I have been going to this location for about three years. The cut (really more of a trim) I request is quite simple and that is the only service I have used. During the time I have gone here, I do not believe any stylist has lasted more than about six months. The stylist you go to can be very hit or miss. Some seem as if they are right out of cosmetology school and this is their first job. Others seem like they have recently moved to the area, just want to get a foot in the door and then go to some other more established salon. The stylists are usually pretty nice, some are chatty and others just want to do their work. The salon itself is clean and the prices fairly reasonable. The wait was a bit long, but so worth it. I'm very finicky about my hair, I usually leave most salons crying because I don't like my hair or they botched the color, but not today! They really stepped it up, I'm used to paying upwards of $400 for color, cut and styling and not here! I'm in love with my hair thanks to Lorena!! She is amazing. I would never go there again. I was desperate to get a reasonably quick shampoo and blow dry. It took at least 45 minutes, I wasn't happy with the outcome, and she charged me $50. Holy cow! Outrageous! Their price list says $10 for a shampoo, and "as quoted" for the dry. Never, ever paid that much in my life. Yikes! read more

I came in here early on a saturday morning. Usually there are a few other customers waiting but I was the only one. In the past I've been happy after coming here but this last time was a big dud. The prices have gone up, it is now $40 to wash and cut hair! They always done a good shampoo and used good products and I've felt good paying $30 so I went ahead and did it. What a mess she barely shampood my hair. She shampood it once very fast then I think she put conditioner on it and rinsed it out really fast. It might have taken 4 minutes altogether? She cut 5 inches off of my hair! (I asked for 3). I can barely put it in a stubby pony tail, I told her I wanted to be able to put it up... I'm not going back, If you raise your prices you should give better service not worse. read more

I called and asked what the price was for a kids haircut. The person on the phone said 29!! When I sent my son to get a haircut they charged my daughter(who had to take him for me) a different price. They charged her 30. While I understand we have inflation, these prices are ridiculous! I do not plan on ever going back to Supercuts! Decided to come to Supercuts for my first highlight experience. I believe the lady that did my highlights was Amanda. She was very kind, caring, assuring, gentle and patient. She had years of experience with highlights so she told me beforehand how "blonde" I can get my dark virgin hair to get for this first time, and I appreciate that! Every time she proceeds to the next procedure she would give me a heads up on what to expect. At the end, she also recommended a toner I should use to make my highlights look more natural. And she's right, it looked amazing! The price for the highlights was reasonable as well for men's hair. I would definitely come back here for future highlights! read more

I never write reviews. But I think this experience was worth one. If I could give a zero, I would. I have no hair experience, but this is my take on my hair cut. I have always been pleased with Supercuts--this is my first time at this particular location. I will leave my hair dresser name out of this. But after this experience, NEVER again. We both agree upon 3" off longest layer. From butt touching to mid-lower back hair cut. I measured when I got home (to be exact), and it is more around 7". Now to my lower shoulder blades (bra 'back' band level). Length isn't the only issue. My cut as a whole looks like she didn't account for how much hair I have so there's a huge gap between the "few" long layers and the abundance of short top layer (which by the way is about chin level-this I guess is fine, I usually get my shortest layer around the same location--"usually to the top of my shoulder"). I am a tall individual (5'9"), usually my hair cuts are given standing. But she said she'll be fine if I sit. Obviously not because it was clear afterwards she couldn't grasp the actually length while she tried to reach to cut my hair. Ultimately, my hair looks botched! I sobbed for 2hrs afterwards! My birthday is coming up, I just wanted to look nice and FEEL pretty--this does nothing but the opposite. Its so embarrassing--I can't even wrap my hair in a bun. I know hair grows back and it is what it is. But I wouldn't want anyone else feeling this way. So if you are having thoughts of coming here, be hesitant. And really actually ASK to see how much they cut off before they do it. I have always been asked until this experience. read more

I love this Supercuts location because the girls here are super friendly and hip. They know how to listen and does not do whatever they want. I've gotten my haircut here twice and both times were exactly how I wanted my hair. I forget the first gal who cut my hair but the second gal her name is Jackie. I came in with terrible hair and she fixed it for me. I really like my hair! I can't thank her enough! Will definitely be coming back here and I definitely recommend this place. Edit: I did come here for hair toning! I just remembered! It was a while back. I do remember that the toner lasted a very long time. And the girl who did my hair knew exactly what color toner to use. My wife and I have been using Supercuts ever since we moved to Beaumont. As someone who is losing their hair, it's important to me that the stylist knows their craft. That said, Jackie and Stevie are two of the best stylists I've ever met. The last Tea Tree treatment I received from Jackie left me feeling relaxed and refreshed. Terrible service. The wait was very long. There were only a couple of hair cutters on site. Apparently they want you to check in but then they don't read the computer. An old lady walked in and they sat her down without checking that she really had an appointment. When my husband finally was called (after a half hour), the "stylist" exited without an explanation. She might have gone to the restroom or out back for a smoke or a stiff drink. We'll never know. One thing is certain: we won't be back. We don't beg anyone to take our money. I've been going to the same hairstylist in Fontana for about 20+ years but decided to give this particular Supercuts a try when I was in a time crunch. Just like everyone else, I am very particular when it comes to getting my haircut. I ended up sitting in Larissa's chair and I am very happy that I did. She knew exactly what I wanted and communicated clearly before making any adjustments. I came in right before closing time and the ladies are obviously busy. I noticed that Larissa did not allow the extra work to affect her customer service or quality of work. She was extremely friendly, personable, and a good representation of the company.
