Most incompetent pharmacy EVER. It was 10 years ago and it still is. My usual pharmacy didn't have a medication in stock, so I made the mistake of going to Walgreens. I've been told the medication doesn't exist, my insurance isn't good, and they waited to call the doctor for clarification until after I waited over an hour. I get my pictures developed here and they are always under staffed. I usually have to wait for the front clerk to finish their line of like 7 people to then come help me in the photo department. I do enjoy the online just download ur pics and send to them it's fast and easy but the store needs to have more clerks. I imagine working there would be awful because you're pulled in every direction and you're by yourself. read more

Warning: This place tosses your receipts. So if you buy an electric toothbrush or an electric shaver and there is something wrong with them, you won't be able to return them. Maybe that is the reason they throw away your receipt? They used to ask people whether they want their receipt, which is also bad because most people don't think about why they need their receipt and so they say "no." Instead, this place should hand people their receipt every time. Of course, the other reason they toss your receipt is that this way they can get away with overcharging you. read more

Worst pharmacy ever! I dropped off a prescription back on February 4th and NEVER got a call back to advise pick-up. I would call daily and the message was always the same - your prescription has been ordered, we expect delivery tomorrow and we will call you. Finally called today (2.5 weeks later) on February 21st. Was told the item is out of stock (despite being a new drug) and I would have to take the prescription to COSTCO! read more

Most of the time we have to wait several days for meds because they have to order them. When you call them they are rude and when you go through the drive thru they are just as bad. Let me start this review off with on 10/28/16 I had a stillborn baby at 37 weeks 1 day. So I obviously have pictures of my son made. I leave my house with family over grieving. I get an email confirmation that my pictures are ready at 5:37pm. So I go in at 7pm to pick up pictures didn't get to leave until 730pm. I say to the employee MUYNA, it's a male that works in the photo department. Can you make this fast I'm grieving with my family at home and these pictures are of my son who past and I want to get home. He SAYS NOTHING NOT SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS, he literally says nothing. So I wait 20 minutes for my poster to be printed. And I say to him I'm sorry man I have been standing by you for 20 minutes waiting and you never once said sorry for making you wait during this time, better yet I say to him when someone says they lost someone OUT OF RESPECT YOU SAY SORRY FOR.YOUR LOSS. he says when I say this to him, "sir I don't need to say anything to you" I looked at him like did he say that, we actually both starred eachother down, what's crazy is he shouldn't be. read more

I had a prescription here, the technician, Shelly said she had my primary insurance which was inaccurate . I later got re-billed by a tech who had the time and patience to take my insurance card and double check, which made my prescription significantly cheaper. If you are going to use this Walgreens for the (Pharmacy) do not say you were not warned! Go somewhere else! I am not a fan of Walmart but anywhere is a better option than here. We are transferring our prescriptions over to Stater Bros pharmacy just next door. No matter if you are picking up or dropping off your prescriptions, be prepared to wait all day. Aside from the long wait, I cannot tell you how many times we have had issues with communication between the doctors and this walgreens. (It is pretty sad when our doctors even asked for us to find a new place.) We are locals so a few of the employees see us frequently, not once do they smile or say hi. We never get asked if they can help us with anything, while they watch us search for particular items. One gentlemen in particular never is happy... And while picking out a toy for our son (and this guy knows we are always there buying toys) he came down the toy isle and put a toy away that was sitting next to my son. We were standing right there with our son. We never leave our son unattended and the toy was sitting next to him (because clearly we are staring at the two toys, waiting for him to decide)... So I grabbed the toy back again and sat it in front of our son and told the guy(not to touch anything near my son and I am very capable of putting the toy away, once he decides!) I have wanted to write a review on this place for over a year now and finally, it has been done... Stay away from here at all costs, till they have new management or new employees. read more

I just got a bad diagnosis from my doctor so it's not the best day in the world. We had a hard time getting all the info transferred over from the doc but finally got it taken care of. Then, there's a wait for it to get filled. I go have lunch and come back. When I get back I find out the associate who is running around like a one armed paper hanger helping customers has not only paid attention to my comment about making sure my new prescription is covered by my insurance, she called and made a (non-medical) change to the script so I would get everything my doctor wants and get it all covered. Now THAT is what I call service. I just wish they had more people working here so this excellent employee wouldn't have to work so hard to provide such great service. I had the worse experience of my life in the Beaumont Ave. Walgreens Store. I have been going there since they first built the store next to Stater Bros and have always received good service. NEVER have I ever experienced such Rude behavior as I did Sunday Feb. 26. I guess it only goes to show that one employee can ruin a stores reputation. Horrible service. Waited on hold for over 46 minutes. Poor guy who answered the phone after 40 minutes to see if I was still holding must have felt bad because after answering the second time he hung up. Decided to drive to the store and observed 4 people working behind the counter ignoring the phone ringing. This place is a circus. Not the first issue here either. They also dropped the ball last month failing to contact the doctors office for a refill and only did so a month later when I inquired about my auto refill. The pharmacist at the window acts like I am interrupting her - she then says there are no refills after I have called and verified that there are refills. I then have to drive home and go back later. My man and i came here to purchase makeup for me due to being out .I had plenty of cash to pay for whatver I needed that night btw. I grabbed a cart upon entering and my man went his separate way to do his thing and I continued to the make up .I was looking at make up and put maybe 10 things in the cart make up wise during my time there all while being followed the whole time by a employee.She made it obvious and literally was staring and watching my every move and even got right next to me maybe half the time there and the other half was only maybe 10 feet away.reguardless still had her eyes glued to me. She eventually walked up to me and told me she was gonna take every item out of my cart and bring it behid the paying counter to wait for me to purchase it all,as she told me this she had already started grabbing it one by one out of the cart .I told her that was unessisary and asked her why she felt the need to do so and where in the store was there a law or rule book on items in customers Carts that employees were able to freely choose to do what she was. She couldnt answer the question she had no words for me at that point, but still took every item and brought behind counter. I then told her she was labeling me and assuming I was gonna steal these items and I didn't appreciate that. She still had nothing to say to me and at that point my man heard me getting upset from across the store and came over to see what the issue was. I told him what went on and he said let's just leave forget this place. I had already spent time being choosy on my products and colors to match (girl talk )that I was not gonna leave and have to restart somewhere else so I just decided to stay and deal with the damn place . Maybe 10 minutes later the broad came back ...might i add shes still was in sight whole time watching me, and grabs all the new items. She brought all those behind paying counter also. At that point I just give her a death look and proceed shopping . Once I was ready to leave and pay I walk up to her counter and she follows. I told her I needed the items she took so I can go thru them and decide what I wanted to keep and pay for .She snarls grabs them and dumps them out on counter from a bag she had put them in . My man says didn't you have more then this? I said yes can you give me the other items you took from me and she acts like she didn't have another bag of items sitting right there behind counter .She grabs it and dumps it out and hurried me to finish looking thru it all and it was just rude.Anyways that's basically all but it was a terrible experience and I felt very unwelcome and judged and labeled. Walking into a pharmacy I have certain expectations. One is not to smell a strong odor of lingering cigarette smoke as soon as you walk into the store. Being the only customer in the store, I'm assuming the smell was coming from the employees working. I was so distracted and annoyed by the smell that I left without making a purchase. Went in there a couple days ago to get some makeup while my sister was getting her lady products. As I was looking throw the makeup my sister informs me that this women keeps looking at her strangely so I look over and think nothing of it. We get up to the cashier as I get to check out she asks me where the rest of the items so I ask her kindly what are talking about she goes and says the rest of the makeup and by this time I'm like what the hell going on so I pull everything out of my pockets and show her I literally have nothing on me other then the items I was buying and my wallet which where all in my hands. Mind you I'm 8 months pregnant and she tells me to lift my shirt up to show her that I have nothing on me as soon as she realizes that I have nothing on me she goes and says you can leave now. Never have I been so disrespected by anyone like that and for her to treat someone like that is unbelievable. I have taken my father service dog here and I have picked up my prenatal pills from here and she still accused me of stealing. I honestly hope they fix there management and treat people with actual respect rather then treating someone like a criminal who clearly didn't do anything wrong. read more

store looks well organized, however the guy in the pharmacy, well he seems like hes worked there too long and isnt very happy still being there. btw he processed my med transfers. So I gave him my meds, he told me to come back later... So i returned the following day and was helped by a couple of ladies, who were very nice and attempted to help me... With every tranferred prescription you get a $25 gift card (at this point i didnt know i was going to have to earn it).. I get my meds which were supposed to be for 90 days, and then had to wait 20 mins to find out there was a problem with my account and they couldnt give me the gift card, they asked me to leave and they would call me later. of course , i never got a call, also i checked my prescription and they only filled both of them for 30 days. So i return the next day! Where yep, they agreed the original unhappy guy just didnt do anything right in this process, I was given the extra two months of pills and charged the diffference... good times. oh and the gift card still took an additional 20 mins to get. all in all , the ladies that work in the pharmacy are awesome for helping, and the guy really if you dont like your job and cant do it right either , move on to somewhere you will be happy. Just a minute ago I got in a argument with the manager over the phone over copyright photos? All I did was go on my app and download my wedding photos I received from my friend who took them. He is no professional just has a good eye on taking photos and a good camera. So I send my mom to Walgreens to pick up the order where she lives. And I receive a call from her saying they are not letting her pick them up. So she passes me the manager over the phone. And the manager goes blabbing about "its copyright to print this pictures here" "I'm going to need prof of the photographer saying he let you copy them" "im going to need to see the camera where he took them" like are you serious!?! I was so mad! I could not believe I was hearing this. So I explained to her he is no professional all he did was send me the pictures on my phone. And she kept going. I live in Moreno Valley this happened in Beaumont. This is not the first time I print these pictures other Walgreens did not asking me for prof like this crazy manager did. Like you really want to see the camera? Smh. At the end she did release them to my mom. I had to send her a screen shot of a conversation I had with my friend while he was sending the pictures. Which I thought was very personal. My mom had to sign a paper saying we agree we had permission and we can get sued by my friend if we didn't. This is so stupid. I will never shop here ever again. Why the heck do they even care they are MY pictures this manager was really stupid she went beyond words. Just ridiculous!
