Pharmacy is unorganized, slow and unapologetic. I went hours after prescription was sent and when I arrived they couldn't find it, then told me it would be 20 minutes (it was 40 minutes) but not before trying to give me someone else's prescription who's name was similar to my child's. My second visit, to get refill. I called it in and 3 hours later went to pick it up and she asked me if I could come back tomorrow. When I said no, she said it will be 20 minutes. It feels like every month that I come here my prescription that says it is ready is not ready. As for this month, they called me and told me it would be ready at 4pm and I drove 40 minutes to come and pick it up for them to then tell me I have to wait an additional hour for it to be ready. I even spoke to the person who apparently was in charge and she was rude and made it out to be like it was my fault and said that they would have it ready in 30 minutes. I don't have a problem with it taking longer, I have a problem with them giving me a time to come and pick it up and then it not being ready. If it wasn't going to be ready until 5pm, just say so. And don't be rude to people who are picking up the prescription when YOU told me them to come and get it. This place has unprofessional people and this isn't a one time occurrence.. last month I had to come three separate times because the first two times the prescription wasn't filled though the app said it was, and then on the third time I finally told them I needed it that day and it still took 30 minutes to process. I was told my prescription needed to be picked up by Monday. I called on Monday and asked if it was OK to come tuesday. They replied they would hold untill Tuesday. I drove out of my way on Tuesday and I'm told it was put back and I would need to come back in a few hours. It was a middle aged Asian worker who then rudely hung up drive thru phone and walked away as I was still talking. Unprofessional and sad service! ****update******** I go back to CVS 4 hours later and told it was not filled. After explaining i do not live nearby and came out of my way twice, the worker's reply was "the best I can do is have it ready in an hour" when I explained it was out of way she replied "there is a CVS over there" the customer service is horrendous! This pharmacy use to be one of the best.Not any longer,6 trips to pick up 1 medication l.Every time a different reason as to why it's not ready, they told me to come back tomorrow five days in a row. They told me I have to have my doctor. Call them to make sure that he still wants me to have that prescription as he did and two days later still no medication.. Glad they are open 24 hours, and in a convenient location right on the strip where Blue Diamond becomes Windmill off Las Vegas Blvd. Friendliest staff I've seen at a CVS which was fascinating; where I am they are about as miserable as possible but here I walk in (it's also about 11:30p) and an employee was chatting with a customer but he still made the effort to say hello. Place wasn't empty either; I mean at this time a night, people are coming in for the most random things (myself included) so you always get a mixed bag, but the atmosphere in here seemed almost jovial, as though people were happy to be there. Found what I needed, didn't have any extra coupons, but that's okay. This was a much more pleasant shopping experience than I had expected. I've been going to this store to deposit cash into my Capital One account for a while now, usually after my graveyard shifts, with no issues--until I encountered Kevin. He's refused to accept my cash deposits multiple times, citing inconsistent reasons. On 9/9/2024 at 2:30 AM, this time he claimed they don't accept deposits after 9 PM, which is flat-out false, as I've deposited cash as late as 11 PM with other employees. The previous time before that he said that they cannot do it after the pharmacy closes, and the time before that he said he just won't flat out do it and refused to give me a reason. When I politely questioned him, Kevin was rude, told me I was being disruptive, and asked me to leave. His attitude is unprofessional, and it's frustrating that I can't make deposits when he's working. He is either lazy or does not know how to do it and each time he works I have to drive to walgreens or the CVS on the strip to make my deposits where they will gladly do it yet is inconvenient for me. The other staff are great, but Kevin's behavior is a major problem. This store is usually convenient, but his actions are making it difficult for me to get what I need done. read more

Every month the service and ability to have my prescriptions filled accurately and in a timely manner continues to deteriorate. In August, and taken as directed, I ran out of my meds with 1 refill remaining, called in auto-refill then received "ready for pickup" test message. Picking up on 8/25, CVS tells me "You have no refills; a new script is required". On 8/27, doctor called in emergency refill (holiday weekend); 8/28 CVS "no order received", 8/28 "doctor states order was summitted twice, CVS "no order received". 8/29, pm, CVS "order ready". September 4, in office Doctor visit, dosage was doubled making my 30 day script now at 15 day script and watched him submit the new scrip to CVS. Went to pick up the new meds on 9/10, and CVS "you have to wait until 9/15" with no consideration for the increased dosage that put me at 2x/day rather than 1x/day. October 3, called for pickup status CVS "no script received"; doctor's office "script sent on 9/4", CVS "no script received". Today is October 9th, I have been out of my medication for several weeks. My health is declining, neurological symptoms getting worse, tremors, falling, difficulties are mounting to the point of no return. CVS HAS CAUSED ADDITIONAL AND UNNECESSARY PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL DURESS, and this patient is suffering. CVS is not returning my phone messages and now, once again, I am back in the middle of a blame game; CVS call your doctor, Doctor's office "call CVS", call your doctor, call the pharmacy...... I'm furious today. I'm tired about "Self Check out". What's going on, where are we going? Lots of businesses using self check out. How about people? Do they actually find another position or they just get fired? There was actually only one person, I guess "teaching" customers how to use self service. CVS is abysmal. Employees seem miserable...all two of them because that's all they have working to cover an entire store. The pharmacy is even worse. Out of medications, they order them then once they arrive they'll take an additional day or to before they bother to fill the prescription. They know they can get away with terrible service because at the end of the day, you need your medicine so you have no choice but to put up with the terrible service. Finally came to my senses and have transferred all my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. Suggest you do the same if you can. read more

This CVS location isn't the one I use but I needed to go to a Minute Clinic. The one by my house had a wait, this one didn't & was apx. 7-10 minutes away. See my review for their Minute Clinic on Yelp to learn about my visit/experience. (5 stars) So because I was seen in the clinic thats inside this CVS & right next to the pharmacy the NP was able to send over my RX's via her computer to their pharmacy to have them filled. She told me they would take priority over someone else coming in to get an RX filed or a refill which was cool since I wasn't feeling good & just wanted to get home. I still had to pop over to the "drop off" line to give them my GoodRX info. This is an app that can use to get lower prices on your prescription, it may even be less then what your insurance charges or if your like me & don't have health insurance its cheaper then "cash" paying. I gave the girl the info. & she told me it would be about 15 minutes. They will send you a text when your RX is ready (as long as they have your cell phone #) and call your name overhead. They had a lot of staff behind the counter & it seemed like a pretty busy pharmacy with all the staff & the people waiting. While I was waiting I ran to the bathroom. While in there I found some dried blood on the door lock (I always use TP or a paper towel to lock a door and turn on the faucet) & I also saw some spots on the hand dryer. Of course I avoiding touching anything with my bare hands & once I was done I ran into a worker & reported the dried blood in the ladies room. She said she would take care of it & headed that way. After leaving the bathroom I went down one isle then got a text & over head page my RX's were ready. This definitely was less then 15 minutes. Ever since working for CVS in my early 20's as a pharmacy tech. I've always been a fan & faithful customer of them. I had a good experience today as busy as they were. Thank you! read more

If, however, you are greeted by Kenny in the pharmacy, run away and wait until another associate is at the counter. He is rude and clearly does not care if you get the help you need or not. I was finally able to get my booster shot during my trip in Vegas. I came a few minutes before my time slot and I was able to check in early. There was only one person ahead of me and the wait actually didn't take long. The lady administering the shots was friendly. She informed me about the dosage of the booster shot and when she gave me my shot it didn't hurt much unlike the previous ones I got. She said she tried to make it less hurt which was nice of her. I liked how it was not crowded and the wait was quick compared to the Bay Area. I was surprised that there was hardly anyone in line for the vaccination maybe because it was Black Friday. Terrible customer service. Every time I try to fill a prescription I get treated like a drug addict. And they always have an excuse not to fill the prescription. Their attitude is not how you should treat people who need medications. I've been filling the same prescription for over 15 years and always with CVS. I have to go through this every single time I fill a prescription. They are cherry picking what and who they fill prescriptions with. They are not doctors to determine what and who gets medication. This review is for the Minute Clinic. I'm in town and have been sick for a week and wanted to get checked for strep. I waited less than 10 minutes to be seen. The nurse practitioner who saw me was a hoot! She was friendly, caring and informative. I don't have strep, so no antibiotics but she gave me some tips for helping to manage my symptoms and something to watch for if it doesn't get better. I was pleased with my experience. read more

This is the local pharmacy that is close to my house so when I need something easy this place is my go to. It is open 24/7 and even sometimes runs a decent sale. The store is large and the ailes are very large. The shelves are always stocked and nice and pleasant to the eye. Also the pharmacy at this location is usually open late too . read more

This is a great location just down the road from Tahiti Village off Las Vegas Blvd. The pricing on items is much better than buying them on the strip. There's plenty of parking here for an easy in and out. The lines are long here with little help. They are definitely short handed here but the employees are courteous and helpful. read more

I have been going to this CVS since I moved to Las Vegas. Every year I get a Wellness check for work. The employees who assist are usually so nice. Well either they hired new employees or I met a tenured employee who probably needs to find another profession where he is not face to face with customers because his customer service was the worst I have ever received at a CVS location. Today my son had an appointment for a COVID test. When I went to the back, the Wellness Center had CLOSED signs up. The first employee I seen, I stopped to ask what was going on as I had an appointment. KEVIN responds I don't know. I said, well I have an appointment and my son needs to get back in school. KEVIN then says RESCHEDULE... I don't know...as he walks away. I ask him can a speak to a Manager and he ignored me and kept walking. I thought he would turn around but he walked away and did not respond to my request for a Manager. At that time I spoke to him nicely but when I realized he really just walked away from me I was so shocked! I then got so angry because of his HORRIBLE customer service, I yelled out, " You have F'n horrible customer service a$$hole! Still...he never walked back to apologize, show empathy or anything. I then had to wait in the pharmacy line to speak to someone else. The woman was so kind to ask me for my confirmation for the appointment. She seen that the COVID test was scheduled though the drive though. I appreciated her assistance as she showed that she cared. I end up waiting in the Drive Thru for my sons COVID test for 20 minutes which could have been avoided if Kevin gave assistance, showed empathy and actually showed he cared and directed me to the drive thru that had NO line when arrived. Once I got to the window...funny story....Guess who was at the window to assist...KEVIN! You could see the shocked look in his eyes. I guess he thought he wouldn't see me again because his best customer service was to not help, send me away, and told me to reschedule. I then ask him, although I already knew, " were you the Gentleman who just assisted me inside?" His actual response was...YES...and you are RUDE! AGAIN I WAS SHOCKED! I then got upset all over again and told him he was rude and to get his Manager! He then left me at the window purposely for 10 minute waiting for someone to come back and assist with my sons COVID test. The test line was moving to fast..but as soon as I got to the window with KEVIN he left and never returned. After waiting 10 minutes a nice Woman came and assisted me. I told her my complaint and asked for his name which she told me KEVIN. I then asked for his Managers name which was SHANE. Its sad that one apple in the bunch can ruin the name of a very large company that I had NEVER had issues with until I ran into KEVIN. He seems to hate his job, doesn't smile, and should probably look for another profession or have extensive customer service training before providing the type of customer service he gave to me and my son today. The fact that he did not try to de-escalate or apologize for his rude behavior lets me know that working in a Pharmacy with people who have mental and phyical health issues and having no heart or empathy shows that he needs a new profession. Maybe one where he has to talk to NO one. Keeping his rude resposes and attitude to himself could have definitely made my experience better. I will still be going back to this location to speak to the Manager SHANE before going to the media. This world is crazy, people are dying, STRESSED and getting sick with COVID! It was stressful enough having to take a my 13 year old son to take a test anxious and in fear already to have it escalate to anger due to KEVIN not knowing how to be EMPATHETIC...At a pharmacy where that is probably the best skill to have. Thanks to all the other CVS employees who never let me down...But today for the first time in my YEARS of going to CVS..KEVIN LET ME DOWN. THANKS KEVIN! read more

Can't really feel comfortable going here anymore to fill my prescriptions because of that! Just a heads up! The minute clinic here is awesome from my experience! Got an appointment same day, and on a Sunday. The nurse practitioner Lea was terrific! She was friendly, professional and very attentive. She helped me with my symptoms perfectly! I was very impressed and pleased. In and out with Perscription in about 40 minutes. Pharmacist was fantastic too! I like this Pharmacy because its conveniently open 24/7 AND has a drive thru. They send me a text when my prescriptions are ready and even answer the phone on time when I call ahead to make sure its ready when i haven't received a text. They are always busy, BUT they never show how stressed out they are, even when they are 5 people deep in line and at the drive-thru. The nicest people work here and i don't mind waiting an extra 10 mins in the car if i need to. By the time i get to the window, I know i will be greeted with a smile and receive the best service possible. read more

This place is open 24 hours. So when I walked up to the cashier, every register had closed signs. The young lady behind the counter didn't notice it until I walked up and she removed the sign. I just found that strange for a 24 hour store... So she didn't even say hi or good morning, just continue talking to her 2 other co workers. When one of them walked over, with a damaged item, she pulled out her cell phone and yelled out "Omg let me take a picture!" So this is all happening as I am swiping my card and entering my pin. One of the older cashiers says in a whisper "You have a customer"... The young girl says "I know, but I have to capture this moment" As I got finished with my transaction, I was handed my receipt. No good day or goodbye. Just really bad customer service here. I work in customer service, and have been for years. I know the right and wrongs of it all. If this had been at the place I worked, I easily would had a verbal and written warning. All it takes is a simple hi, smile, and goodbye. That's it. Some people can't even do that and that's why I wish robots would take over. The robots would probably have more care and customer service, since they would be programmed that way. read more
