She is an excellent hairstylist and barber who provides amazing customer service. Her work on my haircut and highlights was top-tier, and her pricing is very reasonable for the high quality of service she provides. She is a credit to the business, and I would recommend to anyone. Unfortunately, my experience with Rodney was marred by his negative behavior. During my visit, he repeatedly walked by me, stopped to give me hateful, aggressive stares that felt genuinely threatening, While I have tried to ignore his gestures, his behavior is impossible to overlook. Harassing clients with aggression, mimicking them, and offering hateful stares creates a hostile and scary business environment. It is disappointing to see such disrespect and jealousy directed towards Alice, especially when it begins to affect the client's sense of safety. A business should be a welcoming environment for everyone. I hope the owner will look into this matter, as no client should feel intimidated while receiving a service. I would love to continue supporting Alice but the current atmosphere makes it difficult to do so comfortably.
