The only way to improve this store is to close it. Staff don't care, the ones that did are no longer there. My husband came in to get a passport photo the one girl was doing nothing but chatting with her co-worker then all of a sudden she had to leave in 5 minutes leaving one person at the register and he was told to come back In 1 1/2 hours. We left this store 3 years ago because of lack of staff in the pharmacy department so our prescription was never ready in a timely manner. Will not be returning at all, I will print my pictures elsewhere I already moved my medications to Smiths pharmacy 3 years ago!! The floors are very dirty, giving a one star because you have to select something!!!! read more

Jacob and Jessica were extremely immature and unprofessional. I received a call from Jacob letting me know he was missing a piece needed for my banner, but assured me he could still make it and would start working on it right away. Two hours later, I arrived expecting my banner to be ready. Instead, Jacob and Jessica were standing around chatting. They told me they would start it immediately and that it would be ready in about 10 minutes. I agreed and waited. After 15 minutes, I checked back and nothing had been completed. At that point, I was told it would be another 20 minutes. Had I been given an honest timeframe from the beginning, I could have gone home and returned later instead of wasting my time waiting in the store. I completely understand that machines can be slow or that delays happen, but clear communication would have made all the difference. To make matters worse, when we returned, Jacob was yelling across the store while he and Jessica were whispering to each other. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience and the level of professionalism displayed by the staff was disappointing. read more

Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I had a prescription sent in after they said they had it in stock. They did not have it in stock. They had to order it. They said it would be there by Saturday. It was not. So I was told it would be ready on Tuesday morning. Nope it was not. I called at 12 on Tuesday and I was told to come by after their lunch break (which ends at 2) to pick it up. It was not ready at 230 so they said give them 15 minutes and it would be ready. It's now 315 and still not ready. Don't waste your time here. Go to someplace that actually tells you the status of your order. I know I will. read more

A simple I'm sorry we did not meet your expectations would have been nice. But apparently complaining will get you embarrassed in public at this Walgreens. I cant blame the team as they are just working.... manpower levels and selection of who should be attending front counter belongs to the managers. (One small thing) The bald guy with the white coat was literally doing 4 people's jobs..provide him some support. Best fix your management as expectations are set from the top! Was in a desperate search for Tylenol for my parents who might have COVID (this has not yet been confirmed awaiting test results), after my mom texted me and told me that she and my dad were all out on their end. After Albertsons across the street was fresh out of them, I went to Walgreens. Now come to think of it, Walgreens actually should've been my first pick for OTC medicine. I try to avoid Walgreens as much as I can after the pharmacist at a different location screwed up my tetanus shot appointment earlier this year, but the employees at this Walgreens were very helpful and friendly. Upon walking in, I asked Destiny, the pharmacist, where the Tylenol was and she directed me to them in the back of the store. There were plenty of Tylenol products to choose from, including Tylenol PM. I selected the regular Tylenol containing 100 capsules ($11.99 plus tax) at my mom's request. The lady that checked me out was also friendly and understood that I didn't need a bag for one single item. Very clean and well organized store. read more

I really wish I read the reviews before I sent my prescription here. I sent over a prescription for an inhaler because I have an upper respiratory infection @4pm on Tuesday. The automated line let me know it would be available today. Wednesday at 11am. I arrived to pick up to be informed that they haven't received it yet. I went home and called the automated line for next 3 hours. Finally at 3:30pm I decided I would call the pharmacy to see if there was other options. I spent 30 minutes on hold before the call was hung up. The worse part was the girl picked up the phone 6 times to say "sorry for the wait, I'm assisting other customers, please hold". If she would have just listened and helped for (1) minute, it would have been more efficient then to tell me to hold !!! I tried to call the pharmacy manager and was again on hold for 20 minutes before hung up on again. It's now 5:30pm. I still don't have my medication and no status update. read more

Worst Pharmacy Ever!! Been going to this pharmacy for 10+ years and I swear every time I'm not coming back. They get worse and worse every time. The length of time to wait for a prescription is at least five hours in this case today. I have to wait until tomorrow because their system pushed it to be shipped instead of being able to pick it up today. They also only have two employees working. This Walgreens is pretty reliable for first aid, pharmacy and beauty items. I can easily find household items if I need to stock up quickly like dishwashing detergent and or paper towels. Their beauty section has a good variety of very affordable make up like ELF, Burt's Bees or NYC to classic staples such as Revlon, Neutrogena, and Cover Girl. They have great value sets in lotion, fragrance and shaving sets. I find I can put together a great gift set with the variety of hair masks, face masks, lotions and lip glosses at a reasonable price. Im need of a gift card? They have a huge selection of gift cards and actual greeting cards like Hallmark if you need one to go. The Hallmark section carried the essentials like birthdays, sympathy, wedding, and thank you cards. You can grab some quick snack goodies too such as chips, sodas, waters, nuts, protein bars, and instant noodles if you needed to. It's like an upgraded grab and go store, but with a pharmacy so you can actually adult life. Get your vaccines if you want and/or need to. Fill your prescription and talk to a pharmacist if you need to. The pharmacy staff is helpful and I ask people to be patient as it can be busy. If you have questions, ask. Medicine is not always clear so if you're not sure of interactions with your vitamins or current medication just bring it up. Better to be safe than not. I do recommend this location as it usually has what I need quickly. read more

This review is for Jesse in the photo department, she went above and beyond to help me with my photo album. My original order was delayed due to them running out of paper, a gentleman called asking if I wanted to switch it to a different store or wait. I said I would wait, I was in no rush for the photo album. A couple days later I received an e-mail saying my photo album was canceled. The thought of having to sort through hundreds of photos and put the album together again was quite disappointing. Jesse was very sympathetic and apologized for the miscommunication even though it was no fault of her own. She also assured me that she oils make sure it wasn't canceled if their paper order didn't come arrive on their next shipment. She followed through, the album was completed the next day, and it turned out wonderful! I'm am not only excited I'm able to give it to my husband for his birthday but am over impressed with the service from the photo shop team. I appreciate the great work they do for us!! read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE. they hire employees with attitude, who call customers b*tches, and when complained about to a manager, management doesn't even seem to care! this review is in regards to an incident that happened about a week ago, just didn't have time to write a review until now. the cashier jose, was extremely argumentative and unhelpful. my mom was buying moisturizers that were under a "2 for $5" special rack. when rang up by the cashier jose, it wasn't applying the discount. so we asked him, he demanded we show him where we got it from. so we walked all the way back there just for him to tell us it's in the wrong section. whatever. then another item is rang in under the wrong price, different than the price on the rack. so we question him again, and once again he asks us to direct him over to where we got it. he says AGAIN, it's in the wrong spot. so everything is i. the wrong spot?????? get it together. my mom, who is extremely annoyed now, says that it's not her fault that all of these things are in the wrong spot, and he proceeds to say "you can't talk to me like that b*tch" and starts a whole altercation. Jose should be FIRED. when asked to speak to a manager, Jose claims he is one. Which my sister and i find out later is untrue. we try to come back the following week to make a complaint to a manager about this, that's when we learn jose is not the manager. and the store manager Ian didn't seem to give a single f*ck about the incident. don't know how he got promoted to store manager. staff here sucks. everything is in the wrong section. don't shop here read more

The pharmacy staff is amazing. The customers have to have some patience. They have rules to follow and a little bit of kindness goes along way. I am tired of seeing customer belittle the staff for things that are beyond their control. Please be nice and pharmacy crew thank you for always being nice and helpful. Also common sense training is needed badly! a customer had some issues at the register regarding money, after this was settled and the customer left, the ladies behind the counter proceeded to talk trash about that person and her money issues and that same person made a comment about "is that a man or a woman?" , OUT LOUD, where the entire line could hear them.. If I could, I would give zero stars the manager Jake is extremely rude. I was waiting in line at the drive-through when I press the button. And I couldn't make out to what they were saying. But I guess they were saying the drive-through was closed. But every time I press it. It just hung up until it was finally nice of someone to pick up and say. "Hello unfortunately the drive-through is closed." And I said OK thank you and that was it. I clearly forgot why I stopped coming here! Had to pick up a gift card really quick and didn't want to go to the grocery store so I stopped in here. Of course I had to make my way to the candy isle and see what they had since Halloween is right around the corner. 3 of the candy bags I picked up were not in the system so Taylor had to ring them in manually which apparently means they won't and don't honor the CLEARLY POSTED SALE price. WTF. So instead of getting 2 for $5 it was $2.99 each and buy one $9.99 get one 40% off it was $9.99 each bag. No thanks. I don't need the candy. Definitely won't be back. How ridiculous is that? You can't and won't honor a sale price because it's not entered into the system?? I come to get my husbands meds that they're system said they would hold until March 7th and they didn't have it! then, instead of trying to correct the issue, the lady just said it will be ready tomorrow. I've been picking up my wife's prescription here for a few years. It's absolutely hopeless both inside and the drive-through. Unless there are zero cars, never use the drive-through unless you have 20 mins to spare. Plus, you can get trapped in the line. Inside always involves a long wait. It looks like a chaotic operation behind the counter. We actually feel sorry for the staff who work there, the inefficiencies and long waits are usually not their fault. read more

Not the pharmacy's fault the lady ahead of us all was having pricing issues- at least that's what I thought. Anyway, I'm a patient gal, so wait I did! Fourth time refilling this Rx at Walgreens, but we've moved so I have switched locations. My usual price with GoodRx is $23-$27, for reference. Today she tells me it's $570. Five. Hundred. Seventy. Dollars. For 9 pills? Are my migraine meds now laced with gold from King Tuts tomb and packaged with linens from Queen Elizabeth's royal collection? I know inflation is bad, but let's be reasonable. So here I am waiting for Ashton Kutcher to pop up from behind the counter. Punk'd! Jk! $25 big ones, please! Alas, no Ashton. No joke. $570. Miraculously, she reduces the price to a measly $280 after I showed my obvious concern. Is this for real? Oh it is for real. Returns a third time after lots of scuffling around, best we can do is $84. Now I'm not big mad at this lady, she's jUsT dOiNg hEr jOb. Someone at Walgreens needs to help this poor gal out so she doesn't get cussed out by the next guy, please. This is my go-to Walgreens store because of their friendly staff! Cherry, Chris, Michelle, and the store manager are always so helpful! I somehow always catch myself at the store when its full of high school kids. The staff have always been very intentional on getting me out of the store as quickly as possible despite the long lines. read more

Absolutely one of the worst Walgreens out there. Primary reason is going to be the pharmacy. You will end up stabding in line for almost an hour with 6+ people in front of you. What's interesting is you will see More people behind that counter talking, sipping on their fast food drinks, laughing etc. This never changes. I have been to stores where the front is mainly high schoolers or college kids. No problem there. Been to other storea where they are genuinely busy but they have more than 1 register open AND THEY ARE POLITE! I just, literally, had some girl behind the counter with Zero sense of customer service start and argument with me. Claims she had nothing for me that was ready when my script was sent in 10 days prior(forgot it was there, life gets busy!). She then claimed that the Brand Name Manufacturer is not manufacturing it. I had to check her on that as this is a staple pharmaceutical for this company and this doesn't sound right at all. She then said I wasn't listening(I basically repeated what she said) and THEN repeats the exact same thing we both said. Get home, pull the national list for meds behind or short in stock dated Feb 15, 2022. My med is not on there. I then get the script(no pun) flipped on me and APPARENTLY it is My fault they didn't contact me or my doc that they don't have the drug. This store is straight-up wretched. Save yourself the time and drive another 5 min to another location where they will get you in and out. That's all. read more

I waited an hour to get to the window, only to be told to come back in another hour. So I went back an hour later and waited another 45 minutes behind ONLY TWO CARS. Idk if these people are just super unorganized or just dont care to do their jobs. By the time I got to the the window it was about 9:03pm (they close at 9:00). They completely disregarded the fact that I had been staring at each and every one of them for about 5-10 minutes. During this time they put the sign up that they were closed and had covered the window. It wasnt like I could just come back the next day for it because I needed the medication to take tonight for my OBGYN appointment the next day. Now I have to reschedule because the people that work in this pharmacy cant get their shit together. read more

Absolutely don't come here for COVID-19 vaccination as they treat customers like garbage. I brought my elderly aunt (65+ age group) for a vaccine appointment made online and they kept us waiting for more than an hour because the pharmacy tech insisted on waiting for multiple people so she could administer multiple vaccines at once. Then there were no-shows for the appointments after us so she just kept us waiting until enough people showed up. This is just despicable behavior, keeping high-risk patients waiting indefinitely inside the store. Not honoring the appointment time is bad enough, but at the very least Walgreens could have arranged to call us to come back at a later time when they was ready. And what if there had been even more no-shows, would they have kept us waiting there for multiple hours or even all day long? To put it in perspective, I took another relative to SNHD for the vaccine and we were in and out in less than 25 minutes, including the 15-minute observation period. It's unbelievable that Walgreens can't even be bothered to schedule vaccine appointments appropriately and instead would rather treat elderly, high-risk patients like trash. read more
