Best Walgreens ever! Staff is very friendly and helpful ! Clean!!! Organized !! I live one street away , go there for everything ! read more

Everything is so expensive here compared to other similar stores. Never going back. Paid $8.50 for instant coffee and saw the same item at Ralph's for around $5.50 read more

Grandfather has gone in numerous times for the pharmacy and they are so rude w/ or w/o me. Always rude. The employees also seem like they don't know what they're doing at the register. Only couple dudes stand out which sucks b/c it's always busy. read more

This Walgreens Pharmacy has gone from poor mediocrity to absolute poor service. What makes it worse is that they (WALGREENS) don't care to do anything about it. Customer service in the pharmacy is very slow (staffing) but try calling them and you'll be waiting for 25 minutes for anyone to answer. SHAME on Walgreens for creating and fostering such misery in their stores. read more

This pharmacy here is so inconsiderate. I came in to pick up medication for my one year old and was told it wouldn't be ready for another 20 minutes. I came back three hours (because my baby fell asleep) and was told the item is out of stock. Nobody called to tell me in 3 hours time that this was the situation. They are so unorganized, the wait is way too long, and have no compassion. They could care less if a baby is need of medication or not. Avoid at all costs! read more

The place didn't have many customers. It seems like all the traffic in this place is for Trader Joes. I like it since it is close by my house. Even though it wasn't very busy I have to go to the front and ask someone where items are located and they tell me where it is. Instead of showing me. It had some good deals though. read more

This pharmacy has the worst customer service. This was my first time using this location and the person I spoke to on the phone had the worst attitude. Someone needs to retrain their staff member Hermine on how to speak to customers on the phone. I went in yesterday to pick up a prescription and I was told by another person that they didn't have it in stoke and they needed to order it for me and they will call me the next day when it's available for pickup. Throughout the day I didn't receive a call and when I called tonight to get an update the employee Hermine was so rude. She told me not to give her an attitude when I asked her why I wasn't contacted since the medication was ready. She accused me of yelling at her, when I clearly was not yelling. I have never heard anyone speak this way. If I'm asking why I wasn't notified, I'm asking a question not yelling. Wow, can't believe people like her are employed and serving a community of people who use a pharmacy to get their mediation for different health reasons. Go to another pharmacy...if this is the type of people that are working here, I do not support their employment. read more

This pharmacy Dept sucks, the pharmacies in this Walgreen are very negligence. I have been calling several times regarding a Meds to get preauth from my doctor from the past 5 days. First they didn't have right fax number, called on Saturday, Sunday and then Tuesday gave the correct fax number repeatedly. Still they have the wrong fax number. I repeatedly told them it's really important since my husband is suffering from pain. It's Tuesday evening it's not done yet. I am so pissed and angry with this pharmacy. It's so diff from other Walgreens . read more

Unreal how bad the service is there. I had one simple question and all I got it read the back of the box. I can't imagine providing that kind of bad service to anyone and expecting to stay in business for very long. I made a complaint to the manager who said he will bring it up to the Pharmacy. Go to Rite Aid! read more

Just walk (or drive) the extra few blocks to Ralph's. Every time I have been in here there is a line with just one cashier a half hour long. Every time I check out the price rung up on the register is something completely different than what is posted. I've started taking pictures on my phone of what the posted price is to know I'm not crazy. The nice cashier always offers to have someone go check the price for them to fix it, but I'm not about to hold up a huge line of already angry people for 80 cents. I never plan to go back, which sucks because it's such a great location. read more

My wife talked to one of the nicest employee Anthony there. He just receive a case of Marvel exclusive Pop figures from today's shipment and promised to put a set of 4 on hold for me. To my surprise, Anthony called her back around noon and told her that the manager doesn't allow to put the Pops on hold, the manager only allowed him to put one out of the 4 characters on hold and she wasn't allowed to select the character. At the mean time, She was told that they still have the whole case in stock, they won't put them on the shelf and it's on the first come first serve basis. Long story short, I took 2 hours off work, drove more than 25 miles and got there around 3 pm. Sadly, out of all 4 characters, the manager just chose one Pop to sell to me and wouldn't let me pick. The online inventory checker still showed they're all in stock. Special thanks to Anthony. He's extremely nice and friendly. I appreciate his help even thou I wasn't able to purchase what I wanted at the end! One star for the poor management! read more

I had to get some photos from this store and I had a pleasure to work with Edward, the store manager and he is amazing!! Best customer service I've seen in a long time! I really appreciated his help! read more

I called this pharmacy to refill a prescription and sat on hold for 26 minutes. When I politely informed the pharmacist that I had been holding that long she told me that they were very busy and they had 20 cars in line at their drive-thru, it sounds to me like Walgreens seriously short staffs their pharmacy department and clearly doesn't care about the customer wait time. When I finally got to the issue at hand which was a refill of a prescription that I need transferred from my old pharmacy, she told me that it would probably take a couple business days and I should just reach out to them for now and get it from them. Big help. I called Vons (where my original prescription order was) and they answered on the first ring and took care of it. read more

This Walgreens pharmacy is very slow and rude. It takes like 20 minutes for them to help you and when they do they have an attitude like they don't even want to be there. Not very friendly. They stare at you like your not welcomed and are a hassle to them. Also there is a bunch of delays and sometimes they don't have the medication ready when the call says it is. read more

Alma stage store manager and Arpi were very rude to me. I tried to walk at 9:58 pm 2 mins before they were supposed to close they didn't let me in and showed me the worst attitude I've ever see After I was asking them why didn't let me in when the store should of been technically open I guess Arpi's husband or boyfriend or whatever walked up to me which he is a non employee of Walgreens and started cursing me and threatening me and taking a video. read more

Employees are friendly and helpful, the only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because they close at 10pm. I like my Walgreens 24hrs!

I am so glad to have a walgreens next to me,though customer service is awful.my 2 year old daughter accidentally broke a nail polish, but the girl was staring at me as if we commited a crime.Besides beauty products are almost the same all year round, new products can very rarely be seen. read more

Randy. Young nice gentlemen very helpful and hard-working. In general all employees here are very polite. Thank you guys

Most horrible Walgreens ever. First I will say the Latina woman who works the counter is phenomenal. She does her best when she has an incompetent pharmacist to work with. A few weeks ago I went to pick up prescriptions and the cost was way more than my insurance copay. The pharmacist told me I had to call my insurance and have them fix it. After a few minutes of arguing the great front desk person discovered the pharmacist did not put it though my insurance in the first place but used a coupon card instead and then blamed me for having the card on file. Friday I called to get my adderal refilled and told I had to wait till today 3/25 due to 30 day timing. Ok no problem understand that. So today I went to fill it and I couldn't because the pharmacist closed the prescription out for some damn reason and now I have to wait for my Doctor to resend the prescription because of their mistake again. No accountability at all. Unless you are Armenian a vapid this Armenian pharmacist at all cost because you will be treated like dirt and every prescription will be screwed up. read more

We dropped off my wife's prescription (around past 11 am) from her dentist after she had a tooth extraction early Saturday. I asked the guy who attended to me if I can wait for it, since my wife needs to start taking the meds ASAP. He took my cell number and said he will call me as soon as it is available. He also said they have a 2 hour lunch today because they can't fill prescription if a pharmacist is not around (which I do not completely understand the connection, but I just went along). Since I reside in the area, I went home thinking he might not be able to fill it before lunch and he will call me when it is ready anyway. Meanwhile, I had my wife take some Tylenol for the pain while I wait for the call. Long story short, i never got the call back, when I went back around 6:30, the Pharmacy is already closed, he took my prescription so I can't go to another pharmacy, and I had to go to Coldwater canyon Walgreens (24hr) to have them pull out the prescription from the system to refill. Very bad customer service... read more

My sister comes to get her prescription here since it's local and every single time we walk out annoyed. We figured maybe if she called it in this time we'd have a "smoother" experience but definitely we were proven wrong. Their pharmacy is so disorganized it seems like the employees don't properly communicate with each other because one person claims one thing over the phone and when we come in person to the pharmacy it's something completely different from what we were told. This last time around since we called the lady said that it usually takes them about 10 minutes to refill her prescription and they'd have it ready in no time. So when we came to pick it up some other girl claimed that the pick up time was set for 6 pm which was not discussed in the phone convo at all! So of course we have no other option to sit and wait once again. Please your a pharmacy you should have your shit together. read more
