I made an appointment/reservation with a particular stylist, arrived on time to avoid a wait, & was told the stylist had gone to lunch! The advice I was given was to go shopping for a while & come back. No offer of another stylist helping me. The explanation of her leaving was they got busy. Huh?? 1star is generous. One of the easiest ways to ensure customer service? Be open. I don't care how dead it is, you should stay open until the very last minute that is you advertised business time. This place was closed when I tried to go in for a haircut on Saturday; their advertised time to close on Saturday is 7, and they were closed well before the time I got there at 6:30. Locked down tight, all lights out, I'm guessing they closed at/by 6. Terrible. Not the first bad experience there either. Once called ahead to get my girlfriend's haircut so she could go do it on her way home from work. She arrived at the time they made the appointment for, and she waited a half an hour after that. Left when they still took a walk-in before her; they claimed it was because he called in, but she had too! Ridiculous. read more

I got a free hair cut coupon when I moved into the neighborhood and I figured I'd use it today since I'm not established with a hair salon out here yet. I was just a walk in. Not going to lie I was a little worried going to a Supercuts because i dont know anyone that has ever said they've gone to one, but I kept reminding myself they have the same license as someone in a expensive fancy salon! Kaitlyn layered my hair and she did a great job. We also spoke about shampoos because I've been having problems with mine making my hair knot and feel like a film is over it. I tried the shampoo she recommended once I got home and my hair was not nearly half as knotted as it usually is and I didn't even have to put in leave in conditioner! I felt like she was honest and my hair looks great. Needless to say I'll go back. And I'll also take my 2 daughters when they want their hair cut there as well. I would recommend going here and yes I'd recommend Kaitlyn! read more

The first time I went here the hair stylist gave me a really great haircut that looked great and lasted a long time until I had to get another haircut. The next time I went I got a different hair stylist, some girl from Nuevo, who had a really boring personality. She literally had me bored at the word "hello". Anyways I'm not sure if it was because it was almost closing time or she just wasn't good at cutting hair even though she said she had been doing it for 6 years, but she gave me a haircut I ended up going home and buzzing off myself with hairclippers. Omg! What a disaster! I went in for a simple cut and refresh layers. Larissa the "manager" took me. How the hell do you cut short layers at the bottom long in the middle and short on top? This was the MANAGER! How can you call yourself a stylist? She didn't listen to any of my concerns. She huffed at my requests. I demanded my money back, but what am supposed to do with this HACK JOB? tooook my mother in law for a cut and color .. i specifically told CAITLYN wat i wanted . my mother in law has a lot of greys soooo i wanted to put some brown in there to make it pop and hve a more vibrant look for her ... i left her there because it was gona be a couple hours .. came bk and her hair loooooked the same as it did when i left her .. 120 dollars and i could hve done better myself . note to self never leave someone without standing there showing her or walking thru step by step .,very very very very disappointing .,willlll never go bk or suggest this place to anyone tht wants a color !!!!!! Called in was told 30 minute wait time, put my name in and showed up 30 minutes later. When I arrived there was a big sign on the door that said no waiting over 10 minutes.. Checked in and then watched a walk in customer that just arrived before me get taken first. After waiting 15 minutes I asked what does the sign on the door mean, specifically if I wait more than 10 minutes. - basically means nothing. Calling ahead means nothing and false advertising means nothing! My biggest gripe is that no one cared when I brought it to their attention! read more

Haircuts here are very inconsistent. You can never tell what you'll get no matter what you tell the stylist. The last time we visited I was told the AAA discount only applied to "product". This is not true. I tried to explain to her that this was not the case. She was adamant. The stylist reluctantly gave us a 10% discount off the shampoo - which was $.50. Really? You now lost customers that have been coming here for years over a couple dollars. How smart is that? read more

I went in and was told it would be 208$ to dye my hair blonde with down dark blonde weaved in. NOW my whole head is now dark brown with very few blonde hi-lights. I can't believe I spent 5 hours and 208$ on this! I came home and cried. My hair has never been so dark but I guess it's my fault for going there. I've never heard anything good about them... the worst part is I specifically told her I wanted my hair very very blonde and it's literally dark brown! HOW THE F*CK DO YOU MESS UP THAT BAD????
