This is a cute Cafe specializing in waffles. They have all kinds of waffles, including Oreos and waffles with chicken. We chose a waffle with Nutella, strawberries and berries; and a waffle with Nutella, bananas and blueberries. We enjoyed iced lattes. The tables are quite small and cozy. The waffles were delicious as well as a latte. If you're looking for a cute breakfast or brunch place or you like breakfast for dinner, this is a great place to go. The staff are lovely. Parking is on the street.
After my Father's Day lunch, I was looking for dessert. As a lover of slushies and shaved ice, I've meaning to try the shaved ice at Waffle N Sip to take out. It was $18.99 - yikes. I guess I was expecting an American version with shaved ice infused with sugary syrup and perhaps topped with fruit toppings and whatever else. However, this was the Korean variation (Bingsu), and it was huge, good for 3 or 4 people. There was a lot of ice cream, very finely shaved ice, jelly bits, red beans, crushed oreos, and I'm not sure what else, but again, more ice cream than ice. At this price point, I don't think I'll try the Bingsu again, and I can't say I'm excited about the other menu items, but you never know, I may give it another shot and try other breakfast items. It's not fair to judge an eatery based on 1 item, but looking at the ambiance and service also, for now I'll throw out a rating of 3 1/2 stars. Add another 1/2 star if you love waffles.
Been there twice! Love the croffles, the menu, and the staff is lovely. I've gotten the peach-ade and the croffles special. It comes with sausage, coffe and eggs in addition to 2 croffles. Very cute and clean space. Love it!
All the items that we tried from the oreo waffles, kalbi hotdog, and the mix platter waffles were amazing. There was enough crunch to the waffle, but so soft in the middle. I believe it was a mochi waffle? Not 100% sure, but it definitely did not disappoint. My girls (wife and 2 daughters) loved it as well. There was a strawberry smoothie that I wasn't able to take a picture of, but they do use real fruits and it was so refreshing to drink. The staff was welcoming and service was fast. The restaurant is ideal for hanging out with the family or friends. Plenty of street parking within a 1 block radius since its residential. Would totally be coming back here to try the different items they have to offer.

I know this is primarily a waffle place and should've gotten a waffle to write a justified review, but I was more intrigued by their bingsu and saw someone else get their waffle and it didn't look too worth it (the waffle looked pale and just not as toasted), so this review is just for their bingsu. Really cute mom and pop kind of cafe. We visited on a Saturday afternoon, and it was pretty quiet. The workers there were pretty tired and took a table themselves to nap and rest. Their bingsu wasn't bad. It's on the pricier side, but does have a lot of toppings like fruit jelly, red bean, mini mochi pieces, fresh strawberries, and a full red-bean stuffed mochi. It did take a while for it to come out, considering there were only one out of the 2 customers that had when we dropped by. The shaved ice was good and refreshing and didn't melt too quickly. The mini mochi pieces were on the tougher side. Other than that, everything else about the bingsu was good.

Plus the photos looked overwhelmingly huge in portions (totally not for the borderline diabetics etc). Also there seems to be little or no meat choices? (Just an initial assumption.) However, wanted to give this a try. After passing so many times and never seeing any crowds, it was an opportune moment. Soooooo glad we did give it a shot!!!!! There was a brunch set that shouldve been at the forefront! It included a small coffee, a croffle (crossover waffle + croissant) and egg with sausage. Whaaaat!!?? The croffle was amazing!!!! The dollop of whip cream on the side was sooo fresh- and I am not even a fan of whip cream. The staff was sooo welcoming and providing recommendations. You order at the counter and they bring the food to you. (Always remember to tip.) The set up is perfect for group meet ups in which everyone orders separately to avoid those annoying disagreements with the bill . Anyways- high quality results with clean environment. By around 12:30 Sunday afternoon, all the seats were filled and packed! Online orders and carry outs were also frequent, too. The online menu and whatever the online reviews are displaying are not doing this place enough justice. This is absolutely a hidden gem!!!!! And to those 2-3 star-reviews that had included positive things to say---- double WHAT??!!!
Came in for after dinner SWEET GOODNESS and boy, were they ON POINT! Waffle N Sip did not dissappoint. And I had the advantage of watching the staff make the strawberry waffle and I was so delighted! Such dedication and effort you can SEE AND TASTE. We'll definitely be back!
Came in during rush hour in the weekend and the front desk person did tell me to kind of cancel my drink order, but then I explained I could wait a while (was walking the dog). For $25 got the waffle egg sandwhich no meat and a sweet potato latte. Both were delicious and fresh.
Been here numerous times. Service is always fast and friendly. Food is beyond yummy. I love the decor and seating. Everything is perfect.
We visited Waffle N Sip on a Saturday morning around 10/10:30am. It's located on a corner on Northern Blvd in Queens, NY. We were greeted once we walked through the door and seated immediately. Service was great! Everyone there was very friendly. The restaurant was not very crowded at that time. Throughout our time there the restaurant had customers that dined in and well as took food to go. It's very clean and fun. There were cut wood table tops and winter themed decals in the windows. They had a MsPacman video game by the door. The food was great and picture worthy. We got the mixed berry waffle, the chicken and waffle, a side of sausage and a side of bacon. We also got the strawberry ade and a matcha latte... Personally, I liked the mixed berry waffle over the chicken and waffles. The chicken wasn't fried enough for me. The berries with the creme on the light waffle was a perfect balance for me. The bacon was sliced thin and crispy, which I like. The strawberry ade was refreshing and had pieces of fresh strawberries and what they called jam at the bottom of the cup. Overall, we enjoyed the experience!
So, I stopped here on my way home from lunch and thought a nice sweet treat would be a perfect complement to the food. The place is cute and cheerful inside. The staff was very friendly, helpful and really nice. The taste of the 2 desserts we had was good but the issue that we had was that both dishes had the waffle completely cold. This made for an unpleasant eating experience. Since the dishes came out to the table with 3 minutes, I have to assume the waffles are pre-made or packaged and just taken out of the fridge and put on the plate. It is too bad, because the taste was good.
We stopped in today, Sunday, for a quick lunch. We were greeted immediately and asked if we would be dining in or taking our order to-go. We chose to dine in and enjoyed the variety of food and beverage options. The restaurant and bathroom were very clean and tidy. Our food was served promptly and tasted delicious. Although it is on the pricier side ($48 for two small iced coffees, one waffle egg sandwich, and one waffle with strawberries & banana), it's acceptable for an occasional treat. Overall, I highly recommend it. Thank you for a great first-time experience.

These are some of the best waffles I've ever had in my life, combined with the best mascarpone whipped cream I've ever tasted. The Classic was all I needed to appreciate how great this place is. Great place for coffee and dessert. The waffles look amazing and the pictures make them look overly sweet but it doesn't taste as sweet as it looks. Red bean and cream waffle 9/10 It was lots of flavor without an overdose of sugar. The red bean reminded me of Chinese bakeries. Hazelnut latte 8/10 Texture was great. Hazelnut flavor was good too. I think the only thing that wasn't perfect was the sweetener/ syrup. read more

I kept my order pretty basic compared to the options Waffle and Sip offers. Plating is super cute as you will see in the photos. I ordered a Korean Beef Waffle Dog and a Croffle with eggs and sausages. The waffle dog is an acquired taste for ME. On the other hand, I LOVED the Croffle. It was soft and a little flaky. To drink I got a Chai Latte, which was good. The flavors of cinnamon and spices were tasty and the drink was not overly sweet. The staff was hospitable and patient. Worth a revisit! read more
We decided to take it to go as it's not a pet friendly establishment. As I'm looking at the menu, a young boy was asking to take my order. I guess they are training their son? It took a while as he was still learning the system but we didn't mind, he was polite as well. The waffles were dressed nicely like it's ready for a magazine photo shoot. The wait time and the price was not worth my while to be quite honest. It took quite a long time for them to make two waffles, I was nearly done with my coffee as I waited. The fruits are fresh and cut beautifully. The taste of the waffle was just alright - it was not crunchy and toasted enough, nor was it hot by the time it was done decorating. What a nice morning stop! I was on my way to play some golf when I passed by this restaurant on Northern and thought I'd give it a try. I'm glad I did. Now usually I'm not the type to order a waffle with all the toppings but I saw the Waffle Which's on the menu and said why not? The waffle was perfection in my opinion. Crispy and light, fluffy in the middle. They have their recipe down to a science. The staff there is extremely friendly. Everyone says hello and thank you so much for coming when you leave. They have an arrangement of coffees Alan's other beverages to choose from. A very nice serene scene inside. A max of a bout 15-20 people can sit inside. They even have a Ms. Pac Man game inside. I came here for brunch with my sister and my toddler on a Saturday afternoon. This place had street parking near it and the place was conveniently on Northern Blvd. The staff was so sweet the moment we entered the door. They gave us the menu and an ipad with the pictures of the meals. The place was decorated cute for the fall which was a nice touch. I must say this place is very kid friendly and it was so nice for my toddler. An employee gave her a balloon which was so cute and gave her a high five. The food was so good and the prices were decent. All the food was picturesque and tasted so good. I would highly recommend for a cute cafe that is trendy and cute. read more
Very cute cafe and locally owned! I enjoyed the interior decorations and good amount of seating options. I got a chai tea latte and they use actual tea base which I appreciate! We got their waffle sandwich and I love the concept of using the waffle as bread haha, very delicious! Starting from the back lotus waffles, Oreo waffles, and Brunch set A (includes croffle, one egg, and two sausage links. Had two regular coffees and strawberry smoothie. Cashier/staff were nice. Cozy place. Wi-Fi available. read more

Been here a few times and always enjoyed everything we ordered. Get the waffle sampler!! Gives you a great mix (plain, berries, apple pie, and Oreo). They could definitely benefit from some more coffee options for a breakfast place. The only latte was a maple latte and it was so sweet it wasn't even drinkable. We asked to just add some iced coffee on top to even it out and the woman who worked here yelled and got annoyed and said to just mix it (we did, many times). The reaction was a little off-putting, but not enough to deter us from coming back. Ambiance is very inviting and kids seem to love this place! read more

Nice dessert spot. Its not just waffle. unique, i like the MOCHI texture waffle Egg sandwich is fluffy and soft-yummy. Relaxing environment. Americano coffee can be stronger, just my opinion Excellent service, friendly staff. read more

It's sort of pricey but I appreciate that they put effort and time into them, and they all taste delicious. The employees are so nice and welcoming. :D I'll definitely come back here again and try other stuff. The Oreos and cream waffle is the bomb, you have to try it. read more

First visit and I had a croffle (waffle made with croissant dough) - great! My wife had a sausage waffle sandwich which was also very good. The interior was warm and the staff was very friendly and courteous! We'll be back! read more

Found out about this restaurant from a good friend. The waffle did not disappoint, although I wish I had some syrup to put on top. This is a large waffle and the toppings cover the entirety of it. There was Oreo and cream in every bite that I took. Also ordered the yuzu refresher. Wasn't took sweet and I enjoyed the jellies at the bottom of the drink. This place was empty as it was mid morning, the music playing was great and the service was friendly. Overall I did enjoy my time spent here. read more
1st time here & the place is so cute with an amazing menu that has savory & sweet waffles. The staff is friendly & helpful. We got the lotus n cream waffles ($9.49). The servings are huge! If we'd known how big they were, we wuda gotten 1 waffle. Anyway, we headed there right after dinner & 1/4 of the waffle filled us up. The lotus n cream waffle comes with lotus cookies and a very dense whipped cream. The consistency was that of melted marshmallows. I must say, this is THE BEST whipped cream I've ever had. The waffle was nice & crispy & just so good! My friend got the yogurt smoothie which she liked and said it tastes like Yakult. read more
