After my transaction was done I said "Thank You " and she said NOTHING ...NO goodbye... NO smile....NO " you're welcome " -NO " have a nice day" --- NOTHING-- her customer service was Horrible!!! I don't know why she is working there at the front register if her customer service skills are that bad. I was very disappointed with the rudeness. I know she doesn't care but I hope she has a nice day....and I know she doesn't care if her customers come back or not, it's not too good for the business's future but I guess that's on her. Now, I do not get here often at all since I do not live nearby anymore. I visited again for the first time in years when my niece needed to pick up her prescriptions and only went through the drive thru. I will have to say that they had extreme patience with my niece considering one of her dogs would not shut up while they were trying to explain her meds to her. They remained very polite and professional. The last time I stepped foot in here was years upon years ago, but it was very well kept at that time. I will have to see if that is still the case here in 2026. I plan to move near here soon, so maybe I will post an update to this review, if I ever step foot here again? Well, of course I will. It is quite frustrating. Once the color was very very off, the next time per recommendation I printed photo print and it cannot be double-sided. The last two times there was smudging on the prints. I stated I was very frustrated. I wanted to see the cards first before I paid. And this time, the cards had smacking on both sides. Megan stated that it is from their printer and not from what we sent in. I explained to her I cannot get this and will need to share with my daughter as these are her graduation invitations. I stood there for a good 5-6 minutes, exchanging with my daughter to decide not to purchase them. Making it totally understood my frustration. She actually offered to provide it to me for free so that I can show my daughter when I get home. This was so unexpected. I took the cards, knowing we will not use it, but wanting to show my daughter at home. I appreciate Megan's understanding of the situation. Definitely not my usual Walgreens, but may come back in the area for the great service.

The two staffers made no acknowledgement of me as I entered and when it was time to check out, I opted for the Self Checkout since the woman was sharing a long and detailed story about how she "got her own CVS store after seven years." When my transaction was complete, I left and there was nothing from the CVS team as I departed. Unfortunately this CVS is really rough in pretty much every way. The building itself looks tired, like it was out on The Strip last night and hasn't made it home yet to go to sleep. When I walked in, neither employee acknowledged me and I was the only customer in the store. I found the things that I wanted and proceeded to self-checkout. One of the items I scanned kept telling me that it needed assistance. When old Mabel came over, she pulled some sticker off of the item and looked at me like it was my fault, as if I had put it there. Once we got past that, I was able to check out and be on my way, but wasn't sure why she was so surly about it. Definitely will avoid this location in the future.

One of the items in particular was a bottle of tequila and went up to the register to pay. My son was checking out ahead of me and the cashier was super rude to him and I have to say I was honestly a little appalled because I've never encountered such rudeness at this particular Smith's market. He also had some alcohol, so she asked him for his ID. He pulled his wallet out and showed her and she rudely said take it out of your wallet. I have to scan it. He said to her well you should've asked me that way to begin with instead of being rude about it. She did not respond to that When I got up to her, I asked her how she was doing. She ignored me and asked me for a phone number which I gave her and she proceeded to ring up my items without saying another word to me. She then did the alcohol and it had a lock top on it and she couldn't remove it and asked me if there were other ones over there. I said there was but they all had locked tops on them. She said that's not what I asked you. She then handed the bottle to the cashier at the next register, who also could not remove the lock top and outwardly said I don't know why they put these on there. They're not the right ones and we can never get them off. She proceeded to bang the bottle on the Turnstile, and the customer in her line was a little nervous about it breaking and shooting off into him. In the meantime, my son went and grabbed another bottle because nobody was doing anything came back with it and they were able to remove the lock. The cashier then just handed me my change didn't count it out and shoved the receipt along with it. Clearly she didn't want to be there and I don't know why she's allowed to work with customers because she was horrible not only to me, but like I said, the customer ahead of me. The printer wouldn't work, the stupid thing kept glitching, and I was just trying to get my stuff scanned and paid for. Instead of helping, the cashiers Frlinda and Maximo started hounding me like I was a criminal trying to steal. They wouldn't leave me alone, staring and accusing me with their attitude over THEIR malfunctioning equipment. I didn't even need them - the machines were the problem like the printer not working Then some white-haired lady with glasses (manager) gets called over without me asking for anyone. She walks up with this nasty "oh how can I help you" fake energy, acting like she's doing me a favor. Zero actual help. Just more attitude. When I explained the machines were broken, she was a total a****** too. I didn't catch her name because I was so disgusted and pissed off I just stormed out. They even had the nerve to act like buying groceries for my mom "wasn't allowed." What kind of backwards store is this? This place is very racist despite their check cashiers being Filipino. The profiling and harassment was obvious and disgusting. Broken machines + rude, accusatory staff who treat paying customers like thieves = never shopping here again. Avoid this Walmart at all costs. Corporate needs to train these people or fire them. Absolute trash service.
