the massage was so quick and the service was done in less than 30 mins. For comparison, the lady next to me was getting the same service as me and she has started prior to me arriving at the salon. She was still getting her base coat when I was done and heading out of the salon. If you're looking for a relaxing experience, this place is not it. My nail polish also chipped in a matter of a couple days. If anyone has any recommendations, please message me with other places in the area. I used to recommend this place to all of my friends and coworkers but I'm afraid the quality of their service has gone down. read more

I enjoy getting gel pedicures here. It's super easy to make an appointment online. They have all their prices listed, so there are no surprises. Regular pedicures will run you $45 to start, and gel pedicures start at $60. I feel they are a little on the higher side for cost, but they do a good job. It's in the Pierpont Shopping Center, so there is plenty of parking. It is very clean inside and has friendly workers working the front desk. I just wish they offered more gel colors and had better callous removal. It's still a solid nail salon though, and I will continue to support them. read more

I really love this salon! I drive from about 15 miles one way to get here because the service is just great. Friendly staff, SO CLEAN, and the ability to pay with card is appreciated (although I do try to bring cash when I can). This is definitely a salon where you want to book an appointment because they stay pretty busy, super easy through their website. They have complimentary boxed water and kombucha cans available. I personally get french tip powder mani/gel pedi and it always lasts quite awhile compared to other salons. I typically can go 3-4 weeks with my manicure before I need a fill! I chose this place based on other yelp reviews. They were a mixed bag to be honest but I went with the positive reviews. It's cute and hidden away in the Pierpont shopping center. I had no idea they have been open since 1992! They have an easy online booking system. No cc info of deposit required. They have seven pedicure stations and seven manicure stations. It's a very small shop but it's modern and clean. There is no tv which i like, and they play modern music at a moderate level. When you walk in you check in with the receptionist who is only a receptionist, and pick out your nail color based on the plastic painted nails. They have two sets to look at, gel or regular polish. All the actual polish is put away in the back which I think is more sanitary. It smells really nice when you walk in, like lavender and not chemicals. Their chairs have massage settings, cup holders, purse hooks, and a little tray. The basic pedicure is $45, the next step up is $55 and adds a mask, scrub, and hot stone massage which was nice. The pedicure bowls have liners which is important to me. Their tools are either one time use (like the pumice ), or they come out of a sanitized bag they unseal in front of you. The lotion and scrub are prepackaged which is also great. They come in three different scents which they let you pick, lavender, mandarin, or aloe. I picked mandarin and it was pleasant and not overpowering. The massage wasn't as strong as I normally would prefer but that can vary from person to person (giving or receiving) so I won't judge too much on that. Not a full five stars because: * I have to see how the polish wears (smudged and chipped in less than three hours. I'm going to see if they will fix for free this week.) * The callus remover didn't fully or mostly remove my calluses. They are pretty bad though and I know some place don't like to scrub as hard in case they hurt you or make your feet sensitive. * I wish the massage was stronger * The foot part of my daughter's chair broke when she got there (but after they taped it, it didn't impact her pedicure). *I heard they have complementary drinks and I could see a little fridge, but they didn't offer us any. They actually didn't offer anyone while I was there. read more

I'm not one to leave bad reviews but this interaction resulted in them losing a loyal customer. I have been going here for 5+ yrs and have spent a ton of money. I went in for my scheduled 5:15pm appt and was informed my appt was cancelled. They had reached out to me around 4pm to see if i could come early. I did not reply as I was at work. When I clocked out at 5pm I drove right over arriving on time and they informed me that they cancelled my appt because I didn't reply to their text/call. Do they forget people work and may not be able to answer? Clearly they had a walk in and gave them my scheduled spot... not cool. I will not be returning as I don't think this is a good business practice. Be mindful if you schedule, seems not to matter to them. I'm not the only one who has mentioned this issue. read more

Nice experience. The add ons (paraffin wax, exfoliation, massage, etc.) seemed to focus on the calves and not my feet that actually needed it. I loved the results but they started chilling within a week. And a grain of sand was cured into the white of my left hand which was a little annoying. My pedicure was also not the greatest, the way it was painted was not the best. I feel that at times each manicurist have their way of painting which can make them look great or not. Kept trying to give this place a chance over 5 or 6 times as I was so glad to have a nail place nearby but I've had a Problem every time with high end prices. Everytime there was an issue- nails don't look good, too many gel coats and attitude when I tried to say something, overcut cuticles, bad shaping, kept cutting my cuticles until they were red and bled even though I said ow. Gel polish thick and not done well. And to top it off I'm pretty sure I got a fungus infection from used tools (they have plastic bags in the chair basins, but looked like they just grabbed the same tools off their cart and watched after as they just put them back there, and as I don't go anywhere else and have very healthy young feet and have never had one before. I came in for the first time today for a pedicure with my mom as a birthday treat for her. We had a wonderful experience. The salon was very clean and organized and appeared very well maintained. We both got the mid level upgraded pedicure I think it was called "refresh" but I don't exactly remember. It was amazing! I have had many pedicures but it was actually the best pedicure I have ever had. Myly did an amazing job she was very kind and gave a great massage. Had a pedicure Saturday and already need another, but this time, I will go somewhere else. A friend and I decided to get a pedicure here while enjoying a weekend out of town. They removed my current gel polish with a drill, thinning my nails so much that I already have a crack in one toe and totally missing the polish and partial nail itself of another. They lack colors, the price was high for the experience, especially now that not even 5 days later I need to have them redone. I paid cash for the pedicure $55, adding gel, additional $15, totaling $70 and tipped. I was hopeful given the reviews but sadly I wasn't one of the lucky ones. I took my daughter for her first ever pedicure and the ladies couldn't have been sweeter or more accommodating or helpful! She's only a little kid and I wasn't sure how it'd go but the lady that took care of her was the best and made her first experience so special. Made an appointment to get a pedicure and when I came in I had to wait 30+ minutes for the pedicure to begin. Felt extremely disrespected as someone else who came in after me was serviced first. On top of that, the nail color I picked looked nothing like the sample when she put it on, it was almost translucent. I communicated that the color didn't look like the one on the sample and I wanted the one on the sample to which they replied they couldn't do that color and I had to pick another, which also ended up being sheer and not at all the vibrant color on their samples. Not only is this misleading but gives the impression that the gel they use is low quality. The color I ended up picking did not last long (maybe two weeks?) other gel pedicures I've gotten last up to two months. Chairs were also incredibly uncomfortable and gave me a back ache since my service took so long. Absolutely not worth the price, will not be returning. read more
