I'm not trying to fill some pain pills or something, I'm not trying to abuse the system. I'm a man fighting a tumor who needs my meds to simply survive and I need to take these meds at a certain time once per week. What really got me is the lady behind the counter tells me that "even if I could fill it, I don't have the needles you need to take it" and those would be a few days out. No backup system, nothing in stock despite the app saying it was in and ready for pickup. This is the type of thing that lands people in the ER. It has a real impact on lives. Once the system is back, I'll pick up my meds, call my doctor, and transfer everything to literally anywhere else. This is not just wrong, it's cruel. Do not fill your meds here. Do not shop here. Do not support a business that doesn't care at all about the lives and wellbeing of people counting on them for medication.

They keep track of our refills and contact the doctors as needed. They call us before bringing our refills to make sure nothing has changed. When we need a medication fast, they always work with us to get it quickly. Every single employee is friendly, supportive and knowledgeable. We let their dad go in first to go check and then he said how nice everyone is and got some for about $13. decided to go in with the kids and this african american lady wearing black and blue uniform with braids was saying it was $16 . What bothered me was that she followed me and my kids all the way to the back where the other ones were and stood right next to me the whole time. She rushed me and asked me which cards i wanted and asked how i wanted to pay. She brought me all the way to another register one the side that was closed when there was a perfectly one open at the front where the other elder ladies just helped their dad with his transaction. i thought that was weird and the lady kept looking at me up and down and was fidgeting the cards i wanted to purchase and stood there for a few moments so i asked her how much it is and she hesitated and said idk why it's $13 it's supposed to be $16. My experience today was absolutely great, occasionally they are backed up but they are always friendly and quick, I wish the Walmart delivery was this reliable lol. I visited again for the first time in years when my niece needed to pick up her prescriptions and only went through the drive thru. I will have to say that they had extreme patience with my niece considering one of her dogs would not shut up while they were trying to explain her meds to her. They remained very polite and professional. The last time I stepped foot in here was years upon years ago, but it was very well kept at that time.
