That said, the usual crowd in here is non-threatening and the store is definitely safe and in an excellent location. There are far worse locations to visit with a lot rougher looking patrons than this one. Overall I'm grateful it's right across the street from my apartment. This pharmacy appears to be one of the most poorly managed in the Walgreens chain. The staff, unfortunately, seem indifferent and lacking in customer service skills. During my recent visit, a drive-thru customer had their entire order filled, then requested a second order while the associate seemed to be wandering around the store without acknowledging the waiting line. This caused a significant delay, with customers left standing unattended for nearly 30 minutes. It was only after I spoke up that the situation was addressed. The overall experience reflects poorly on the store's management, and it feels like they could use improvements to bring the service level back up to Walgreens' standards. read more

Quite possibly the worst pharmacy that's ever been. I have been coming here for years, and EVERY TIME it's something. Can't find the prescription, they fill the wrong one, send me a text it's ready when it's not, cancel a refill, insurance issues due to error on pharmacy side, slow to help, confused techs, the list goes on. I think the only thing worse than this place is the fact that I haven't switched yet. My kiddo has some serious medical issues that requires a lot of medication, and it's like they've never seen me before after 3 years. Time to change. You get what you pay for in life, and that's why Walgreen gets four stars. I love this place. It's by far my favorite store. Where else can you get 110 film? Where else can you get a decent digital camera for a few bucks? I always waltz into Walgreens and walk out with something I never knew I needed. Some of them are even open 24 hours. we typically go here for when we need to pick up things real quick, but we did run into an issue with the gift cards there I would not purchase gift cards there we had gotten the numbers were scratched off already so it was a struggle to get a new card and then it happened again and we were out 50 by the time I got somebody to possibly refund funds were already gone so I would not recommend buying gift cards from there. read more

My mom was always a loyal patient/customer of Bascom Pharmacy as she would drive 7+ miles to this pharmacy to have her prescriptions filled. After a while, the pharmacy would send the maintenance prescriptions to my mom's house, unless my mom had an appointment close by and will go pick up the new prescriptions in person. The pharmacist and her staff were always professional, courteous and compassionate. They went above and beyond to help my mom with the prior authorization when needed. They even sent her complementary cough drops knowing it is one of the regular items she had purchased previously. What made this pharmacy stood out from all the other pharmacies was the pharmacist Tina's attendance at my Mom's funeral. What a pleasant heartwarming surprise! She must have seen the obituary from the newspaper. I write this review as a sincere appreciation of all the help my mom had received from this Bascom Pharmacy.
