I came in awhile back when they were putting out their Christmas inventory and no joke, I was asked by 5 different employees at 5 different times how I was doing, and if i was finding everything ok, or if I needed help with anything (that's not including the cashier I had who was equally as friendly and helpful as the others). While I didn't come in contact with as many employees today as I did that day, the ones I did were just as pleasant and helpful. While this store is a bit smaller than the other Marshall's I have been to, I actually like it better. Since it is smaller it almost makes you feel like you aren't shopping at a major chain store. It took a little while during the summer for them to get new things in, but I blame that all on covid. Since then they have had plenty of merchandise to choose from. I do agree with the other reviews I've read, and the shoe dept. could be amped up a little. I like to buy shoes for the kiddos here because they grow so fast, but I don't always have the best luck finding sizes here for them. Saving the best for last, lets talk about the wonderful woman who greets you! She is truly the gem and star of this location. If you've been here you know who I'm talking about! I think her name is Karen (I try to look at her nametag but I always have a hard time seeing it) She's got really long hair and is always so upbeat and happy. She does an excellent job of making you feel like you belong here! She is always so sweet to my kids and is truly the icing on the cake! They always walk out commenting on how nice she is and how much they like her!

Most of the merchandise here in my opinion are leftovers products that didn't do well and are being sold to be gotten rid of. But for those who buy drug store brands, spend your money HERE and get yourself some nicely branded items rather than drugstore quality :)

I agree with a lot of customers who yelped this placed. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!…read more Was looking to invest in a Clarisonic Mia2. They have over 6 different color choices but only 3 colors on actual display. The color I wanted was not on display and I couldn't open the package to take a peek at the color before I bought it. When I wanted to see the actual color, I got yelled at by one of the employees. She snuck up on me, which scared me, and told me I couldn't open the packages in a very rude tone. I told her OK and spent another 1.5hours in the store browsing. When I was done I guess it was her turn to ring me up and she refused to. She was asked by another employee to ring me up and she shook her head and said "Nope". Wow. At that point I wanted to ask her what is her problem but I decided not to. I'll just never return to this store. Two stars for the product and some of the employees who were somewhat helpful. I forgot my pizza box when I left the store and although I wanted to return to get it I didn't because that one employee made me feel very uncomfortable to even come back. On a last note, I received very good service from all the employees at the other stores that I visited at desert hills outlet. Even the employees at the high-end stores aren't snobby and actually take the time to help you out. I'm very disappointed at the type of service that I received here and that surprises me because it's just a cosmetic store.

I had such a great experience thanks to Dani!…read more I originally decided I was just going to look around and assist myself, but she came up to me and kindly asked if I needed any help with shade matching. I was a little shy and timid at first, but I honestly really did need the help, and she completely saved the day! She even helped me find my perfect shades in both the Kylie Skin Tint and NARS Matte Foundation. She made my whole visit feel so much more comfortable and enjoyable, and I truly appreciated her kindness and patience. Thank you again, Dani! You are a rockstar! :)

"Austin Was Smart, Detailed. & Nice"…read more I went online at the Walgreens Pharmacy store web site for the Banning, CA location, to have some pictures printed at their Photo shop, so I could stop by and pick them up. After sending my pictures to Walgreens on line, in about an hour I went and picked up my 10 4X6 color pictures and took them home. I should have looked at them in the store because the pictures are all computer printed, and 1 of my pictures was printed in the wrong direction cutting off the top of my head on the picture. The picture was also very dark. So I went back to the store and met Austin who was in charge of the photo department. Austin was so nice as he took my cell phone and went through very detailed technical procedures to up grade my picture, and to transfer it again to print it in the correct position. I was so impressed with the way Austin explained all of his steps to me, and took a lot of time to make sure that I was very happy with the new picture he had up graded and printed. Austin is the perfect employee for Walgreens Photo department.

The hand sanitizers are some of the best around--they come in a huge variety of great scents, are easy to carry, and leave your hands feeling clean without drying them out. I went in there to get the hand sanitizers because they were having a 6 for 10 deal. I was highly disappointed when two days later all the hand sanitizers went on sale for a dollar. The store does a good job of keeping a wide selection of products in stock, making it easy to find seasonal collections as well as favorite year-round fragrances. The only downside was the customer service during my visit. There didn't seem to be enough employees on the sales floor, so it was difficult to find someone when I had questions or needed assistance. The staff members who were there were polite, but they didn't seem very available to help customers because they appeared to be stretched too thin. Overall, Bath & Body Works offers excellent products and a great selection, especially their amazing hand sanitizers. With a few more team members available to assist shoppers, the in-store experience would be even better.
