Parking is plentiful in this plaza and all around CVS. They also have a drive thru that you can utilize for the pharmacy. Best to call to make sure the pharmacy workers are not at lunch. Came in and there was just one worker checking someone out. As I was waiting less than 2mins, another worker came up and helped me. I was in and out within 5mins. Picture prints were decent, and good as it's free. With the CVS app, I realized I have a few coupons I can utilize plus some reward dollars. 2 sets of 10. 4x6 prints Deodorant Make up concealer = $4 Impressive and I'm happy that I saved so much. Today, when I received my flu shot, she put alcohol on my arm but did not allow it to dry before giving the injection, so it stung really badly. She also did not open the box or explain anything about the shot or aftercare. Every time this particular MA gives me a shot, I end up bruising. I just had my flu shot today, and I can already see a bruise starting to form. The last time she gave me a shot, my entire arm bruised, and the bruise was bigger than a grapefruit. I believe that may have been from the particular vaccine I received that day, but I have noticed a pattern whenever she gives me my injections. Again, she is not rude, but her attitude is unpleasant and there is absolutely no friendliness or communication. I will make it a point next time to go to a different location. It honestly feels like some staff members hate their jobs. That is just my personal opinion, but unfortunately, that is the impression I have gotten from my experiences.

At that point, I was told it would be another 20 minutes. Had I been given an honest timeframe from the beginning, I could have gone home and returned later instead of wasting my time waiting in the store. I completely understand that machines can be slow or that delays happen, but clear communication would have made all the difference. To make matters worse, when we returned, Jacob was yelling across the store while he and Jessica were whispering to each other. They also carry a random brand of milk I like, so that's nice when I don't want to go to a grocery store. And their magazine aisle is still nicely stocked (a rarity since so many stores are getting rid of magazines) The drug line is usually managed well. I've had to wait before but it's never too bad. On weekends they DO go out for a lunch break, so be sure to check the schedule so you're not left waiting around. I have never used the drive-thru, so I can't comment on that. I've also gotten boosters and flu shots here, and it's nice and convenient. I also appreciate the pharmacy volunteering that according to my health insurance I get one free COVID test a week. So a nice opportunity to stock up. I like their photo print section too. I print out photos occasionally for my planner/scrapbook, and it's nice being able to order just one or two prints and it comes out to under $1. Cheaper than ordering online.

I pressed the customer service button on the wall, and I wait for someone to come. Well, that never happened. I have waited over 30 minutes, countless days, waiting for a customer service representative to come and unlock the door so that I can get the products that I need. Now, this has never happened before in over 12 years. So, as a scholar, I did my own personal review and assessment of the situation, whether that Walmart store has "downsized," its employees to where that they are "overwhelmed," with consumers that some areas of the store are "neglected of customer service," or that Walmart Store has conformed into a store of "poor customer service." I went to the Walmart Store today to see if anything had changed about the process, and, disappointingly, nothing has changed. So I bought what I needed, and I left the store disappointed in their service. My rating at this moment is zero, very poor customer service. Walmart management must ensure that all product and service areas in their stores meet the demands of the services for the customers. In addition, regardless of the population of the consumers visiting their stores. Yes, Walmart is the leading retail store, and because of this, they must represent high-quality customer service at all times. So I called the provided number. The automated attendant sent me nearly across the country. "How can I help you?" "I am returning a call..." Disconnected. Callback? No. More frustrated when the process was repeated five times. I was told twice that the employee did not exist, and twice more that I was not allowed to learn when It would be appropriate to call again. Finally, through another reroute, I reached the pharmacist manager. There was no internal record of the call. Then the best line, "I will let her know, but I will not guarantee she will call you back." You have got to be kidding! No one in a position of responsibility should make such a statement. This is healthcare? New pharmacist for me. And Walgreens should be horrified!
