Online ordering is great but their curbside pick and in-store pick up needs a lot of improvement. These are new concepts for most businesses and Walgreens has not gotten it right. The employees have masks on. They also expect customers to wear masks. The employees are friendly and efficient. This location also have a drive thru pharmacy which is convenient. The pharmacy staff is hit or miss. If you are lucky to go pick up your medicines when the ladies are working, it's fine. But when it's the guys, they are usually pretty rude when you ask basic questions. I've heard them speak very rudely to clients who come asking about vaccines or who don't speak good English. The ladies are more polite and nicer overall. Can I also say how pointless those large screens they have in the refrigerators are? It puzzles me that they have them there when you're going to open the door anyway to see what's inside. Half the time what's on the picture doesn't match what's inside anyway. read more

I visited on Oct 11 at 12:15 pm. The employee working the photo counter and the manager had the worst customer service. They were short, preoccupied by their own conversation and the fed ex delivery driver; not helpful. Walked away with the "too bad nothing we can do- figure it out for your self" impression. read more

I've only had 1 problem with an Associate at this Walgreens but the manager cleaned it right up. Every time I come here everything is so well organized and the customer service is superb. read more

Sitting in the lobby as I write this. The staff looks miserable. The pharmacist is extreamly rude..The only reason I came all the way out to this location is because this was the only location that had my prescription. I called ahead of time to make sure that they had the particular brand. When I arrived I was told that they did not have the brand that I needed. .WASTE OF MY TIME!! If you dont like your job, Find a new one. Nobody wants to deal with your attitudes. read more

The people are freakin IDIOTS..... My prescription called for 90 days at one per day of 20 mg....... They gave me 30 days at one per day of 10 mg .......then they said it was back ordered and when I asked for 2X as much for 90 days they said I had to get a new prescription from the dr! Are you f'n kidding me .....do your job you buffoons.......2x10mg=20mg! Damn these people are stupid! read more

It would have been nice if they would have said over the phone that there would not be a pharmacist there to fill my prescription tonight. I went by, because they said my prescription would be ready by 7. There is no pharmacist there and their sign says they close at 9. I need my medicine! Not happy! read more

If I could rate 0 stars for the pharmacy, I would. I went to pick up a prescription and was told that it was backordered. I understand that that happens, but since I need that prescription, I asked if the lady who was helping me could please look in the system to see if anyone else around here has the prescription, as countless other pharmacies have done in the past. She looked at me with a blank stare, told me "No but you can" and walked away without saying anything else. She didn't even offer to ring up the couple of other items I had at the register with me. If that is something that they suddenly are unable to do, she should explain that. Not just tell me to do it myself and walk away from me. And unfortunately, this is not the first time she has been rude. Looks like its time to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere and never go back. read more

Fairly typical Walgreens...nothing extraordinary about this particular location, but there aren't too many drawbacks. This is the location for the Valley Ranch area, so it's fairly busy most of the time. The pharmacy staff is helpful and friendly and tend to try their best to help with any questions. read more

This is the best Walgreens I have been to. They have all the weekly deals laid out on a separate table next to the beauty counter, so it's really easy to find all the weekly deals that you want to buy without having to scatter around the store. They also stock their shelves on a regular basis, so I have only had a few visits where the items I was looking for were not there (as compared to other Walgreens location, where the shelves for the weekly deals items are empty most of the time.) read more

Don't waste your money at the photo center the quality of the pictures are horrible and the staff always has attitude

This is the WORST Walgreens you ever visit. They discriminate by color. I went there for my passport photo and as I was in hurry (appt at passport agency ) and requested them to expedite to give me photos. This happened at 10:10am. They said machine is booting up and it will take 10mins. Fine. I'm waiting right there at the photo section. These guys one after the other went to adjust merchandise at aisles. I waited 10,20,30 mins at the same place. I told them I'm running out of time can they please process my photo. One guy came to machine and playing on his mobile with no response. When I inquire he started telling machine still coming up. Really?. Till 11am machine doesn't boot up what kind of business they are doing? I feel it's pure lie and yelled at them to stop whatever they intended to with my order. Rushed to CVS and got my pics in less than 2 mins. I never ever go to this Walgreens and told this incident to several of my friends unless Manager responds this review so I can goto Manager to brief this unfortunate incident. I still don't understand what's their problem. read more

STAY AWAY!!! Don't even think about going into the doors it's the worse Walgreens I've have ever encountered in my life! Not only do they rip you off in the pharmacy department and can't even have the guts to admit that they did nor do they speak English. They even rip you off when they have sales because the person behind the counter cannot even do their Jobs. The employees and managers don't give a darn about the customers and they get a thrill out of it. They mark things on sale constantly but never allow you to actually pay the sales price. We very rarely have prescriptions to fill, but the handful of times that we have, this location has disappointed every time. At drop off, we tell them that we'll be back in a few hours and when we return several hours or even a day or two later, we are told that the drug is not in stock. Most recently, I asked the technician why they did not call to let us know that the drug was not in stock and the answer I got was, "I can't answer that." There was no point in getting mad at her, because she was not the one who took the prescription originally. I used to work in the pharmacy while in college, and I get it: shift changes are hectic when techs and pharmacists come in/get off so communication is often lost, drugs are often not in stock, insurance companies don't always give answers, doctors' offices don't always complete necessary prior authorizations-- what is upsetting is not that these things happen, but that the staff at this location has to this date, never informed us of this happening until we returned to the pharmacy and that when we ask questions, answers are never helpful (example: my husband had an Rx that required a prior auth from the doctor's office... except we were never told that. The staff member at the pharmacy just told my husband that insurance wouldn't cover it and we would need to pay cash price... no explanation of why... WHAT?) Anyway, that's my rant. I don't write negative reviews, until now. Because I'm mad. Bah. read more
