THEY SAVED ME TIME & MONEY... yup this Walgreens has some great staff. The younger girl working the register today gave me a great tip during checkout and was very helpful. She was super professional and chill. Love when the staff at Walgreens are nice! I was super impressed with how hard everyone on the team was working. No aisle was left messy, and everything was organized and easy to find. I stopped by to pick up a few things before heading home and I swear each time I come to this Walgreens it gets better and better. It's located on Beaumont Ave, and at the corner of a neat little plaza. I found great parking and was able to stop by in a breeze. I got a good deal on Liquid Death (Sparkling Water), they had a 2 for $4 deal that I could not pass up. I highly recommend Walgreens if you're trying to quench your thirst. They usually always have a deal on soda, water, etc. Per usual, this Walgreens has a photo section, loads of wine, make-up and more. The pharmacy looked pretty good. read more

I never thought in my life that I would be leaving a review for Walgreens however they have been my pharmacy for some time and I never had any issues other than long wait times but it's a pharmacy so I get it however I have chronic migraines and I put in a refill And I went to go pick it up on the day It said it would be ready, however I get there and they say that they cannot give me my medication because I do not have enough information on my prescription label (have been getting this medication for almost a year. Never had an issue) and that this is a new policy that went into effect two months ago requires my doctor to put more information about my migraines on the prescription label, but do you think that I got any warning, call, notification about this change in policy? no. so here I am with a migraine two days in a row because they are also out of stock of medication and the pharmacist behind the counter Said well it could be here after 4 PM but we won't know until the shipment comes and I said so I'm just supposed to just keep having a migraine and she said unfortunately yes. So please everyone do yourself a favor find a different pharmacy like Amazon pharmacy and you don't even have to leave your home to go get your medication's. Screw you walgreens and all your rude employees in the pharmacy area. I wish I could give zero stars if that was an option. read more

I'm going to be as nice as possible. This is the most pathetic pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. I don't understand how in the age of AI, these guys can't figure out how to put in an insurance that's been used multiple times prior, for a medication. I have tried to call this store and when transferred, they simply hang up. I even spoke with the store manager who was clearly frustrated and yet they still did not answer my call. I sincerely hope that the individuals that work here remain here and never poison the well at any other pharmacy in the united states. I cannot fathom this level of baboonery. Giving a 3 because I like the store, but not the pharmacy. Horrible. Was told my dog's prescription would be ready in 30 minutes, over 24 hours later it's still not ready. I get being busy, but I'd also like to know about how long. I told them I was going out of town in a couple days, and they said not a problem, give us 30 minutes. I called twice to talk to someone, and both times, after waiting over 15 minutes, it hung up on me once I was "next in line". I would give -5 if I could. Been a pharmacy customer for 7 years now. Patiently waiting for all the bugs to be worked out because of Rite-Aid closing . It's been months now and no closer to fixing mistakes. One prescription had wrong directions, one prescription I was shorted 57 pills but charged for them, numerous time told prescription was ready but when I got there no prescriptions done, numerous times not just once or twice. So this last time I called in my prescriptions, prescription numbers etc, told the date to pick up, they texted me they were ready , went to pick them up paid over $50, get home , only one prescription out of three in the bag, called immediately, they said it would be ready by Friday (thus is Wed) I said no I have to have it today. Ok she said 1 hr. I gave them 2 hr 45 min drive up .. still working on it.‍ I said I'll wait (in drive thru- I have stage 5 kidney disease w/dialysis) which is why I picked a pharmacy with drive thru. Can't stand. Manager said If I don't move she's calling the police. I said as soon as I get my prescription. She said I have customers behind you. Ok this is the second time I crawled out of bed to pick up my prescription I needed. Worst customer service I've ever encountered. I refill 8 prescriptions a month. I gave them many leeway's to settle into the rite-aid closing but when you receive your prescription with the wrong dosage it's getting dangerous. read more

This review is directly about my experience with MARTHA. I come in here pretty often. This is our local pharmacy and photo stop. Every person I've interacted with here is absolutely awesome but when I see that Martha is here I absolutely know that there are going to be longer lines and lots of attitude. I order a lot of pictures to be printed from this store, and this is only the second time that I have entered a code on their website (that is literally on the banner of the website) and it gave me an error. I tried using it twice and based on my last visit here, two employees mentioned that when there is heavy volume on the website, sometimes the codes don't work. As They did on a previous visit, mentioning that it's a very easy fix, I didn't think it was a big big deal. Unfortunately, everyone here was new today and she was the one that helped me and immediately as she walked up to the counter she had an attitude that she was bothered by people waiting for her at the photo counter . I mentioned the issue with a coupon code and she told me it was absolutely impossible to be resolved if it wasn't done online (keep in mind that there were several people here on my last visit picking up photos that were dealing with the same issue and that's what they told us about the glitch on the website. It only happened to me once before, but this this happens often enough) In an effort not to waste anyone's time I took pictures of the error and the code that you can easily pull up from their app. to show them. I Very nicely explained to her that I would have used the Code online like I was trying to show her if it wasn't giving me the error code when I tried using it. She said it's probably expired? She kept cutting me off and telling me there was nothing she could do. I thought her conduct was extremely unprofessional, and I asked to speak to a manager, SHOCKINGLY they have this person in a position of management. She said I could come back tomorrow and speak to the store manager, the prints are time sensitive so I ask if she could just write down the store manager's name for me and I would give them a call tomorrow . I asked her an additional SIX times to provide the store managers name - she was messing around with some of the shopping bags and pretending like she couldn't hear me. When she passed me my receipt to push me along to assist the next person I asked her one more time to please write down the store managers name so that I can call them tomorrow and she raised her voice and told me she would absolutely not be writing ANYTHING down. Even the people behind me in line look shocked. I told her that her attitude with anyone I've ever seen her deal with is absolutely crazy and I asked if I could borrow her pen so that I can write the information down myself. She initially refused to let me borrow her pen?? She then repeated to me that she also wouldn't be writing anything on my receipt. I didn't even bother to ask why because obviously this woman has some major issues. I asked her again to let me borrow the pen on the counter so that I could write down the store managers name - She begrudgingly passed over the pen and when I told her I would definitely be having a conversation about my experience- She told me I can have a conversation with whoever I want. The urgent care was closed already so I couldn't get her medicine that night. Why do the people working there kept working there if they are so unhappy? I just moved to the area and this is a "preferred pharmacy" for my health ins. I've been there 4x now and each experience is worse than the next. Rude pharmacy employees, filthy dirty pharmacy area, they seem to allow panhandling in the store as well - that's very uncomfortable. Can't pay with cash b/cash b/c the panhandlers will see and follow you and harass you. And the wait times for north drive thru and at the window - unacceptable - they don't ask the ppl pondering payment/fill/don't fill choices to stop aside so they can help the others in long line in there waiting. InsteD they leave everyone standing around all the sick people, coughing and sniffling, sitting in the chairs in the pharmacy without masks (GROSS and dangerous) waiting for their doc-in-a-box appts. Yes, they are clearly understaffed but at very least, treat you customers with courtesy and care. Going back again today to pick up an RX - if it's still dirty/staff is rude/ panhandlers there, then - I'm changing pharmacies. I'll pay more at a non-preferred pharmacy to get better service and care. Someone needs to contact the Board of Heath AND Walgreens HQ about this place. read more

New to the area. Not a reflection of the store in general but the pharmacy just gave the worst service. As I am preparing for my upcoming surgery, I was referred to pick up my needed prescription at this pharmacy. There was 2 items ordered from my doctor. As I arrived to the drive thru to pick up I pressed "call" button. After waiting few minutes I heard a very faint voice answer and state "how can I help?" I told her that I was there to pick up my prescription. She couldn't understand my name and was nowhere in sight so I asked," is there a way you can please come to the window?" Thinking I could maybe hear better. She rudely then asked "do you have insurance, yes or no?!" She came over so fast and opened the drawer to get my cards and payment and disappeared for approx 5 minutes. I caught a glimpse of her name and was shocked that it was the actual PHARMACIST treating clients this way. Her name is Regina. She disappeared again, I'm assuming to grab my items. She got back on the phone out of sight and said my payment amount $7.38. Returned to the window after waiting now for another 7 minutes. She put my medication in the drawer. I asked," do you need to go over this?" (As I have had pharmacists do in the past?) I was completely shocked at her response "ITS ON THE BOX!" What the heck just happened. After leaving the pharmacy completely devastated because I have no idea how to use my medicine I called my mom crying and get interrupted by a phone call from the pharmacist herself saying hi this is Regina I'm calling to go over your medicine. What the heck??? She knew she messed up and was trying to cover her butt. I reported to the store manager (Vani) and she was super sweet. The resolution is they will have the closing pharmacist call me so that I know what I am doing with my medication. My fear is they can truly upset people and someone could be taking your medicine in correctly because the pharmacist is not taking the time to go over the medicine. I truly hope that the head pharmacist sees this and puts the staff in check on how they are treating the public. read more

Do not come to this place ! this is a RACISTS pharmacy. Went there to do my second shot of COVID-19 vaccine, It was hot outside when I arrived the stuff A checked my temperature and shows 99.1 F, And she immediately tell me sorry we can't give you the shot today, and I told her it's hot outside I just arrived I can sit there for a while you can check my temperature again. And she still refus to test me second time and I asked her what's the highest temperature that they except, she checked with the white lady inside , came back told me it's 98.7. I asked her again why you cannot test me again, She checked with the white lady inside again and told me the pharmacy doesn't feel comfortable to give you the shot. I was really Shocked that they refuse to test my temperature second time and give me the answer is the pharmacy doesn't feel comfortable! I was really upset I called my doctor on the phone while walking back to the service window I asked the stuff A again, I was like I have my doctor on the phone he said 99.1 is not a fever can you talk to my doctor or can anyone give my doctor a call. While I was asking stuff A just took the thermometer and said let me check your temperature again, this time she didn't check with the white lady inside. After stuff A took my temperature she immediately turn around told that white lady "it's 97.8". And I can hear that white lady ask her (stuff A)did you put at the right place and I was shocked again she's asking her own staff if that she has test at the right area on my forehead to get this temperature. At the end I did got my second shot but I believe because I have my doctor on the phone which is as a witness they kind of scared or concerned there's someone on the phone and it was a doctor. The lady at the register was very rude and made everyone that was young uncomfortable, I get it that she doesn't want people to steal but a lot of her comments are very unhelpful and unnecessary. Me and my friends went to get some makeup and she started talking about how her daughter doesn't wear make up and that we are trying to act all grown then went on to talk about how a girl got kidnapped and died for wearing makeup I think trying to scare us not to wear makeup. She kept giving us dirty looks and was just rude for no reason. She talked bad about all of the teenagers that came in the store including us just making backhanded comments about calling our parents, hinting that all the teens that came in were their to steal and then letting a group of guys have their backpacks on when she made every girl take off their backpacks, mocked all of the people that tried to talk about how unfair and rude she was being behind their back, making questionable remarks to one of the middle schoolers saying for the girl to talk to her when she turns 18 and had people follow us everywhere we went and got very upset when I asked why I had to put my number in the machine when I was just confused. Overall the experience was just terrible it felt humiliating and embarrassing being belittled while she gave us nasty looks when me and my friends were paying for what we got. read more

This pharmacy is absolutely horrible. They never have anything in stock the staff there is as rude as could be and it's hard to manage my healthcare with them as my pharmacy partners. Sadly I am forced to use these incompetent asshats due to insurance reasons. Today was really my last straw. I have NEVER been treated so poorly. The 'lady' 'helping' me at the pharmacy was Shellie. Hands-down I have never had someone be so rude to me. Sge was a complete b to the itch. She kept telling me that they did not have certain prescriptions and when I inquired when they would know she kept telling me 'check with us tomorrow' she kept hanging up the phone for the drive-through pharmacy as I was trying to explain why I couldn't just wait and check until tomorrow as my husband and I are doing an IVF cycle where everything is exceptionally time sensitive down to the minute literally and if they wouldn't have it I need to make other arrangements. Instead she couldn't be bothered to actually stop for a second and listen and gave me attitude the entire time. Zulu foxtrot golden. Zero f's given. I actually tried to go in the store to talk to a manager but of course the store manager wasn't present and I would've had to go through this miserable sorry excuse for a person in order to try to talk to the pharmacy manager. Not only is this store unable to keep the medication that I have been getting for two years in stock, now their pharmacy is randomly closed. every month when it is time to refill, they send me a notification letting me know they do not have the medication in stock and it will be a couple days for it to arrive. Now my medication is in stock, but they don't have a pharmacist to disperse it. After I verified again with my husband, he had to return to ask the employee to search again... employee did but it was a $28 order that could have gone to the trash. This is just a rating for the bathrooms. They are awful. A big chain store like this in a decent neighborhood should not ever be like this. Broken toilet paper holder no toilet paper and a roll of paper towels sitting on top of the holder. The floors were dirty as well as the urinal.
