If I could give less than one star I would. This is BY FAR the WORST pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Between not filling the scripts at all to filling the WRONG prescriptions. The final straw was today. I am in need of a refill of my HEART medication. I called and the recording says they are closed for a week. Zero explanation. My husband went into the store where the "manager had ZERO clue that the pharmacy was even closed. The worth, quality and service. I decide to print here our wedding photo, and it was the biggest mistake. When I came to pick up my order first time, because I received a message that my order is ready, it was just not ready, when I came to pick up my order, the second time, they told me that equipment is broken, and we need to wait, I was waiting, and when I came to pick up my order the third time it was already too much. The quality of the photo was disgusting, they cut a half of a head of my husband on the photo, and when I said sorry, this is very bad quality, and you cut half of my husband's head , they answer: yes correct Walgreen photo print is not the best ‍ and they took money from me. read more

There HAS to be a better way. Almost 2 hours in the drive thru line to pick up a prescription is INSANE!!! Having 1 person doing COVID testing, vaccinations, prescription filling and anything else under the sun is ridiculous. Let the pharmacist be a PHARMACIST. If you don't have the staffing, then how about cutting out the EXTRAS? It's not fair to your staff to be overworked the way they are. This is how mistakes happen. My mother in law has been given the wrong meds, and machine MULTIPLE times and when they're called out on it (after sitting in line AGAIN because the phone is USELESS), they act like it's no big deal. If I could give zero starts I would. The customer service at the pharmacy is terrible! We get a recording to pick up the medicine anytime after 1pm so we show up and the rude lady at the drive thru says no, we won't have it ready until 230 you need to come back. It's such an inconvenience. I asked her if I could just wait and she she says no! We are going to lunch in 25 min! I said well it's not my fault the recording says to come anytime after 1 it's frustrating. She said not my problem either and hung up the phone while I was in the drive thru line. Kelly seems way over stressed and maybe needs some stress management classes for sure as well as customer service classes. I will definitely be switching my prescriptions to another pharmacy as this one always seems extremely chaotic and unprofessional. Have been here many times over the years. It's a quick location from home, easy to get in the parking lot, & plenty of big parking spaces. That matters! They sell everything here from the usual OTC meds to candies, cards,makeup, and even clothes (seasonally). Well lit, clean, and spacious inside. The drive thru pharmacy can be a huge time suck but that's b/c of the people picking up their meds usually need to talk or have questions/issues/etc. I suggest you go inside if you need to pick up a prescription. The prices here are a bit high as any drugstore is...it's the convenience of the store that's the appeal. Will continue to shop here! read more

Does not leave any notification of lunch break on their pharmacy window or website. Also if you order antibiotics, they are never ready on time. They have a two hour window they are supposed to meet. Arrived at 4:00pm for a scheduled 4:15 COVID test. It is now 5:33 and the line of cars (was 10) has only shortened by half. If this wasn't necessary for an international trip in two days I would have left long ago... But too late to schedule in time anywhere else do what am I supposed to do? Jeez... even if I wanted to leave I am sandwiched between their run down building and the crappy gas engine 3/4 pickup truck to my right.... Because their prescription line is on the right and that line is somehow just as slow as the COVID testing. I mean... I could have watched a full movie at this point, three episodes of The Office, or read the first Harry Potter book. I have gotten out of my car, used the restroom in the store, browsed around and waited in line to buy food (it is dinner time), and made it back to my car without the line moving. I wasn't even sweating it. Funny thing though... Their credit card machine wouldn't work in the store so I couldn't even buy food. We know it must work for prescriptions because everyone waits for 10 min and I doubt they all have cash. So now I'm hungry and I'm high off of the exhaust fumes. My international friend is with me. I wanted to show him the evils of socialized health care and how efficient the US system is. He is so disappointed now that he wants Poland to go back to full socialism (and he grew up with bread lines). It's that bad. He said the bread lines were shorter if you can believe that. So now I'm embarrassed for the country, I'm high off of exhaust, and I'm hungry. This place is a joke... my five year old has a Melissa and Doug grocery play set and quite honestly I think she could run a pharmacy better than these people based off her pretend experience. Worst Walgreens ever! First visit could not get curb side pick up per no staff. Today after leaving urgent care and going to pick up my rx they had no pharmacist in the store. Waited 30 minutes pharmacy never opened. Tried to ask the cashier who replied I don't know, I don't work there. Finally found the "Manager" she stated she saw the pharmacist come in. Waited 25 more minutes and left. Pharmacy never opened. Manager was hiding in the isles like she was shopping. Went to another Walgreens and got the rx filled. The store overall is fine. If I need something at the last minute, I can rely on finding it here. The prices are slightly higher but if you shop the ads and use coupons you can get a better deal. The employees are cordial and checking out is pretty quick. The pharmacy is what I have a problem with. I like the convenience of their online service and the drive thru. The staff is helpful and they do follow thru when there are problems with getting your prescriptions refilled. My concern is the accuracy of dispensing the medications. I have been shorted a pill here and there. Once there was a typo error, lucky I caught and questioned it. They need stricter security measures too when picking up meds. Sometimes they ask you certain questions, sometimes they don't. There's such a high turnover rate of pharmacy staff here. It's never the same employee I deal with so how do they know they are giving the meds to the right person? It's pretty unsettling to the point I'll be switching to a different pharmacy. read more

Don't go to the pharmacy here unless you want to wait in line for over 30 minutes. The poor staff is so understaffed for the amount of customers they have. Forget trying to call the pharmacy. That's just a dream. Unless you can use the automated system you are screwed. Better to just go wait in a 30 minute line to ask your question. IMPOSSIBLE to get pharmacy staff on the phone. I just moved to Las Vegas from the East Coast and called mid-day on a Wednesday to try to have my heart medications transferred from my old location to this Walgreens (something you can't do with their automated answering service). The answering service placed me on hold for 30 MINUTES AND HUNG UP ON ME. THIS HAPPENED 3 TIMES. Go to Walmart pharmacy instead. They simply do not care - As one example - after confirming my prescriptions and waiting forever in line although there was just 1 car in front of me, I had to wait yet another 20 min because only 1 of 2 prescriptions had been filled - a prescription written for 100 pills only 10 were given and as of date I am still waiting on a solution as my insurance will not authorize another refill. You can't reach them by phone and when you the answer is " let me look into it and will call you back" this of course never happens. This is just 1 example - after over 10 years I am taking my business elsewhere - the lack of care is throughout the store. read more

Great pharmacy experience! It is just your everyday Walgreens in the a nice part if town. Average traffic in the evening after 5pm when people get off work. Pharmacy has 3 tech's and 1 pharmacist on a Sunday afternoon-evening. But on the weekend you will get your prescription much faster than the projected 20-25 minutes that is the normal average when you stay in store to wait. I received mine in about 7 minutes after they verified insurance. Staff were polite and helpful, and one of the tech's even made sure I received my prescription before he took off work for the evening. read more

I live about five minutes from this store, and I stopped in today to drop off my name and number in case they had COVID vaccine left over at the end of the day, to call me and I could come down so it wouldn't be wasted. I am only 64, and not eligible to make an appointment under Nevada rules. She wouldn't take my contact info, and said they had no way to handle my request, that they didn't keep a list of people that are able to utilize unused vaccine. I asked what they do with excess vaccine at the end of the day, and she said they never had left over vaccine. This has got to be the worst run pharmacy anywhere. They have become a COVID clinic, to hell with the customers there to pick-up or drop off prescriptions. In January of this year I waited 3 and half hours downtown to get my first COVID shot then in February another 3 hour wait to get my second shot. Now Walgreens wants me wait to pick-up my prescriptions while they process all those who have finally decided to get the shot, I say BS, is it so difficult to make a separate line for those people? I picked-up prescriptions today it appears that both are wrong I was shorted a full box of one item and I believe provided the wrong information as far as dosage on the other item. I tried to call the pharmacy waited 45 minutes only to be disconnected when they finally picked up the phone. It's time to move my business elsewhere. read more

The store is great. The pharmacy is AWFUL!! I am tired of being placed on hold for 20+ minutes. They never have my prescriptions in stock that I get monthly. I've been going here for 10 years, and was happy. The past 6 months this place has gone to hell. The customer service is bad, they don't answer the phone. Apparently they are ALWAYS under staffed. They put in a second lane at the drive up and twice now I've been completely ignored while in that lane. Today there were NO OTHER cars because the first lane drove off and they still ignored me and then when another car drove into the first lane they proceeded to wait on that lane while I was still sitting there. When I hit the button they told me there were ppl in front of me. I had to argue with them that I've been waiting before any other car was there. This pharmacy has made errors inputting my prescription, making it so I pay more for my medication. When the error was brought to their attention, they would not refund the money. I have to call in to initial the refill of my prescription; however, both times I am told that the process has been started and when I call to double-check​, I am informed my prescription is not ready.
