All I can say is EWWWW! I went to the minute clinic here a few months back and it's safe to say I will not be back. I had to use the restroom in there and OMG it was absolutely disgusting. I think anyone off of the streets comes in here and goes to the bathroom possibly. It smelled horrendous and if old urine or something. The bathroom wasn't clean and honestly this particular store/clinic area is very dingy and unkempt. Would not recommend. With that said, the nurse was nice and I'm pretty sure she doesn't use that bathroom. That's the only reason for the second star. read more

Due to a change in my insurance, CVS has become my new pharmacy. And since I'm a regular at this Target location, it was easy to make the change. I've never had to wait long for my medication. The pharmacist and techs have all been friendly. And they've never been out of stock of the medication I need. What more can you ask for in a pharmacy? All is good here! read more

I get trying to have automation and AI do more in today's world. But how about fine tuning something before launching it. Been trying to refill my prescription through the automated system for hours now and it tells me what prescriptions I can refill but then just goes silent and does nothing when wanting to refill them. Make your employees answer calls still. Or fix your automated system. Now I have to drive down to the pharmacy... go to the counter... to simply tell them I want to refill my scripts. And then wait hours to just go back and pick them up... so dumb. read more

Mihreteab Teserma is the pharmacist at 9725 S Eastern CVS Pharmacy that I had the misfortune to interact with today. Minreteab Teserma, while you were being rude and disrespectful to me, cursing and throwing stuff around the pharmacy, I was cool and didn't react to you. I was the customer, and you, as the representative for CVS, were very rude and unprofessional. Like I remarked to you, if you can't do the job professionally, you shouldn't be doing it. Personally, I think you're a weirdo, and I don't know what the culture at the pharmacy is, but I can say looking at the reviews (7 out of 16 are negative), this shows a pattern for you. As for me, after I speak to your supervisor on Tuesday, I will no longer have my prescription filled at that location. If you can't be trusted to be professional and courteous to customers, how could you be trusted to fill the prescriptions correctly? And also, I'm not letting you chase me out of going to the Target. I shop there, and the customer manager Tom there is excellent. So when you see me in the store, do what you did when I was trying to talk to you; weirdly look down at your feet. I suggest anyone reading this review choose a more professional pharmacy. I love this expensive little/big convenience store that saves me $$$ as far as time goes... whenever I'm in a rush. CVS or Walgreenscomes to mind. But hands down this CVS got the better customer service! You can check if your prescription is done with a simple phone call!!! Love it. Been using this pharmacy for years now since moving to Vegas/Henderson. Everyone is super nice and courteous. Can't recommend them enough! To the few people who've left negative reviews, they aren't a full pharmacy, like most businesses I can assure you they are probably understaffed and doing the best they can with the few staff members they have. This pharmacy is an entire freaking joke. I got three scripts here sent on a Monday. Two were filled right away, but one of them had some sort of problem. I called the dr office and they said they would fix it. A few minutes later my doctor office called and said OK we fix the problem your script will be ready today after two. The day comes and goes, and the script is still not filled. I called again on Tuesday with the same issue. I called my doctor office they say it's fine and my script is ready. I called the pharmacy and they say there's a problem. Back and forth for FOUR DAYS. Finally, I just walk into the damn pharmacy. I explain to the gal what the problem is and she is immediately defensive. She's like "well I wasn't HERE when this problem happened so you're gonna have to explain it to me." I tell her everything and then she's like " well, the problem is, there's no insurance". I said yeah, I am self-pay I don't have insurance. She says oh well instead of filling the 90 days like the prescription says we went ahead and did 30 days and gave you a discount. I said no I don't want 30 days I want 90 days and I will pay for it. She starts talking to me about money and numbers and whatever else. I just say please fill the 90 days and I will pay for it. All my meds are for 90 days so please just follow the doctors prescription. She says oh OK well I'm gonna have to redo it and I'll have to fill it today sometime. So I've waited an entire week (thurs was a holiday so 4 day week) and still don't have my medications. Also, the prices they charge here for generic are much higher than Walmart. I will absolutely never come back to this pharmacy again, and I really advise that you pick somewhere else read more

I would highly recommend this location. After having issues with another pharmacy, I was dreading having to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy. They made the process so easy! They even called my doctor to take care of an issue that my previous pharmacy couldn't be bothered with. Talk about customer service! Used to be a pretty good pharmacy, just filled my first prescription here in a year, for an off the shelf asthma inhaler. With no customers within 50 yards of the pharmacy at this target, I'm being told to come back in half an hour. Seems pretty insane with ZERO other customers there that they can't take an inhaler off the shelf for half an hour. read more

The target pharmacy is now partnered CVS. The pharmacist Abby is amazing. I had an unexpected health issue and was very distraught about having to stop breastfeeding due to the medication. Bawling my eyes out Abby reassured me I would be okay and could still breastfeed. She was very nice and explained everything to me. I highly recommend this pharmacy. They care about their patrons. oK WHERE do I begin, June 3 a6 PM A fter being in the store for a mere 12 minutes I realized my keys were not in my purse, I retraced my steps back to the Pharmacy. I called the Target manager who said they didn't have the authority to open the CVS store- even though - their security cameras showed as I had been trying to explain for over 2 hours now, that my keys were in their pharmacy. "Sorry" was all I got. Ok I left the keys on the counter but they were left because the ROVING pharmacist ( scary filling your prescriptions all day ) was in such a hurry to check out and go home ( me too.) she did all she could to my get me to move on with my prescription and the 3 grocery items I had in my arms. I go back to the Target manager who can't seem to find a 24 hr emergency number for CVS, 9;30pm I am finally told CVS staff is not coming. So I asked what I should do? No response- I called a tow truck as Target staff said if I left my car in the lot it would be towed.!!!! 10"40 picked up by tow truck driving to house. 11:30 called locksmith to open house - 12:03 am in house Total bill to me $244 and 6.5 hours of non- sense. ( oh and while I was searching target for my keys - I found someone else's "lost" wallet. Good job everbody!!!! Called CVS to report left detailed message - no return call......Lastly today i go back and I am told that they short ordered my meds and I could either wait til next week or take home, less of the medication (but at same price because of insurance). So now I have to pay extra and make an extra trip and call my doctor to explain even though they SHORT ORDERED!!!! read more

I have had several issues at this pharmacy. I'll touch on the good first. All of the ladies that work there are super nice and willing to help. I've never had an issue with them. I have had issues with the texts & a male pharmacist. I get a text asking if I want to refill. I reply YES & get a text back it will be ready the next day at noon. When I go pick it up I learn not only is it not ready, but there were no refills! They had to fax my Dr. to get approval. That was annoying because why ask if I want a refill & even give me a day/time it will be ready if there are no refills! The biggest problem I had & to me this is alarming bc it was a controlled medication. I went to pick it up & the male pharmacist told me I took the hard copy RX back. WHAT? I've never even seen this guy before how can he accuse me of this? No, I did NOT come take the hard copy RX back! They couldn't find the hard copy anywhere (suspicious). I'm LIVID at this point being accused of this. I call my Dr, they approve the medication over the phone & he fills it. I got home & noticed it didn't look like 30 pills so I counted them & it was only 20 (suspicious)!! 2 major mistakes with a controlled medication & trying to make it seem like I was up to something.
